We stopped at Stacked Burger on a road trip from PA to OK, and boy were we glad we did! Located in an L-shaped strip mall, about 5- minutes off of I-71, it is an independently owned and operated, one-of-a-kind burger joint with homemade pickles and four different dipping sauces to go along with onion rings and house-seasoned fries. Everything is made fresh to order. The owner, Jordan, greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and gave us a rundown of the menu. We ordered four stacked burgers and one bacon-mushroom burger, onion rings, fries and all four dipping sauces, paid at the counter and sat down to wait for our food. We waited less than 10 minutes for Jordan to tell us our food was ready and dived in to enjoy a nice late lunch. One person thought the BBQ sauce was the best, three people thought the honey mustard was the best and one person thought the ranch was the best. There were two-four person round tops and two-two seaters, and then a diner bar with stools that probably sat 7-8 people. There were probably about eight dine-out pick ups as we sat there and he had a steady stream of people through the door in the thirty minutes we were there. On our way out, Jordan asked us to put a sticker on his wall map of the US to show that Norman, OK had dined at Stacked Burger. We all thought the food was great and appreciated the owner checking up on us and ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place. read more

Solid 4.4 stars out of 5! It was our first time here, and the owner (or manager) jumped right in to explain the menu to us, which was a great touch. The 1/3 lb patties are generous, so I'm torn on whether to double up next time, but given how generous the fry portions are, splitting a double burger with my wife is probably the way to go! I'm not much of a pickle guy and usually don't put ketchup on burgers but both complemented the Stack perfectly. Honestly I would nosh on these pickles by themselves, which is high praise lol. The only reason I'm giving 4.5 is because the burger was crazy greasy, maybe do a quick paper towel drain of the patty and grilled onions before plating. Plenty of parking, however inside space is small and there are only two tables available inside rest of it is a bar stool sitting. The service was very friendly and quick, and you can watch your plate being built. I ordered the signature burger with two patties, it arrived quick very juicy with a lot of beef to eat. Burger was very juicy, so please expect that your toasted bun will be deteriorating haft way in. Burger was tasty, but just basic flavors I didn't taste any seasoning in the meat, maybe this is good. Definitely great burger, and worthwhile the trip but just the one thing I gave one star rating less, out of 4 people in the kitchen, no one was wearing gloves handling the food, so 4 people basically touch every sandwich. We tried the Stack Burger and the Braizy Daze Burger with sides of Onion Rings, Fries, and Brussels Sprouts. The burgers were huge and very filling. Just potatoes in grease. Five Guys fresh cut and seasoned these are NOT. Almost zero seasoning. And the onion rings were just greasy as can be. Again: crispy? Yes. Flavorful? No. Huge letdown. Would be fine of it was just priced for the burger, which beings us to..... Value: just - no. $12-16 for the burger and fries? In this inflation-ravaged economy? Ouch.
