Airport restaurants serve people on the go... if you have an hour or two this may be an ok place. Service was very slow for an airport (very). I asked for a meal with no onions but it was loaded. I needed to run so I could not wait for a new order, waitress did not charge me I left her a $5 tip and took off. I would not go back... read more

Sat at the bar for 15 minutes and was completely ignored by every employee. Upon leaving one of them said "have a nice day"... I will now that I moved to another bar and was served immediately. read more

Host greeted my party with attitude. We asked to be seated at a table with a view of the basketball game and then were seated in the only part of the restaurant without a view of a tv. We then asked a separate server if we could move tables and they said yes. After the fact the hostcame to our new table to confront us. Once again, with attitude, the host asked us "who allowed you to move here?" We sat and ordered nothing. Don't feel bad about it at all. Other servers were very friendly though! read more

Christal was our server and she was top notch, hands down the best airport server I've had and I travel A LOT! Food was great, drinks were great, hope to visit again. read more

If there were an option for ZERO stars, I'd do that. The food is TERRIBLE! Taco Bell has better chips and cheese served in higher quality containers AND a human actually takes your order. So after ordering for ourselves through their shitty app, the food was disgusting and puke-ish. read more

Food beer and service were awesome!! We would definitely go back. Great Hazy IPA. One of the best airport meals I've had.

Waited in line and got greeted by two ladies which were very nice! Anna was my server, she was super nice and always making sure we were okay! Definitely would recommend this place and get Anna as your server! read more

Wouldn't accommodate our order , eat some where else. Poor service, not friendly people all waiting to order at 10:30 then she tells us the kitchen is backed up. Needs better management. From Chicago . Then came by and said there behind can't take our order. Avoid this place read more

I have been to this place several times in the six months it's been open. It never fails to disappoint. The service is horrific. I don't write a lot of reviews anymore. You really have to go above and beyond in the pooch-screwing department or mind-blowing department to get me to post. Get food outside the airport. read more

Food and service is amazing! Definitely one of the best places to eat at the airport.

Ordered chicken pesto sandwich. Chicken was extremely dry. Bread was perfect with the perfect amount of butter and pesto. Fries were yummy! You have to order online. No one checks on your throughout your dining experience. I ordered a glass of water when I ordered my food. Then stopped people twice to ask for water and after being there almost 30 minutes and finishing my meal - I never received any water to drink. I also asked for napkins from a lady walking by, she didn't even acknowledge that I spoke to her and then came back with two "bathroom style brown PAPER towels" and acted like it was a huge inconvenience. I understand there is COVID, but a glass of water and friendlier service would be great. read more

The gentleman seating me was beyond accommodating and professional. This place was crazy busy and he handled everybody with patience and professionalism. Apparently as a manager he is not able to accept tips but I would definitely tip him twice the amount I had set aside for the server and bartender.....Not that they were lackluster, but SanTan's lack of a dishwasher was supplemented by the manager's, Michael Dawkins' efforts. My next travels will definitely include refreshments at this establishment. Thanks for handling everything from seating to exit with grace and kindness. read more

Pretty good restaurant. Fast service and good food. The one time I went there the employees seated me instead of someone else that was waiting in line and it caused a drama. read more

got seated and was told the menu was on a qr code which is fine but after 15 minutes of waiting I was informed that I had to order via the website. I ordered and my beer came out super quickly but then I waited for over 40 minutes for my food after I had paid for it. I had to flag down a staff member to get an update. Almost missed my flight. TLDR: service sucked, beer good. read more

I mean, it's airport food. The bar can't be set too high. The waitress we had seemed like she didn't care if we lived or died. The food was not good and the service was terrible. read more

