My weekly go-to is the Basic Betty, mostly because the burger itself is so good you just gotta let it do its thing. I also really enjoy the PB&Jae, Irish Breakfast, and the Cali Dreamin. My girlfriend really enjoys the Lloyd Geezy as well for anybody wondering about vegan options! Can't forget to mention the fries that really round out the meal. No, it's not peanut butter and smucker's jelly; rather, you get a salty, crunchy peanut butter with a slightly sweet, slightly spicy house-made jalapeño jelly (along with salty, melt in your mouth thick-cut bacon and melty cheese). Food- was great! I saw this place on IG and saw good reviews. Decided to try when I finally had an opportunity. Had the uncle Sam, it was great! Wonderful flavor, great portion size. The Fries were great too; Crispy and hot with a nice large dipping cup of ketchup. Returned the following Friday and had the Fun guy. I was surprised at how good it was. Ate at the seventh son location, nice outside seating. Parking was tight but there's at least one spot open. Service was friendly and helpful. Really wish there were more convenient hours but the amazing taste makes me want to arrange a trip there when they are open. I went with the Apple Brie Burger as it sounded unique and like a tasty combo. It was pretty dang good! Great burger spot. I've been wanting to try it out for awhile and finally got the chance when they were parked at Seventh Son. Lots of options! I feel like there were about 10 different burger options as well as chicken sandwich, tacos, breakfast bagel, and grilled cheese. I believe all the burgers could be substituted with a meat free option. I got the Green Jacket, which had 2 beef patties, fried green tomato, roasted red peppers, pimento cheese, arugula, & house made aioli. For an additional $2, I was able to get a side of fries. My friends got the chicken sandwiches which were very impressive and had 2 pieces of chicken on it. They did not seem to have an online ordering and payment system, so you do have walk up to the window to order, which wasn't a big deal. Food seemed to be ready in about 5-10 minutes, so it was pretty quick. Everything was great! Very filling. Would definitely go again to try out something different! read more

THE BEST! We had these burgers at Seventh Son as we had been craving a good burger lately. These did not disappoint! I had the Cali Dreamin and my fiancée had the apple brie burger. Cali Dreamin was one of the best burgers I've ever had. So many delicious toppings, the burger had great quality taste. I tried the Apple brie and it was different but a good combo. The fries were excellent as well! We had trouble narrowing down which one we wanted as there are so many options that sound good. We plan to be back at Seventh Son multiple times this summer so given that Street Thyme is a regular there, we will definitely be trying the other burgers that we didn't get to try this time. I finally went with with Street Thyme, which turned out to be a great decision. They were serving half-burgers and half-order fries for $5. I opted for the California Dreamin' which consisted of bacon, cheddar cheese, avocado, jalapeno, lettuce, tomato and BBQ sauce. It was a damn fine burger and I wished they sold whole servings that day. Maybe I gobbled it up too quickly to notice, but a little more avocado and jalapenos would have elevated the burger even further. I wanted just a little more heat. The burger patty was cooked perfectly and.melt in your mouth juicy, The challah bread held the ingredients together nicely so that I didn't make too much of a mess eating it. I was finally excited when I finally tracked this place down. You see I've been following this food truck for a while on social media but I didn't get the chance to make it to the locations that they were at due to the stars not aligning. I was either busy or they were opened for business when I wasn't. I am glad that I did get a chance to finally make it. I created my own burger and got the fries. Okay so let's discuss how great the burger itself was. It was juicy and full of flavor. It was seasoned quite well. It allowed for natural taste of the actual burger to shine through versus covering it up. The toppings were definitely adequate in their sandwich debut. The lettuce and the pickles were pretty fresh as was the burger. The fries definitely put the combination over the top. They have these fresh cut looking fries that they serve with the burgers or as a side itself. I am a fan of fresh cut fries but these right here were seasoned to absolute perfection. I caught up with Street Thyme outside of Seventh Son Brewing on a rain, chilled day. No line to wait in, I'll take that perk. The menu isn't huge, and consists of burgers and fries (there were a few other sides, but the traditional accoutrements are their forte). Alex was the only guy manning the truck. Nice, polite gentleman. Unfortunately, he pointed out they were out of mushrooms and bacon. Bummer, since I was super excited to try their Fun Guy. He was happy to knock $1 off the price. I thought it was very friendly of him to bring my burger to the table, inside Seventh Son. That beefcake was steamin hot and juicy. Alex mentioned the beef is local and fresh, as he had picked up this load that morning. The aioli sauce (forget what it was a mix-up of) was a great compliment. And the buns are also made local.
