I shared 3 sliders with a friend: Drunken Onion, Meatball, and a regular mini. They were all not as flavorful as I would've liked but they were easy to eat and not too heavy. How good is OH! Burgers? It will make you say oh yeah! The food truck isn't impressive looking but they have lots of good stuff inside. It has some of the best sweet potato chips. The burgers include several types including vegan options. It likes to be mostly in the Franklinton area. It's often parked at Land Grant. The menu is pretty simple. It has burgers 2 for $6. The burgers are kind of small so it's good to get at least 2 of these. It has several options for the burgers. The vegan ones are made with beans and pair well with a side of sweet potato chips. It's been awhile since I'd been to OH! Burgers, but I was craving some sliders, so I thought it'd be a great Friday lunch. You're going to be taking a gamble on what burgers they have available when you go there though, so keep that in mind. They will always have the OH! Burger, which is just your typical burger plus bacon, and it looks like they always have a veggie burger as well. After that, you're guess is as good as mine, because none of the specialty burgers on the website were what they were offering on Friday. I ended up getting one Pickled Piper, which had sports peppers and that's all I remember, and two Spring Zings, which had brie and jalapenos on it. I'd say the Pickled Piper was my favorite of the two. The pictures on the website can be a bit deceiving as far as the amount of meat you're getting, because it doesn't seem like a whole lot in person. They are tasty though, and for $8, it's definitely not a bad deal. The OH! Chips you can get with it for an extra dollar, and I'd recommend trying them out, since they make them specifically for the truck (although you can now get them many other places). I usually get the garlic dip, because it's so tasty, but the chips are great on their own. I'm not sure when they started making the sweet potato ones, but man, they're delicious. OH! Burgers definitely has some tasty eats, but I wouldn't say the place really amazes me. In the end, you're still getting slides, and while they're definitely better than the likes of White Castle, you could probably find mini burgers just as good around Columbus without having to track down the food truck. read more

I tried their Spicy Burning Love Mini Burger today. It was a slider with a spicy mango salsa and sauce. It was good.. but it felt like I was eating mostly bun. There was very little burger patty. I will say that the bun is delicious! Very light and fluffy. If the patty had been bigger I would have given them another star. The sweet potato chips are amazing. Do not change a thing about these! Sailed down to the Dinin' Hall on this Talk Like A Pirate Day to finally give the OH! Burger truck a try. You couldn't miss the large pirate banner that fluttered in the breeze on this bootiful day in Cbus. Placed our orders for Sliders, Sweet tater chips and Pirate Rum(less) Punch, took our number and headed inside the D-Hall to pay. The order was delivered in good time by the friendly wait staff. The mini burgers, excellent, perfectly cooked, tasty toppings that didn't take away from the star of any burger, the Ohio Beef. House made sweet tater chips in brown paper sacks were a perfect side and just the right size but, I easily could have munched on these all day long. And the pirate punch? OK it was a couple of cans of fruit punch but i'll give 'em points for having fun with the days theme. Overall for my first try of the OH! Burger today gets 5 Yarrs Mateys! I had invited Brian and his food truck to my office's parking lot for a new thing I am doing, called food truck wednesday. Brian was great about responding to my request to come out, was on time for his arrival, and ready to go when we all started heading out to the truck. 4 different burgers on the menu, I had a standard burger with bacon (yum) and a burger with aged cheddar and sliced grape tomatoes (oh man. so good. if this is on the menu on the day that you try out the truck, give it a shot. I bought two. don't judge- they are sliders!) Great buns too, fluffy and delicious. Sweet potato chips were crunchy and delicious, I wanted more salt (cause I love salt) but other than that, they were perfect. Also, they were only $1, which was surprising. They're slightly misnamed - these guys should be "OM NOM NOM" Burgers! Serving up tasty sliders at very reasonable prices, they have a standard burger and a rotation selection of unique toppings, plus a regularly offered veggie burger. I ended up grabbing a standard burger and their BBQ burger topped with tasty bacon, house sauce, and sauteed onions. Yum! Plus they offer homemade (Truck-made?) sweet potato chips that you can get for FREE with your order if you have an SBB card. (Don't have an SBB card? Why? It's free, man!) For an extra dollar, you can also get a dipping sauce for your chips that adds a nice creamy, spicy dimension, but I found that a lot of the chips are cut too thin to really dig into the dip, so you may end up with a lot of leftover dip and nothing to put it on. That said, I had a great lunch for about the same cost as going up to Wendy's down the street. Keep an eye on their schedule - this is a far better option for your burgin' needs! read more

