Hard Iced Tea (Palmer Style) + Sargint Stonefruit
    Francheska J.

A good spot if you're looking for a chill vibe and some good cider! I've only tried Cider Corps' drinks off the shelves at Trader Joe's so it was super cool to run into a brick-and-mortar location in DT Mesa. I came on a weekday evening so it was relatively quiet, but very spacious. You order at the counter and then take a seat, and they have pizza available too from a neighboring business which sounded sooo good, but we had eaten already. I tried the Stergint, and my boyfriend got the Hard Tea arnold palmer style. I think the Stergint ended up being a little too floral for me, so we traded hahaha, but I really liked the Hard Tea! I know I liked their canned Apple Pie and the POG so I'll have to come in to try something different next time! It looks like their menu is always rotating with new things, so I'm excited to come back.

This is my favorite place in Mesa. The service is always amazing , the ciders are so good, I recommend getting a flight. They also have this delicious pizza place (( I think it's mykes pizza )) location is great, you can walk around to other business.

We love coming here for the pizza. I'm not a big drinker so I don't drink, but I sure do like the New York style thin crust pizza. The service was friendly. It was a bit crowded so it took a little bit longer for our pizza to get to us, which is understandable. The ambience was great. They play some really nice music overhead. Water is abundant because it serve yourself. Perfect place to come on a late afternoon Saturday.

Awesome spot, creative and well-run. We stayed here and continued working/reading after getting coffee at Pair Cupworks. We LOVED the pizza, so tasty and a nice thin crust. The cider was also fun! Lots of unique flavors and I loved the tasting flight. Can't wait to come here again.

Military owned bar is ver patriotic.

I love this bar! The kitchen was closed tonight, but the bar is always open. It was a cool, beautiful night. Perfect for sitting by the open garage door. What a great atmosphere. The bartender spoiled us with great service and a free sample.

    Flight of ciders.

Cider Corps is the apple of my eye. I can't believe I have never written about this place. I'm a huge fan of Cider Corps. So big that you might even say I'm an A/C of Cider Corps. This is a DT Mesa gem that is veteran owned. They have a great pizza spot inside called Myke's Pizza and it's always a treat to order a rosemary and potato pizza to eat with some good ciders. Get a cider flight of five tasters if you're feeling indecisive. It can get busy in here since they're so popular but if you manage to snag a spot

Best cider and energy! I love the apple pie flavor and a snakebite always does the job!! I will say I did not love the peach margarita, but the rest were delicious! Service is great and the cider is even better!!

4 stars for Cider Corps since normally I don't drink hard cider but this was good. Typically I'm not going to order cider if there are other things to drink but coming here got me to try a flight of their ciders. I liked CAMULEFLAGE 5.5%, THE OLD BREED 5.5%, and PRIVATE PALMER 8%. Service was good, friendly at the bar area getting our flights poured. Ciders have clean flavors and lots of options. The menu has 12-15 rotating cider styles on tap including taproom-only flavors, cider slushies and canned 4-packs. I enjoyed the apple brandy cocktail too. I added prickly pear to mine: BUNKERITA 10% This Margarita on the rocks is made with our Apple brandy in place of tequila. It's delicious as is or with one of these added fruits: Strawberry, Prickly Pear, Mango, Peach, Watermelon. And it's a great backstory for a local business- a veteran owned and family operated cider company. started as a therapeutic hobby after founder Jason sustained two traumatic brain injuries while deployed, is now Arizona's largest cidery dedicated to its mission to honor the sacrifice of veterans and their families. Nice, open space in the taproom with patio. I know this place has been open for years and I'm way late to checking it out. I've been nearby so many times at Chupacabra, Worth, or Gus's but hadn't stopped in....lame. But I've righted my wrongs, and I'll come back again to try more items on the rotating menu :)

I was never a fan of ciders before but this place has changed that. Camuleflage and POG are always solid along with any of the spicy ciders they have. Its owned by a Devil Dog and they go out of their way to support Veterans too, so that is always a plus.

