I sat down and it literally took 40 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I had sat down. When the waitress came over she had every excuse in the book as to why it took so long. Ex: "we didn't know the dining room would be this busy, there are only 3 of us working, on and on." I should have got up and walked out, but wanted to get food before my flight. An hour later my beer and water showed up, then 40 minutes after that....my order which was wrong. The waitress actually said to me "well I didn't hear you say that." Really, that why you repeated back correctly Needless to say if you have about 4 extra hours or more before your flight you should be ok. Not to mention the food was not anything to write home about!! read more

Service was awkward and the whiskey is like a flat soda it gives you sweet caramel smells but cannot deliver on the taste, slight vanilla then quickly disappeared to water. The whiskey should only be used for Coca-Cola; heavy on the Coca Cola. No food and server sits at the table with you. Place has a good look to it though!! Vodka drinks taste like flat pop.update they charged me $9 for a half once of whiskey do not recommend!!!!!!!! read more

Have to say that I had a few really good beers here and a solid club albeit on a sort of odd pita bread. Their Moonjuice IPA was solid. Not game changing but really good. For an airport stop (we were delayed 3 hours) it is a no brainer. It isnt a cheap date but Santan brewery is worth a visit of you are traveling through the Phoenix airport. Cheers to the team. read more

Only ordered drinks. Do not get the cucumber margarita!! I don't know how you manage to ruin a margarita way too sweet, straight up sugar.

Fish and chips are AWESOME. Shrimp tacos good too. Great craft beer and mojitos. Above par for an airport eatery. read more

Bad food and not great beer. Ordering was weird and staff wasn't very helpful. If you're deciding between this and shake shack across the way - go to shake shack. read more

Stopped in for a quick bite before a flight. Had the wings and they were so good. Probably the best ranch in the airport tbh. Definitely making this my go to spot before terminal 3 flights. read more

Stopped here to grab lunch real quick before a call I had to take prior to leaving the airport. I ordered the Jalapeño Chicken Caesar and while the chicken was slightly dry I still found it enjoyable. I ordered mine with no croutons, but the corn bread croutons did sound interesting. Plenty of seating an large bar area with outlets every couple seats. I'd come again. read more

After a long day of travel I stopped here for a nighttime beer and dinner before my final flight. food and beer were both delicious My server, Kelsey was so very pretty & friendly, truly service with a smile. Next time I'm in PDX I will be back. Great experience , thanks Kelsey for making my night enjoyable. read more

Lunch was tasty but service was lacking. My husband and I stopped here before our flight took off. There were three people working behind the bar, with the restaurant and bar at 1/2 the seating capacity. My husband and I sat while they waited on people around us and wouldn't even acknowledge us. Finally my husband got the attention of one of the staff members who took our order. They brought out my chipotle burger. I was almost done eating it when my husband asked where his food was. They left his club sandwich in the kitchen. Our food was very tasty. The service sucked even though they seemed to be adequately staffed. read more

Good food - Chandler Club. Fair Beer - Hazy IPA. Poor service - middle aged biker chick bartender with a terrible attitude.

Horrendous service. Never got served. Directed to a bar area and seated there by hostess. 15+ mins later I asked again about ordering food and was told - by the same hostess - that where I was seated was not in service by a waiter. Ridiculous. Don't waste your time or your money. read more

Quick service, great burger, with views of the runway! What more can you ask for from an airport bar. Staff was friendly and had helpful suggestions. Only complaint would be the QR code ordering. Seemed a little inconsistent and I prefer the old days of interaction with real people. read more

I was in there this morning and had this amazing bartender make my whole day!!!! Of course I had to get her name I believe she said it was Tina don't quote me on that but I'm pretty positive that's what she said. To be honest I wasn't in the best of moods prior to going in which is why I needed a drink or 2 but after meeting her and talking to her for a while she definitely turned my frown upside down! Great smile, great conversation, excellent service all around I wish I had that experience more often when going in to have drinks. Honestly I can't say enough great things about the service I received this morning! If you ever get the opportunity to stop by San tan brewery in the airport ask if Tina's there bartending (I really hope that's her name) you won't regret it! Thank you for hiring such amazing bar staff read more

The food was tasty and the service was very good and the mood of the restaurant was great.

