The bacon is parbroiled and then finished before serving. So mine was burnt, but they replaced it with no problem. The second time around, I ordered it like my brothers, which was Jess parbroiled in no additional cooking. And it was perfect. We had a weekday brunch at First Watch today. The Associates at the front desk warmly greeted us and seated us. The wait staff was quickly to our table to get beverage orders. We placed our orders and were served very quickly. I had a chickichanga and my wife had a Ham and Gruyère cheese on ciabatta bread. Both came with home fried potatoes. We followed that up with pumpkin donut holes and both Carmel and vanilla dipping sauces. First Watch was busy but the noise level was muted enough that we could carry on our conversation. The hash is a little misleading because it doesn't have hash in it. I confirmed before ordering as I'm not a fan of hash. The skillet is a mix of fresh vegetables, goat cheese, potatoes, and eggs. Plenty of parking along with windows in the restaurant for natural lighting to come in. The location is very clean and the employees were all extremely welcoming. We were seated and ordered a kale tonic and coffee. I love that they give you a whole pot to refill yourself and it's only $2.99! They leave the creamers and sugars out too. These dishes did not disappoint! The flavors of the hash were robust and complex, and the tortillas were perfect vehicles for the hash. The cinnamon chip pancakes were also delicious, not overly sweet or spiced. We're regulars at this location so service just depends on the day and time. The space is bright and open. Plenty of parking on site as well. First Watch is the perfect start to our days. On another note, RSVPing for seats online doesn't really mean anything.