Some of the best cider I've had ANYWHERE. Veteran owned. The people were awesome! We ordered Myles pizza while we were there and it was so fresh! Would def come back

Veteran-owned and operated, say no more, I'm there! The best Ciders in the valley are found here. There is plenty of parking available in the area. The ambiance in there is great, and they even have live music (they had a chill lo-fi DJ while I was there). The staff working there are attentive, professional, and eager to assist you with any questions that you might have. If you are looking for food as well, they serve hot, fresh pizzas. I have not tried the pizza yet, but I will definitely give it a try on my next visit. It is also great to see that they give a discount to active duty and veterans. Awesome cider, awesome cause. GET THERE! Top picks: Mango Foxtrot, POG, Apple Pie (seasonal)

Ask the Community - Cider Corps

    Is there a happy hour?

Every hour I've been there I've been happy but as for a time with specials I'm not aware of one.

    Does Cider Corp serve food?

Cider Corp does not, but Myke's Pizza is located inside, and Cider Corp allows outside food to be eaten on their property

Do they have outdoor seating? Thanks!

    Yes

    Do they have growlers?

They did in the past, but due to a licensing limitation (they're classified as a "winery" rather than a "brewery" since they ferment fruit juice) ... they are no longer permitted to fill growlers.

Is your taproom dog friendly? Outdoor patio? Thanks much for your reply! 👍

    Yes..they are.

Are the ciders gluten free? Or are some?

All ciders currently on tap are gluten free, 12 on tap currently 👍🏼

We were picking out the items for the flight but the kids had a long day & were not going to last if we did sit and drink it there. He understood the kids were cranky and allowed us to pick a few items to go in place of having the flights there. He was more than generous and we picked a few to try. It was good. Definitely would be back to support him when in the area. He definitely won us over as customers.

When we arrived at 7pm it wasn't very busy and there was still a lot of seating available. I loved the ambiance here, very bright and modern. There is a bar area available for sitting at and merch available for purchase. My friend and I decided to order a pizza and share it. We chose the Brie, Apple and fig but when it arrived there didn't seem to be any Brie on it which was disappointing. There was also A LOT of arugula. I don't think I'd order this one again, but I did enjoy the 5oz pour of the sour cherry cider. Bingo night was also really fun! I'll be coming back here for more bingo nights and I'll definitely try some other food items.

We stopped on our way to check this spot out since we didn't know when we'd be in the area again. You won't find food at Cactus Taproom so if you're looking for a glass of whine, beer or a little of both this may be your spot. What caught my eye was they offer flights. I love flights because you get to try a little of quite a few to see what you like or don't. When we pulled into the lot I was surprised at how small it is. There is a bar of course, a handful of high top tables and a small patio. The place was packed. We somehow managed to snag the last available table. It was full of definite locals as many seemed familiar with each other. There was one man running the bar and though very busy he was friendly, patient and no one seemed to be having to wait long for drinks. The place was clean. I thought it was cool that they offered many fridges of different beers etc to purchase and take home or of course drink while there. If you read my reviews I love sour beers and this is part of why we came here. I tried both they had on tap and unfortunately wasn't a fan of either. We will have to come back and maybe try a few in the fridge section. I didn't want to try anything else and risk mixing wine etc. good local spot of just wanted to have a few drinks alone or with friends.

The book club organizes 90 minutes of time for you to read whatever book you bring. I like the idea as I have quite a few books piled up to read and I need some dedicated time to get thru my books. Apparently, usually on Thursday nights, there is trivia, but that was canceled and some people left that came for that. Make sure you check their schedule as they do lots of events here. I think on Wednesday nights, they have bingo and tons of weekend events. The place is smallish but bright and welcoming. A nice, casual bar and plenty of ciders on tap. I'm not really a cider drinker as it's just too sweet for me. But, I wil say the lady that helped me was very sweet and let me try three of their most dry ciders. I went with the #1 option which was prickly palm, I think. It was a good cider, still more sweet that I like, but it was a good cider. You can also see the brewing vats here too, so it's a legit spot! They dont have food here, but Genos is literally a few shops down and they deliver to the cidery. It's your usual pizza, fries, wings kind of place. I wasn't in the mood for that tonight. The book club had a great turn out and I did meet one woman sitting next to me reading and she was nice. While I like this idea of BYOB and read, I had a hard time focusing as it was pretty loud and a lot of socializing and I was trying to get through a pretty dense book. But, I was able to settle in and did finish one dense chapter I was trying to finish. Also, this book club does raffles for gift certificates to a bookstore, so that was cool. Bummer I didn't win. I'd definitely come back here again if another book club was hosted here. And an occasional cider that's sweeter than my usual might be a nice addition to my regular routine. The sweetness might just add more sweetness in my life! Wink! Wink!
