His family has owned a number of restaurants and he decided he wanted to try his hand at a Food Truck. They have a very limited menu to begin with testing the interest of the customers. They're smoking with hickory and apple wood. I ordered The Squealer. A pulled pork sandwich with onions and Smokin Sweet sauce. It came with chips and a drink. The pork was a bit dry BUT had a ton of flavor to it. I will definitely return when they get a full menu going. Talking with Nick they're going to be all about serving the community, that is very important to them.

The young gal manning the window was polite and friendly. I went with a Chicken Torta, and took it back home to eat, because there are no tables to eat in this parking lot; it's basically a to-go operation. The Mexican sandwich was made fresh to order. Like how they chop the chicken up into smaller pieces. Could have used a tiny bit more filling, but not gonna complain. I liked the sandwich, and double-points for the foil wrapping inside the styrofoam container - held nicely for the ride home and was easy to eat.

Also ordered Mac and cheese which had a nice smooth, thick cheesy sauce blended with small elbow noodles with a dash of paprika on it. Also got the coleslaw which was blended with a creamy dressing, sort of sweet. Nice and tasty. Get out and check these guys out. They are putting a nice product out.

We also wanted to rent a hot box to keep the food warm during the day they also said we could not use it because they needed it themselves and suggested we just put the food in coolers because "it works the same." As you can imagine right before your wedding this was extremely stressful and I don't wish this happening to any bride. I do not recommend them.

The "crack and cheese" was some of the best mac and cheese I have ever had, for sure a thing I will get again. The greens were also fantastic. Not too vinegary or salty with just a little kick. Ordered The Rookie- A grass-fed beef packed patty with thinly sliced onions and topped with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and special ops sauce between a toasted brioche bun. Oh my, nice beefy taste, everything was nice and fresh. The sauce was delicious. Ordered fries with it. No frozen fries here, fresh cut fries. Delicious!!! If you like burgers you have to check these guys out. You won't be disappointed.
