First off I would like to start off saying that the employee Brandon was amazing. He gave me and my son a 5 star customer service experience today (06/30) at 1:00pm. I came all the way out here for the rajun cajun sub and as I was eating, I notice soemthing was different. I was not happy with the sub and expressed it to Brandon and he informed me that there has been some changes but he could make my sub similar to what I use to remember 2 years ago. He made me another sub, offered a cookie to me and my son and I left VERY satisfied this time. Steak Escape? How about Steak Surprise? I ordered through ChowNow, drove to the restaurant, food was ready, staff was friendly, handed me my food and I drove back home. Great hand off. Get home settle in, pull out my Sriracha fries, go to grab my sandwich...and there's another tub. Odd. Open it up and and glance at the bag receipt...and it says potato. Go back to the online order still up on my phone browser...and it is a sandwich. Something for lost in translation. The food is ok...but it's not the sandwich I wanted. (Also, the Sriracha fries were just not great. Way too much sauce.) I'm utterly exhausted today or I'd go back to the store. read more

Food is bad. Portions have also declined. The steak is awful and over cooked, and they try to cover the flavor with loads of cheese. This place is a gem. I went in on a Wednesday afternoon. It was after lunch but before dinner so it wasn't crowded at all. I ordered the original Philly and fries. Both were quite tasty.
