Ultimate omelette

Food Service Seemed low staffed when I first had lunch with my daughter & father in law. Waited a while to be seated as well as it took time for us to order and actually be served. Regardless the food was great from the French toast, to the omelet and fresh fruit. Seemed like the supervisor or manager was our server. He interacted with my daughter and would pick up every crayon she would drop. He was nice and was staying busy.

Zesty Smokehouse - A toasted sandwich with melted cheese and meat filling is being held by a person with manicured nails, with a plate of food and fruit in the background.

Can never go wrong with Scramblers! While visiting family I was excited to come back to a favorite when I lived in the area. I'm pleased to report the food was just as good, if not better, than before! We arrived for brunch on a Wednesday afternoon. We were immediately greeted, seated and able to order. I chose the Zesty Smokehouse sandwich and coffee. Our food was brought out so quickly we thought that they were delivering to the wrong table. Great service, reasonable prices, still a classic in the area.

Great food, GREAT service. I hope I get the name right, Diaka was our server, lovely young lady (probably the best part of our visit) We both had a standard breakfast, mine was called uncle Moose skillet-fantastic. Highly recommend!

The ultimate omlete has every kind of breakfast protein, shrooms, jack and cheddar. Home fries, sour dough toast.

What's better after a fasted physical 10am in the morning than the ultimate omelette, home fries, and toast from Scramblers? What is worse for a low sodium diet than the ultimate omelette, home fries, and toast from Scramblers? Decisions, decisions. What did I order? The ultimate omelette, home fries, and toast of course. The ultimate is one of the best omelets of Columbus chain breakfast. Made skillfully in a tight folded blanket of non-pasteurized eggs this skillet concocted item cuts into nice size bites by fork with zero runniness. The works, everything and the kitchen sink, and the kitchen it sat in: savory sausage, flavorful ham, tasty bacon, fresh bell peppers, zesty zucchini, onions, mushrooms, diced tomatoes, a combo cheese shot of Monterey Jack and Cheddar topped with sour cream. Add a side f home fries and sour dough toast with the world's most needed coffee ( for me that day since I was coming off the physical) and it was like a great dream of breakfast. The only downside, (for me on a restricted due to Menieres outbreak) is the salt content. 2048 mg of sodium is 48mg more than the two grams I'm limited for an entire day. Whoops. Oh well, what is rules for if you don't break them? Everything else about this shop met my expectation. Standard Scramblers mainstream fare, great service, nice place. They could se a bar in the place for single customers; I felt kinda weird sitting in a table solo. Also the door into the kitchen lack an eye for naturalness and connectivity. But I am nitpicking. Going to give four stars but it could easily be five in the mainstream breakfast chain category.

Wisconsin Scrambled - A breakfast plate features scrambled eggs in a white dish, toasted bread slices, cooked cabbage, and hash browns on a yellow tray.

Great service - our waitress was very helpful to recommend. Food preparation was a little slow but the wait was worth it. With drinks and coffee total bill came up to a little under $30, but we got the energy for the whole day.

Went here for the first time today. Was disappointed that they do not cater to dietary needs the way that most restaurants do. I cannot eat bread, nor sugar due to a medical condition, so I had kindly asked if I could substitute my sides/bread for a small side of breakfast meat. They would not let me substitute my bread and side for two sausage links like most breakfast places do. I was willing to pay an up charge for the exchange but then the waitress told me that it would be an additional $5, and I had to order 4 links. So instead, I paid $11 for just an omelet. For this, I was going to leave a 3 star review, because I do think they should be able to cater to dietary needs better. Well, that quickly went to a 1 star when my boyfriend and I were chatting and he found a hair in his pancake. Don't go here if you have any dietary needs or don't want hair in your food!

The cook had her mask off the entire time she was cooking. Did not stay for a meal as a result.

Our server Kelcie, who was 5* by the way, helped us in navigating all the intricacies to the ingredients. Lots of nuance to the menu. Our choices: lamb appetizer, black cod, sirloin, and chocolate mousse; each were tasty, presented well, and excellent dishes. The potato cake on the steak was very different and well done. Our Old Fashion had a nice taste. The place is very small and reservations are a must. The GM Michael came by and chatted us up...to thank us for coming, and glad they were able to accommodate our food needs. Nice touch. Excellent bathrooms. Thanks for that. We were nervous at first because no one we talked to knew what Gene's was BUT we are SO SO SO glad we went! From the moment you step onto their property it was such an incredible experience. Who knew such a cute and quaint little restaurant could pack so much flavor and art into their food and such a personalized dining experience. While we had a reservation at 8:45, we decided to eat in at the bar after having the most incredible espresso martini of our lives and talking to John. My sister and I opted to share multiple courses - each of which was better than the last. It was an amazing experience and we were lucky enough to compliment and thank the executive chef in person. We left full and satisfied but not stuffed which is exactly what we were looking for! HIGHLY recommend Gene's if you're looking for an elevated dining experience and great service while in Dublin, Ohio!

It was an interesting vibe since they were a mix between candle light dinner and sports bar vibes with lots of TVs in the bar area. The ambience was relaxed and chill. The appetizer bread was very soft and went great with the butter. We opted for the salt brined wings as an appetizer with their house sauce. The sauce was not as spicy as expected, but the wings were so crispy and delicious. I also liked how they put the sauce on the bottom so the wings didn't get soggy over time. Being from Buffalo, my wing standards are high, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good they are! The gumbo was also delicious! It had such a rich taste to it, with tender chicken and the flavor was so deep. I thoroughly enjoyed this. The fish dish was tasty and the portion was big as it also came with polenta. I enjoyed the crawfish in the sauce, but the sauce was a bit heavy. The seafood ravioli was a bit of a miss, as it only came with five ravioli and one of them was not stuffed. Our server kindly gave us a whole new dish, which was great service, but I don't think it would be worth the price. Overall the prices are on the higher side but it's a good place for a nice dinner out. I liked the options for Cajun food and would be back to try more options!

The atmosphere was modern with a southern twist. I'm not going to lie, I chuckled a bit when I noticed my water glass said "Bless Your Heart". In Appalachian culture, this is actually an insult. It was brunch time so I had coffee, the "Mimosa of the Moment" which was an apple cinnamon, a biscuit with blueberry preserves, and the Southern Shakshouka. The Biscuits for a Cause (2 with butter, jam and honey), Fried Pickles (chips with ranch), and Famous Fried Green Tomatoes (I don't normally like goat cheese, but these are served with stone-ground goat cheese grits) were all fabulous and I had plenty to take home after trying all. I had a glass of red blend wine with my entree, which was the Pan-Seared Salmon. My two chosen sides were the mashed potatoes and fried okra. The salmon was perfectly cooked; it was a great dish. I also got the Rosemary & Parmesan Breakfast Potatoes to go to have with my breakfast this morning. The service, food and atmosphere were all very enjoyable. The manager also helped out bringing food, and checking on me. I would return for another meal.
