Brisket is super moist with a nice smoky flavor. Nice pepper and salt bark. It's cooked for 19 hrs…read moreover hickory wood. Pork was just as moist with a slight smoky flavor and super tasty. On to the chicken wings which had a nice flavorful crust to them and still had some moistness to them. Next up were the ribs, they had a nice thin dry rub on them, not super spicy. Next up was the coleslaw that was off the chart, the mixture of the pineapple with a slightly sweet sauce just put it in a different category. The Mac and cheese was made with small elbow macaroni and a nice creamy cheese sauce, Yummmy. The final item was the baked beans which had a slightly sweet sauce to them. Good stuff!!! Oops!!! Almost forgot the sauces. The original was a nice blend of spices and just a touch of sweetness to it. As I am writing this, keep dipping my fingers in it. Yummmy!! The spicy sauce has just enough heat to it, won't burn your taste buds off. This probably one of the best Food Trucks I have visited. Get out and check Lonnie and his crew out. They do around 300 lbs of meat a day. You won't be disappointed. Don't be shut out!!!

We just moved into the area and I have driven by the Park Rd. location as we moved items. Today at…read more4, I saw they were opened and we stopped for dinner. I grabbed 3 orders of pulled pork, a full rack of ribs, and 2 orders of mac and cheese. The sauce is okay. A good mix of sweet and spicy. Not too overwhelming for kids. I might ask for the pulled pork without it on it next time (just a preference). Next time, I'll also probably try the spicy sauce on my own. It was good on the ribs, though. The ribs were great. I think they know definitely know their way around a smoker and bbq. The ribs were tender, smoky, and well-balanced with the sauce. I like the packaging, too, because the container can go straight in the fridge. The Mac and cheese was solid. My wife liked it, and we ate both servings between the two of us. For the money, we will be back. BBQ can be expensive to make on your own and buy already cooked. They've done a great job of balancing cost and quality. We will be back!

Mike’s Blackout BBQ - Macaroni and cheese. One of the best Brisket in the area without a doubt

Decided to run out to Henmick Farm & Brewery in the Delaware area to check out Mike's Blackout BBQ…read more Met with the owners Mike and Chenoa. They have been in business for around 4 years. I ordered the Brisket Sandwich with Macaroni and cheese, smoked cabbage and baked beans. The Macaroni and cheese was a creamy cheese version that was really good. The baked beans had a really good smooth taste to them. Good stuff. One of the stars was the smoked cabbage, this definitely a must if you're ordering from them. I could have ordered several of these. Delicious!! On to the star of the show. The Brisket, OMG!!! This has to be in top echelon of Briskets I've ever had. It was super moist with a nice tasty pepper crust. It was phenomenal all by itself but you do have some bbq sauce included to add a little more flavor IF you want. Mike is use 3 different smokers for different options for making his products. He is using cherry, maple and hickory for smoking his products. You can really tell that they care about the product they are producing. If you get the chance you should definitely check them out

Delicious BBQ at this new food truck…read more The fried bologna sandwich was a huge hit and a great deal at only $6. The bologna was cooked perfectly with a great tasting outside char on it to add flavor. I absolutely loved this sandwich. The beef brisket sandwich was also delicious. The sandwich comes with one side and costs $13. The sandwich was really good and the BBQ sauce was perfect on it. I only wish this sandwich was a little bigger. The service was fast and very friendly. I can see this food truck being a popular attraction in the Columbus area.

I marked this place down here, so in the future l like to tried it, and....today is the day!…read more They just opened at noon, I walked in like 12:05. I'm the only one there, but everything is ready. I like that. The place is really nice, all their tables are very big, since I'm the only one there, they seated me but damn....thats a table of 4, even tho the table is big enough for 6, so you can imagine I'm by myself, I'm like a little Mickey Mouse in Grand Canyon National Park. lol If you haven't been to Grand Canyon, you should go. Wait...the minute!!! Focus here... Anyway, even tho I'm the only one at the restaurant, the server still very nice, and pay more attention to me, you know how sometimes servers don't pay much attention since is only one table, not here. All you can eat like $19 and change, order it on the menu, and within 2 mins, they will bring your food to your table I always love hot pot, check out some of the photos, delicious. Yum! I drive by here at night before, this place get super busy, but lunch time don't seem much, I guess weekend a little more busier Overall, 5 out of 5

There are "flames" at the tops of the walls separating the booths that give the place a warm and welcoming yet cool and trendy vibe (safe to touch - it's just fog and lighting tricks). Child-friendly as well. Service: attentive server who was checking on us frequently. He did seem like he was running around quite a bit, but he was hardworking and friendly. Food: There are AYCE hot pot and Korean BBQ options available here. They have a pretty large menu to choose from, including scallops, mussels, a variety of meats and veggies. Their spring rolls were a tasty appetizer to add to our feast. The buffet section also had a tasty crab salad, kimchi, and a variety of desserts to choose from. There was an ice cream cooler with vanilla, strawberry, or chocolate hershey's ice cream to enjoy. One unique aspect was the sauce station - you can still DIY your sauces, but jf your creative side needs a little inspiration, they have recipes to make your own sauce. The house special shacha sauce recipe was my favorite.
