The last time we went was a prime example. For one thing, when you ask a patron whether their gluten-free option is an allergy or a preference, it can come off very rude the way it is ask. The second thing is we were eating lunch and there were about eight other people in there. It was 2:05. We didn't realize what time it was. They could've simply said. "Hey we're closing in the dining room" and we would have left. Instead they started putting up chairs and mopping the floor. There was an elderly couple in there, and I am on crutches due to A knee surgery. We all had to leave over wet floors and they seemed to care less.
