The food at this truck was all so yummy! They were at an event my apartment was hosting, and I am so glad they were. The menu was small but had great options. I also like that the menu was easy to read and understand. I got the asada burrito with guacamole and my husband got tacos. The green salsa was so fresh and had a good, mild kick. We also split queso and chips. The two people running the truck were kind and very efficient. They got our food to us in less than 10 minutes! This food truck happened to be stationed a stone's throw from where I live for an evening so I had no excuse not to give it a try. I went with the street tacos (comes with 3), partly because it felt appropriate as I was actually ordering on the street. For protein choices they offer chicken, steak, barbacoa, choriza, al pastor and carnitas. I opted to try chicken, barbacoa and carnitas. For those wondering (like myself) barbacoa is shredded beef while carnitas is shredded pork, and luckily the menu mentions this. In addition to the protein choice, the tacos come with onions and cilantro. The food was ready rather quickly, even with a couple of people that had ordered ahead of me. I was a little disappointed with the amount of food for the price, but I was excited to try it nonetheless. Worth mentioning, to add cheese and/or lettuce adds an extra $1 which isn't a huge deal but I had both at my place so didn't think it was worth it. I did have to request a side of hot salsa for dipping. Onto the food -- out of the three tacos I tried, my preference was 1) barbacoa 2) carnitas 3) chicken. The barbacoa was tasty but it was a stark contrast from the chicken which was quite disappointing as it was dry and bland. The hot salsa was not particularly spicy by any means, so I added a heaping of Cholula to each bite. Overall, I'm glad I tried it but my experience was nothing special. read more

Another solid taco food truck! I never know if the protein serving will be small or not, so I ordered extra chicken. They did not disappoint! I had to save half for later! I was very happy with the food and the leftovers were just as tasty. My boyfriend ordered the barbacoa burrito and was pleased with it as well. We also got a side of chips and guac. I really liked the chips. Very crunchy and not very salty. The guac was good, but seemed to be lacking a bit in flavor. I was surprised when digging in the guac with my chip because I found a huge piece of avocado skin! Not a huge deal though. Overall, this truck is good and the service was very fast. read more

The burrito was ok. It is very big and filling but lacking in flavor. There is so much unseasoned plain white rice that kind of throws the whole burrito off. The pico is also strange tasting. The chunks of tomato and onions are so big I ended up picking most of them out. I've tried the barbacoa in a burrito as well and it was also lacking in flavor. I would not say this tastes authentic just because it's so plain tasting. I've had this food truck twice and I probably wouldn't order from here again. read more

Had the burrito don cuco. Chicken and perfectly cooked chorizo mixed with beans and rice stuffed in a tortilla and smothered in queso. Also a pinch of pico on top. I would have liked to have had more because it looked good. This was a delicious burrito coming from a guy who knows burritos. The only problem was i needed a nap afterwards because it was so filling. I felt the price of $9 was more than fair for the burrito however the gaucomole, although very tasty seemed a bit overpriced at $6. My friend had the quesadilla al pastor and i sampled some. The quesadilla was very good! Tender chicken and melted cheese. The tortilla was lightly crisped, but not soggy from the fillings. The guacamole was quite tasty (they make their own, perhaps? I did ask a random patron, who had previously try Taquitos, and she advised me to stay away from their al pastor tacos, as her's were very dry. Tried this truck for the first time at the food truck and jazz festival in Bexley and was pleased! I got a burrito with chicken and added guacamole ($9) and the burrito was quite large and filled with rice, beans, lettuce, big chunks of chicken (and not chewy and weird like at chipotle) sour creams, and pico. I think it was overall very good, but felt like there could have been more flavor, and some of the chicken was a bit cold. Also ordered chips and queso ($6) which was fantastic. The queso had a great flavor and the chips were good and crunchy. $6 might be a little steep, considering you can get a huge burrito for just a couple dollars more. I heard they had Churros so I had to stop by. I got my Churros within a few minutes, opened my bag and noticed no caramel sauce as advertised. I asked the worker about it and she said she now puts the sauce inside the Churro. MAJOR GAME CHANGER. Not only were they soft and warm but gooey with just the right amount of sauce. I noticed this truck parked near my work today so I decided to try it. I ordered a Burrito with Chorizo Sausage, they gave me a container of the green hot sauce to take on the side. The burrito was served hot and was very tasty, just as I like it. The ratio of beans, Chorizo, rice, cheese, lettuce and Pico De gallo was perfect. I will be dreaming about finding this truck again so I can have another Burrito, or to try something new. read more

I work downtown Columbus and try to get to this truck whenever they are available. I personally recommend the el pastor, with the chunks of pineapple and the chorizo tacos. I've seen the burritos and quesadillas, but I always go back to the tacos. They have started adding sauces which I believe really add to the flavor. Don't forget the chips and cheese! They offered to send a food truck from a completely different company, completely different menu, not the same.