What an unexpected surprise. Looking at the reviews, I think some people ate somewhere else because we loved it here. We had the vodka mule and the san tan juicy jack beer to start. Our server, Joanne, who was absolutely wonderful, suggested these drinks and they were very tasty. We shared the pretzel which was 2 huge pretzels with 2 different sauces and then I had the cobb, which was really great. Friend had the club sandwich and really enjoyed it as well. There wasnt enough time for dessert so we didnt try it. Extremely fair pricing (especially for an airport), fantastic service and awesome food. What more could you ask for?? Check it out. read more

The food wasn't that bad. A pretty average tasting burger. Wasn't exceptional or awful by any means. The kicker was the lady at the take-out service kiosk. She said to pick up the burger in 16 minutes. I came back literally 16 minutes later, and she was angry that she was standing there waiting with my burger. Isn't that her job?!? Anyways, awful service, ok food. Super convenient spot for F terminal. Wished ShakeShack was open because that would have been a better option. read more

Eating at any airport is always dicey and certainly overpriced. Not this time. Best Fish & Chips I've ever had, anywhere, and very reasonably priced The waitress, Missy, was very busy(as is usual in an airport setting) but was lovely, smiling (always), very attentive and so courteous. Thank you, Missy!! Your recommendation and your wonderful service is greatly appreciated from this weary traveler. read more

A very fun option for the airport and a great representation of the town. It doesnt quite compare to the actual brewery, but the views are nice and there is lots of room. Solid wifi and a good place to wait for your flight with the ridiculous lack of luxury lounges at PHX read more

So I'm a server working during covid...I get it. But this place was totally dead, and had very rude service.

I fly in from Vegas a lot and Always come here. The salads are amazing and nice staff love this place

We sat down and literally received no service, not even water. Another table that sat down right after us received their food by the time we gave up and left. Two wait staff were working the area. Neither one of them would even make eye contact with us. Had a conversation with the manager. Who appeared not to care but then he did track us down in the restaurant we walked to in the same terminal to offer us free lunch next time. We're in an airport. Next time could be a very long time indeed. read more

Great service and even better food. Kitchen was very receptive to all of my dietary quirks. Chef even stopped by to make sure all of my food was prepared perfectly. Thx Colt! They serve the vegan sister burger to Burger Kings Beyond burger - called the Impossible Burger. They will even top it with a zesty bbq sauce and scratch made onion rings - deeeelish. read more

Best airport eatery bar none. Great beer, local distilled spirits and food. I travel a lot and often times put up the sewage you get as a captive audience in an airport. SanTan is refreshingly excellent. The staff is fantastic and appears to actually take pride in their food and drink. This place would be 5 stars even if they weren't in terminal 3 at PHX. Well done and hats off to their management. This is a great place, I just wish I traveled to Phoenix more often. read more

For an airport pub, you'll have a tough time beating SanTan, their bears and food. Terminal 3 has a lot of solid options, but this is a great place for food and drinks. read more

Just had some great breakfast cocktails and an enchilada that hit the spot. Nothing to fault here. FYI I don't eat bacon/pork and at first glance there wasn't a lot on the menu for me. But the waitress said ALL pork dishes could be replaced with chicken! read more

There was a line to get it but it was very quick. The restaurant was not very clean. There was trash on the floors and although I watched my table being wiped down there was still residue left behind from the previous guest. I realize that with Covid not all tables can be sat but all open tables were dirty and weren't being touched until they were having a guest seated at them. I also waited forever to be served because it was never explained to be by the host I had to order on my phone. Not just look at the menu. The online option to order is pretty cool but when I placed my order they were out of beer the beer I chose so it wasn't very accurate. I would say go to another place but unfortunately there aren't many other options at this terminal. I didn't have their food so I can't comment on that. However, there was a guy seated in front of me who had to ask for his food order since wit was taking awhile and had to ask multiple times for condiments. read more

