Philly Buster has made a fan out of me after the first trip. They don't offer a large menu, but you can customize your sandwiches in a number of ways. The big one here I'm guessing is the Brisket PhillyBuster, which is essentially a Philly cheesesteak but with pulled brisket rather than thinly sliced cuts. The flavor of that brisket was absolutely delicious, and I can't imagine eating a Philly Cheesesteak without it now. I did a combination of A1 and mayo, and it really worked out for me, and the sandwich itself is pretty damn big, so you won't go hungry. My buddy liked his sandwich as well, and we both decided to try the beer battered onion rings. They're big onion rings, but I'm not sure if I'd pay $4 for them again. My friend liked them a lot though, more than me, but he thought the pricing was a bit steep too. If this truck's around the area again, I'm definitely stopping by, and I'll probably go for the pulled pork next time, since the smoky brisket was so good. I wasn't interested in the ice creams and shakes, but they do offer plenty of different flavors for those who are. The Buckeye Blitz ice cream sounded pretty tempting. This truck just opened up this year, and I think they'll continue to do well with this simple but tasty menu.

So, I always stop at this food truck when at the food truck festival. Their onion rings are the best I've ever had! My daughter was with me and had them for the first time. They were her favorite thing we had at the festival . Along with the onion rings, we ordered potato salad and a scoop of buckeye blitz ice cream. The potato salad had celery and eggs in it which was why I ordered it. It should always have these two things in it! The crunch from the celery was great and the sauce they make for it reminded me of Amish potato salad. Delish! My daughter ordered the ice cream. I'm not a huge peanut butter fan (I know, somethings wrong with me!) but it was pretty good. She liked it and it was perfect for her. I'm sad to see them moving to Florida in October but I know I can at least get their onion rings when we go on vacation!

I was looking on Street Food Finder's app, and saw that PB was at a church's Fall Festival today. Since I drive by it on my way home, and was headed back from the grocery store, 1+1= Lunch! The Festival started at 2 pm, and I got there around 2:30, so I was happy to beat the crowds/line. The lady and gentleman running the truck were pleasant. I felt a surge to defend and promote Yelp, when they explained there dislike of the "social" website, and felt it was "just like bullying". I assured them it's a great organization, and added that they have 4.5 stars on their page - good for them! I was having a hard time choosing between their Chicken Salad Croissant and the Brisket Philly. They were helpful and let me try a bit of the meat before deciding. Oh, the chicken salad mix. There brisket meal is soaked in a pickled, vinegar tasting, concoction. I wasn't feeling the tart, so I went with their Chicken Salad. Wow, excellent sandwich! A huge globe of the mix plopped on a large croissant with lettuce and tomato to top. I could totally taste the smoked flavor. The white sauce was not overwhelming at all. The owners make this staple fresh every day. Well done! This sandwich was completely worth the $8. I'm sure if I got a side dish, I would have been too full to eat it.

Huge and it cost me $15 ive spent more for less quality. Very satisfied and full lol.

I stopped by the philly buster today and was blown away by portion sizes and taste they are huge portions for great prices and i love the food. They werent playing on the word buster im a big guy and couldnt finish it. Staff very respectful and made milkshake special for me.

The brisket philly buster, so good. The A1 sauce was a tad strong, so next time I'll do without, but still very good.

The brisket was great but the rest of the sandwich was underwhelming with a stale bun.

The fair fries were amazing. I also ordered the chicken philly which was fantastic. Next time I must try the chicken salad.

The sandwich was really good, but the onion rings....literally the best onion rings I've ever had in my life.

Hands down the BEST BURRITOS in the city. This is a food truck in a small parking lot of a corner…read morestore on E. Livingston Ave. The majority of vehicles in the lot are for this food truck and not the store. I'm out in California often yet the burritos from this place smashes a lot of burritos on the WEST COAST! The proteins are fresh and well seasoned the cheese, rice, sauces etc in the burritos marry well together. It's not like one section of the burrito is just rice and the other is meat, and the next layer are veggies or cheese. The way the wrap them everything is kinda mixed together well so each bite you're getting a little bit of everything and the grilled onions on the side are the chefs kiss. I got a SOPE and it was decent but small and not too filling but their burritos are a homerun to me! The only drawbacks are whatever time they have listed that they open they are not on time so if 11am is listed they'll probably open up at 11:30 or 11:45. Also they take a LOT of call in orders so if you walk up and order something be prepared to wait 30 mins or more. I guess they have to make stuff in the order that they get them so if it's 10 call in orders ahead of you I guess they've got to make those first. Nevertheless it's definitely worth the wait. You CAN NOT get a burrito this food anywhere in the city especially from a chain like Barrio, Chipotle, Q Doba even if you're standing there in their faces telling them what you want. This spot makes the burritos for you and they're still WAY better! Future trips I'll try their tacos and tortas

I was finally able to order birria tacos as they were out my last visit…read more Service was fast. Option to dine in but it's extremely cold so I got my food to go. I ordered 3 birria tacos @ $3.50 and two chicken tacos The birria lacked flavor, really. Not sure what is needed but Iused a extra lime to give it some some flavor. Even with the consume. I'd stick to the torta or tacos next time. I've had more flavorful birria.

Maybe do a double fry on them so you don't have to fry them so long to ensure they are done. The chicken wing special was good except for the fries. They should sell beverages or at least water. The wait on food was a bit long. They said 20 minutes and it was more like 40 minutes.

The skewers had ample veggies, steak, shrimp and lobster. All were clearly fresh and top quality, something you may expect to find at a high end restaurant. The chicken empanadas were delicious, although I do not have a lot of experience with empanadas, I would definitely order them again. The also came with an unexpected side of fried plantains. The "crack and cheese" was some of the best mac and cheese I have ever had, for sure a thing I will get again. The greens were also fantastic. Not too vinegary or salty with just a little kick. The service was fairly quick considering the skewers and empanadas were clearly made per order. The people are friendly and guided me to my choices since I had not been here before. I cant wait to come back and try the chicken sliders and probably the lobster nuggets. Awesome find for me!