I'm shocked this place doesn't get better reviews. The wait was a little longer than we would have liked but due to Covid it's understandable since restaurants have to limit the capacity. The host was great though! He kept updating everyone in line to get seated approx. how much longer the wait would be. We were seated at the bar. They had a limited menu that you access via QR code. We were a little bummed that there was only one sandwich selection - Chandler Club. We reluctantly ordered the club as well as the Jalapeño Caesar Salad. And oh my gosh were we beyond surprised! The club sandwich and fries were bomb! The caesar salad was also delicious and we could definitely taste notes of jalapeño in the dressing. The service was attentive even though we technically didn't have a waiter and the beers/food were served extremely fast. I give this place a 5/5 for the food and service. The beer was meh in my opinion. I'm a huge IPA fan so settled on the Moon Juice. It was ok... tasted very standard. My bf ordered the Mr. Pineapple which was surprisingly really good. I regretted my IPA choice once I tasted his... which doesn't usually happen. It was comparable to a pineapple version of Blue Moon but way better. The pineapple gave it an extra pep in your sip! read more

Traveling east and stopped in for a bite. Party of 2 for lunch. We waited about 5 minutes to be acknowledged and seated. Paperless ordering was great until it wasn't. I ordered my food. My friend received an error message when ordering hers. The sever came and took the order. My friends food came out before mine - fish and chips. My food came out a few minutes later - chicken fingers and fries. The fish looked and tasted ok but was a bit dry. It was served with coleslaw and tarter sauce. My chicken fingers looked good but were dry and void of seasoning and flavor. I ate one and was done. The fries were ok. Added ketchup and ate a few fries. Overall, I say pass on this spot if you're hungry. Perhaps we just ordered the wrong items. But we ordered basic items so....... Maybe the alcoholic beverages are good but we didn't order liquor so I don't know. Next time I'll go across the flyer to Shake Shack or Panera Bread. read more

This place is amazing! I love that in terminal 3 of sky harbor airport they decided to bring in some local flavor. Our server Missy/Ruth was very friendly and knew the menu very well. She helped us pick out what to order and each of us drooled over the dishes brought to us. I had the chicken fingers and they were perfect. Crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They absolutely have the best onion rings I have EVER tried in my life! We enjoyed bloody Mary's while waiting for our flight and they were spicy and delicious! I had the classic San Tan bloody and my husband had a Chipotle Bacon Bloody Mary which I tried and it was a bit too much flavor for me but he raved about it. My husband and son loved the burgers they ordered but I will have to say we were all blown away by how crispy and tasty the onion rings were and we aren't even real onion ring fans. They have a big bar and lots of tables around. Before we left I had a cherry limeade (adult style) it was amazing! We were so excited to get going on our trip to Seattle and get on our Alaskan cruise and this was the most perfect way to start it all off! read more

Right in the concourse! Air travel is improving! I am used to paying more just to eat on airport property, but at least here (imo) it's worth it! The brew was little different from what my beer connoisseur was used to, but that's part of the experience. My Chandler-based San Tan Root Beer was so different yet good: notes of spearmint and birch as well as vanilla! So good I had to bring a Canzilla home for the kids. Our light fare was a great idea-especially since we brought half of the wings on board and enjoyed them while others had peanuts and could only be jealous of our wings!! Thank you to our waiter who brought us a couple of samples to try! read more

Alicia our server was awesome and took great care of us while having a quick lunch prior to our flight!

Absolutely terrible. Would not sit me at a table because I am by myself. I needed the room on the table to open my computer and I'm not going to sit at a bar where it's crowded and try to do business. I will never let them have my money again. read more

Chatty waitress is very nice and knows the menu well. Unable to take advantage of the plentiful beer situation as I am with my boss and "working." Menu is limited but this is an airport location so that is probably advantageous. read more