I came to San Tan brewery at Sky Harbor in terminal 3. Hostess immediately greeted me with a smile. I asked if I could sit at the bar, and she said yes, and to sit anywhere as host over there just cleared some spots. I sat down, reviewed menu quickly, and picked out what I wanted and looked up and made multiple eye contacts with bartender. He did not give me friendly glance and was walking around. After a few minutes I decided to start timing the wait as I didn't want to wait to long. In the 5 extra minutes I waited with no acknowledgement, the entire bar area can hear him complaining that he's supposed to be in Florida right now. He seemed unhappy to be working, made no eye contact with anyone, and was obvious I was a burden for him. I clocked timer at 10 total minutes of no acknowledgment from bartender even after I made it clear I would appreciate service with hand gestures when he looked at me. i decided to leave. This was not a fun trip for me, picking up my fathers ashes and really needed a friendly face. Looking around, most staff were not smiling. It's unfortunate. read more

Lousy service, worse airport pub I ever visited. 12 wait staff and zero eye contact. Beer was amazing, that's only good thing. It's a bad thing for the owners though because people will not return due to no service!!!! read more

Service has much to be desired. I had the fish and chips and it was extremely greasy and somewhat under cooked (other than the breading). I would have complained but even sitting at the bar we never saw the waiter even though there were only a handful of us in the entire place. Very disappointing.... even for airport food read more

Place sucks dick takes forever to get service and when you do even just getting a drink takes forever

Walk up counter fruit is old, mealy and yucky. Note to self: Definitely bring your own snacks next time.

Say down for a drink and appetizer before leaving. Double shot Tito's and club soda $16.50 I get that part what I don't get is how two shots of Vodka and not even a buzz!! We mentioned this to our sever Andrea and all she said was.."Oh I don't even know if they measure". Definitely not the way we wanted to start a weekend getaway! read more

Probably the worst service ever. I should have walked out after being ignored for 10 minutes and then it just got worse. Big mistake stopping there. read more

I was one of the 3 people completely ignored (see Dave S comment) the only time the bartender acknowledged us was when they dropped off my drink. The gentleman next to me ordered a "salad kit" and I just ordered a side of fries. When our food was brought, I asked for ranch and the other guy asked for utensils. We were told to ask our bartender for items, after 5minutes of attempting to get the bartenders (please note there were 2) attention, the guy who dropped our food off walked back around and was very annoyed we asked for utensils and ranch again. He brought the utensils and continued to ignore me. I finally flagged down another guy talking to a server to get me ranch, my fries were then cold. I sat there for 45 minutes and spoke to the bartender one time when she dropped off my drink. At one point she was standing right in front of me and kept her head down as not to make eye contact with us. Kinda upset that I paid ahead of time because I auto tipped 20%. I've been in the service industry awhile and this is the first time I've been somewhere that the service was so bad I didn't want to tip. Train your staff, cause they don't know how to do their jobs. Also watched 3 different people get up and leave because they were never even greeted after being sat. read more

I always try to sit at the bar, thats' where you get the best service. My bartender, can't remember his name, but tattos and earrings, but was super nice and made my stay enjoyable after I did not feel well. I really liked the barbeque sauce. Didn't expect a 5 course meal. Just something to get in my belly. Thanks so much. Bye. read more

Bad service, food that seemed like it came out of a concession stand or a frozen box, and the most unappealing atmosphere. Don't waste your time or hard earned money. read more

Imagine trying to place an order from the takeout window during airport lunch rush hour only to be told that hot food can only be sold from the restaurant area. Then imagine waiting for another 10 minutes trying to flag down a bartender to place my takeout order only to be told that wings and French fries had to be purchased for dine in only. Two weeks ago I didn't have any issue trying to complete the exact same purchase. What is going on here? Especially in an airport environment where you think you would be a little more accommodating to travelers needs? Needless to say I didn't end up placing an order and probably won't bother with this hassle next time a fly through Phoenix. read more

Open style seating makes it not feel crowded which is good. The chicken tacos are small and don't really fill you up so I don't suggest those and if you're going to call them street tacos they need to be made of corn. Not flour. But the burgers are done decently with steak fries double fried for crispness. The wine selection isn't very good so over all I'd rate this place 2 stars BUT the waitress Tina with her cheery disposition and genuine smile saved the day. You can tell she is a happy person and enjoys her work. She alone makes this place a higher star restaurant. Someone give her a raise. read more