TROY: So I was on my way to my brothers house in Westerville and noticed a food truck sitting outside of the hospital. I figured if the food was bad, I didn't have far to go for treatment (wah, waahhh). I love food trucks...wait, I love good food trucks. Ones with proper food temps and no cross contamination, and great food. This burger truck is new, about 2 months, and they are trying to get a following on Facebook and Twitter like other popular food trucks do in other large cities. They serve 4 different sliders that change daily and fresh made sweet potato chips. First the sweet potato chips, it's a great idea that is not executed as well. They need a few tweaks to perfect the chips like a little thicker slices (kinda kettle kut) and the oil needs to be 360*. The reason is obvious when you begin to eat them, very greasy and break apart before you can chew them. If they make these minor adjustments I believe they would have an incredible potato chip and could charge $1.50 to $2.00 to offset the costs of using more potato for a thicker cut.. Second is the sliders, mini burgers to the unknowing. The OH! burger is pretty good with bacon and cheddar cheese, the veggie burger was good for being meatless (I'm a carnivore), and the third burger was an onion burger which was by far the best. The patties are a little small for the size of the bun so I don't know if it should change to 3oz patties or a little smaller bun, hmm just wondering. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat wherever they park, which changes daily like the burgers, but I would definitely stop to eat if I'm in the area. And Third is the idea, a good idea. See, they sell bite sized burgers so you can try more than 1, maybe 2 or 3 if you are hungry. I like that I can have unique combinations in a mini burger that I don't have to commit to for a whole meal. They could add items like mini coneys, breakfast sandwiches, fries or a patty melt, the list is endless, but why, why not be great at 1 thing...mini gourmet burgers. Who knows what the right thing is? Is less more, or is more...well you get the point! It's a works in the making and I can't wait to see how much better they can get. They have four options for sliders- your standard toppings, two specialty topping burgers, and a veggie burger (at least those were the options that day). I ordered the standard burger and a specialty burger made with chorizo.. They were pretty good. A bit greasy, which surprised me coming from a food truck. I wanted to try the veggie burger, but they were sold out. I also ordered a side of mixed chips (both kettle and sweet potato). They were good but all smashed up into crumbs like they were at the bottom of the chip bag. All in all, it is an OK place to grab a bite while at the brewery. read more

Tried one of each of the 4 burgers on the menu and they were each delicious and unique. I think my favorite was the bacon and cheese but a close second was the veggie. I dont usually like veggie burgers (I've been a dedicated carnivore my whole life) but the flavor was great and I loved the addition of the sprouts, made the flavor pop. Sweet potato chips are probably addictive, a little on the greasy side, but they should probably charge twice as much as they currently do for these, $1 for handmade and delicious sweet potato chips is a steal. Caught up with the OH! Burger truck in Franklinton. Unfortunately the experience did not stand out for me. I had the Vegged-Out Mini; a quinoa, black bean burger, with the sweet potato chips as a side. The burgers were good enough; this is probably not their specialty so I appreciate them having a vegetarian option. The buns were fresh and delicious. The chips were good and I enjoyed more than the burger. My biggest gripe with the experience was the spice! Me and spicy do not mix well, and the sweet potato chips were hiding a few awful surprises for me that I had a hard time identifying. So, great experience with the chips, up until that point. The burger was a similar deal. Going by other reviews, I believe meat lovers might do better at OH! burgers. read more

I've eaten at this truck a dozen times, and it's always perfect. I love the fact that they have the traditional OH! Burger every day, and then offer other fun burgers that change daily too. The chips and dip are to die for. Get the kettles with dip- you won't regret it. Pro tip- dip your OH! Burger in the dip when the chips are gone. Also, you won't suffer judgmental faces when you order 4 burgers because the guys on the truck totally get it. Pair these burgers with an IPA and it'll be the best day of your life. I love OH! They park across from my workplace pretty often (right near Rumba Cafe). I finally figured I'd try them out, as I hadn't eaten, had $5, and I knew I'd be at work a while (still at work, in fact). I wasn't sure what the place was like, but I love food trucks. For $5 I got a burger (they serve little sliders, not full-size burgers) and two bags of chips. The slaw burger with red cabbage slaw and bacon was fantastic The meat gave me some nostalgia for Swenson's, a drive-in place up in the Akron area, which also has slightly sweetened patties. It started pouring when I came back to pick up the food, and he was nice enough to dig a plastic bag out of somewhere in his truck to keep my food dry. The only critique I may have is that some of the sweet potato chips were a bit too thick and/or undercooked - dense and chewy instead of crispy. The ones that were properly crispy were easily one of the best things I've eaten for a few days - lightly salted, not too greasy, savory and sweet. read more

One of the offices raved about how good their burgers were. They were in Dublin today. Ordered the Steak Chees, Dill Burger and Veggie (their mini sandwiches). I also did the mix of sweet potato and dill chips but the chips were broken up in pieces like they were from the bottom of the bag but I know they cook them and not from a bag. This food truck came to work yesterday so I figured I'd give it a shot. I opted to try a few different burgers and went with the veggie burger, breakfast burger, and the regular burger. They took orders quickly, but got mine wrong by omitting the regular burger. They fixed this by adjusting the price on the extra burger and seemed to get it out quick - being sure to fix my order before moving on and serving other patrons so that was nice. The burgers were tasty - especially the breakfast burger. The vegetarian burger was tasty, but the patty was kind of loose and fell apart. The regular burger was ok, and a co-worker couldn't eat all three of her burgers, so she gave me an extra one. The only down-side to the dining itself was that I found a half-inch long thick black hair in one of my burgers... It was kind of gross, but at least I spotted it in the patty before I consumed it (who knows, maybe I ate a few others I didn't notice). All told it was good, fast, tasty food. I doubt I'll really have a craving for it, but I'd consider going to this truck again... or patronizing it if it comes to me. read more

I heard about how good OH! Burgers are, so I've been looking for an opportunity to visit them in my area of Central Ohio. When they were in Dublin today, I finally got over to check out their burgers. Even though I'm counting Weight Watcher points and my husband is a gluten free diner, we found fabulous burgers on their menu and enjoyed them tremendously. I love the idea of buying two or three mini burgers and being able to try different types. I had the truck-made veggie burger and the beef burger with heirloom tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. I also tasted my son's sweet potato chips. WOW! Everything was fantastic. These are the best burgers and chips I've ever tasted. Now I know that it's worth a trip across town to get OH! Burgers.