This place just opened and it's a hot mess!! Asked to be seated at a booth a party of 4 and was told that we couldn't sit there because the servers were going to be cleaning .... what? It's lunchtime and in an airport!! There wasn't very many people here and it took forever to be greeted by a waitress... she literally walked slower than a slug we all sat there watching her. We asked for water to start and when she brought them to the table it literally took 10 mins and she didn't bring straws. Funny thing is that we asked for straws and She never brought them and so we asked another server who was very sweet. The water had a funky taste ... it could have been the plastic cups but none of us liked the taste so we did ask for sodas. It took another 10 minutes to receive. We finally placed our order which was pretty simple ... 4 burgers and fries. Well the table behind us arrived after we placed our order and we couldn't believe they received there meals prior to ours!!! 45 minutes later our server brought 2 plates to the table and a gentleman followed a few minutes behind with the other two dishes. 3 out of the 4 plates matched, same size and shape while the 4th plate was much smaller and a different shape? Not sure why because all 4 meals were the same. Burgers were not cooked as ordered 3 burgers were over cooked and the other burger way undercooked. We were going to say something but because we literally sat for 45 minutes to be served we had no time; our plane was already beginning to board. The bacon on burgers were burnt and their French fries are breaded and then fried which we were unaware of. For just being open a brand new restaurant we were not happy with the meal or service. read more

Well... what can you say... airport pub food. I've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. Needless to say this food was the latter. Save your money and go to Panera across the way. Service was good though, I will give them that! We ordered the nachos and chicken tenders to share. On top the nachos looked decently appetizing but as you made your way through layers of swampy cheese and sad beans a puddle of "what is that?" laid at the bottom of the cafeteria style tray. I don't want to waste your attention on the chicken tenders. Take my word for it and don't order them. read more

Really really bad. Horrible service, bad staff, mediocre food. Save your pennies and go elsewhere

Service was horrible waited 30 min didn't even get a cup of water on top few customers also walk out like I did . Won't recommend.

Absolutely horrible service. Person behind bar rude as place opened at 7 AM. Went across aisle to Shake Shack. Actually had customer service at Shake Shack. Not worth walking in to SanTan Brewing read more

Terrible bar service. No sense of urgency. Bartender didn't serve a drink or take my order but served other even though I sat first.

Cool brewery. We were visiting from out of town and created our own beer tour and put this on it per other breweries recommendations. The beer was good and the brewery had a cool atmosphere. We were there around 6:30 on a Friday and just missed happy hour specials. We also got an order of pirogies which tasted fine but also like they were from the frozen section of Costco. read more

We tried. We wanted to love and support them because they were a new addition. We had about an hour before boarding so we thought, breakfast shouldn't be a problem.... The staff with the exception of one person contributed to the low rating. We were met at the hostess stand (not greeted, but met). The staff member began to walk us over to our table and was stopped by a waitress and she was clearly upset about the table assignments and started to berate him with a ton of questions as to why. Sigh- and yes, we were standing there listening to the whole thing with our bags. FYI - People in the airport aren't typically just casually hanging out with unlimited time on their hands. Anyway, the argument/ conversation finally ended when he gave her the amount of details she needed. Ugh. We then sit at the table and wait for 10 minutes. We get beverages and the waiter said he would look for our server. I stop him and tell him we have about 50 minutes left of the hour. He said it shouldn't be a problem, I look around and there doesn't seem to be too many customers so my colleague and I wait. Our server couldn't be found after another 10 minutes, so this kind server decides to try to help and takes our order. I inform him we have about 40 minutes left. He said it shouldn't be a problem. 10 minutes go by and he said he would check on our order. He said it shouldn't be too long. Another 10 minutes pass and he said our order is about 3rd in line?! Not sure what that means. More time passes and it is now about 7 minutes until our plane boards. He stops to apologize and comps the drinks - Oh thanks. We don't think our order was ever taken and the managers just sat at neighboring tables arguing with staff. It's too bad for the restaurant the staff didn't do them any favors that day. I do like SanTan Beer though. :) The restaurant itself, was nice, well laid out, bright with natural light. It has a lot of potential. read more

Back to three stars. Jazmyn did write to me after the last update. She referred me to the HMS Host Manager, who said that he was not authorized to reach out to customers after Yelp reviews.
