    Butter cake.
    Robert G.

Came here for dinner. Waited about 20 minutes for our table. One sat service was fairly prompt. Ordered a 11/2 Ceaser salad, tomahawk steak, baked shrimp dinner, creamed spinach, hashed browns, fettuccine Alfredo and mushrooms. The sides and shrimp were very good. The steak for $135 which was sliced was not the price. Very fatty and not a lot of meat. Butter cake for $32 was good but pricy. Loud restaurant with live Music and really Boca at its finest.

We've been to other steakhouses: Gallaghers, Flagler and now NY Prime. For us NYP was a standout. We started with a drink at the bar which was great. (Wish there was a happy hour but oh well). We hung there for a bit catching some of the Sunday games and head to our reservation shortly after. Our server Kevin was on point! Terrific with suggestions related to sizing of appetizers, steaks, just all around very attentive and great personality. We started with the Onion Rings, arugula and apple salad and the bacon. Just wow. Loved everything. Their special sauces too were great (including ketchup). For mains we did a tomahawk and a NY strip. Both cooked perfectly. The tomahawk was a better cut of meat, NY strip was just okay. A bit fatty but was still good. Sides we had asparagus, baked potato and the large wedge fries. My only gripe was I got 5 stalks of asparagus! Finished off with a butter cake which we all split and left very full and satisfied!!!

Sancerre. Perfect. Fabiano is the best server!!

Another 10-star experience at our favorite steakhouse. Over 30 years & they continue to make the experience outstanding. The BEST bread service ever! Details like a black napkin instead of white for me since I had black pants; chilled salad plate, shaking & pouring martinis table side. Mike took great care of us Fantastic salad-crabcake-steak-hash browns. Always recommend to visitors.

A Night to Remember! Thursday night, I had dinner with a group of friends, and it turned out to be an unexpectedly fun and memorable evening. From the moment we arrived, our server Danielle made us feel welcomed and well taken care of--her warm smile and exceptional service truly elevated the entire experience. The restaurant was bustling, which added to the lively atmosphere, and we even ended up chatting with the friendly guests at the table next to us. The food? Absolutely incredible. From the beautifully prepared shrimp to the perfectly cooked steak, every dish was top-notch. It was the ultimate steakhouse experience, and we left with full stomachs and big smiles. We'll definitely be back!

We went as a large group. All of the dishes were very well executed. And we had a set of staff tending to only our table. They were not well equipped for children and did not have a highchair or booster seat.-we were able to let the slide and our son used a regular chair. However, we ordered pasta for our child and out of the entire table of 15 people they brought our two year-olds dish last. This was disappointing and felt very thoughtless. Some more training in this area would help staff for sure since the food is so delicious.

First time visiting NY Prime. Food was overall good, Lyonaise potatoes were a bit salty. The Ribeye was cooked decent. The complaint I have is that they keep it way too cold in the establishment. Very busy for 9pm on a Friday in my opinion.

Although it has a beautiful menu of wines and spirits, we stuck to their filtered water, and asked KC for any recommendations for lunch. He was very engaging, a wonderful communicator, and we made our selections which started with the bacon wrapped dates (YUM). Prior to my order, I mentioned a dietary restriction and KC promptly went to the kitchen to make an inquiry. I ordered the trout with lentil ragout, and my husband ordered a margarita pizza. The atmosphere was very peaceful, with unintrusive music, and we really did enjoy getting to know KC as he made sure that we were satisfied with every plate. This restaurant is upscale, yet with value pricing. Altogether, my husband and I encourage you to enjoy a lovely meal, and make sure to ask for KC! You won't be disappointed!

Also loved the atmosphere once again, it's just a very nice, open place to enjoy a meal and have a drink. We got a bunch of appetizers to start. The house made Ricotta with cracked pepper and olive oil was very delicious. I also loved the crispy zucchini slices, which were topped with peppadew peppers and a chili vinaigrette. Outstanding stuff. The seared ahi tuna was next level. The fish was fresh and beautifully seated and the mix of cucumber, aji amarillo, pineapple, cilantro and wasabi cream was sensational. One of the best dishes they make at Sixty Vines. The absolute best of the bunch was the truffle fries! They were amazing. They are basically crispy layered potatoes, almost like stacks of filo dough, fried and topped with pecorino, chives and lemon truffle cream. They were so good we ordered a second one! Considering how wonderful everything was to this point, we were expecting nothing but great things for the next course. However they completely dropped the ball and basically ruined our meal with lackluster entrees. Our party ordered the steak fries with chimichurri sauce, the double cabrenet burger, and several filet mignons. The amount of time it took to get the food was unreasonable. Once the appetizers were finished we had to wait somewhere around 20 to 25 minutes to get our mains, and the place was not that busy. I assume that the waitress just forgot or was busy with something else. As for the food, the quality of the steaks was not good all around. Everybody who got the filet mignon commented that the texture was chalky and weird. They were also all overcooked. And oddly, they decided to slice the steak before serving it, so it was very dry. Why would you pre slice a steak, all that's going to do is let the juices seep out and make the temperature drop. I honestly don't get it. The steak that came with the steak fries, I think it was a skirt steak, was also not the best cut. It was super fatty and a little chewy. The fries were good though but the meat was terrible. Finally the burger was completely overdone despite the person ordering it medium rare. Overall, not the best ending to a meal that started with such amazing dishes. Really striking contrast. And actually it made me think that I probably will not go back to Sixty Vines anytime soon. For a $350 meal they have to be doing a lot better. Dried out, overcooked steaks and burgers isn't going to cut it.

The white beans with garlic and huge shrimps were heaven on my taste buds. A definite eeorded when returning. And the crème brûlée was served warm and beautifully presented. This is authentic Spanish food. And the owner/chef, Carlos, is from Spain. Not Colombia. Not Cuba. Not any other Spanish speaking country. SPAIN. For real. And he is outstanding. When a diner is finished and puts their silverware in the 5:00 position on their plate, the waitress should know to take the plate and the silverware. This waitress (red hair, unfriendly) kept on handling everyone's forks and knives and moving them onto the tablecloths thus making the tables soiled. How appetizing. Disgusting. They served the group salad but forgot two and we had to chase them down to get our salads. The staff checks on nothing. I specifically had to ask 3 times for fresh silverware. They finally walked around with a bucket of silverware that looks like it came out of the dishwasher to give new silverware. No class. As I was still full from lunch, I asked for some of my meal to go. A big favor to get a to-go container. And of course she couldn't be bothered doing it but slapped it down on the table for me to do and gave me no bag. The best part? They have a several thousand dollar dinner with this large group and the waitress doesn't bill one of my co-workers at another table for her glass of wine, who had already left. And this waitress gave her the dinner to go so she knew she was leaving and still didn't bill her for the wine. The waitress messed up. No surprise. So she had the drug representative come outside while I am about to get in my car to ask me to pay for someone else's wine!!!! A first! 25$ for a glass of chardonnay (not a large pour) that I come to find out was actually 19$, but the waitress decided to add on a $6 tip for herself! Otherwise she 'couldn't close out.' How about, you mess up then you eat it! So I am chased to my car for another person's drink at another table just because I happen to know her. Wowza! The waitress didn't even say thank you. I can't make this up. It was so tacky and distasteful. Ruined the evening. Oh called the manager on duty, she couldn't have cared less. Too many other places to eat to put up with this!
