Made the long drive from Gilbert to see what the hype was about and let me say....that soft serve was WORTH IT! I got the swirl and it was soooooo refreshing and delicious. I have seen people comment that they were too strong (I don't see the problem or maybe some people don't really like tequila) but mine was perfect! Not strong at all. The only reason I didn't give this updated review a 5-I ordered the banh mi sando and the sandwich was so dry. Chicken was dry. The cilantro wasn't chopped I had to pick out long stems. Also I got the AZ frosè and the rosemary syrup was just way too pungent to enjoy the whole beverage. I wished it had been more balanced. Especially when the French fries are heavily seasoned with rosemary--a bit too much.

We could not have picked a better place than Fate Brewing - Phoenix for our wedding Welcome Party!…read moreWe reserved the first hour for our rehearsal dinner and speeches with our wedding party, and then transitioned into the Welcome Party with all of our guests. We had around 60 people total, and the space could not have worked better for a group our size. We had both the indoor and outdoor spaces reserved for the entire evening, including the full patio with misters to keep everyone cool, lawn games that were a huge hit with our very competitive group, and indoor booths and long tables. Everyone had plenty of room to sit, mingle, play games, grab a drink, and move between the indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the night. The Fate team was incredible from start to finish. They let us come in ahead of time to tour the space and plan our menu, and when our final guest count ended up being smaller than originally expected, they were extremely flexible with our budget. They gave us options for drink tickets or an open bar tab and allowed us to adjust how much we put toward food, drinks, and snacks so we could create exactly what worked for our group. The food was AMAZING! We had a full taco bar for our rehearsal dinner and a fun pretzel wall for the Welcome Party, and they even allowed us to bring in our own décor and desserts. The staff also went above and beyond with drink recommendations and made sure there were great options for everyone, whether they drank alcohol or not, while also helping accommodate allergies. We were especially impressed by how attentive the staff was throughout the entire night. Managing a group of around 60 people is no small task, but we never felt like we were waiting for anything. They were always one step ahead, checking on our guests, keeping everything flowing, and making sure we could simply enjoy the night. The flexibility, hospitality, and willingness of the entire Fate team to go above and beyond made our night so easy and memorable. It was the absolute perfect way to kick off our wedding weekend, and we cannot recommend Fate Brewing - Phoenix enough for a quick drink or lunch, rehearsal dinner, Welcome Party, or large group event!

I tried about six but the staycation was pretty decent. Spinach artichoke is actually pretty good. Doesn't have those hard pieces of artichoke that you usually get with the cheap frozen versions, came with salsa to which is more on the watery sign with a kick it was alright , sweet potato fries are extremely crunchy and hot and they give you aloooot of them I was actually shocked how much they give you they were the best SP fries I've had thus yet perfect crunch , The chicken tacos are a bit spicy if you're like a white person level zero lol but they're pretty flavorful with what is on top of them but in general, I think the chicken is a bit dry but topping help with that problem, the Jess pizza was actually really good. Very crispy probably one of the best thin pizzas I've had our service was pretty decent too This place was pretty spacious and I liked their seating options. Pretty unique we were at a low bench long table type which was nice for mingling and sharing bites i'm surprised with how much I actually ended up liking the food with breweries. It's always like a hit or miss but this place was a pretty good spot. I just wish they had beers that I liked more.

I got the beer that is imported from the Hofbrauhaus in Munich and it was as delicious as it was there. The chicken paprikash was incredible, and the spätzle tasted delicious. Our server was on top of it, and made sure to keep the refills coming, as well as consistently checked on our meal. I wil absolutely be returning!

The Worst beef stroganoff EVER!!!!…read more Been craving beef stroganoff for months. Finally found a place that serves it. Took us a while to get service. We ordered drinks and the food at the same time. The waiter walked away within five minutes the food was plopped on our table. The beef stroganoff was literally in a cereal / soup bowl that you would have from home. You know that one bowl that has no other matching set to it. It's the only one that's lasted in the cabinet all those years with the chip. It had no presentation no garnish just a plop of porridge in it that just looked horrible. For $25 I was expecting just a little bit more I went with my sister and we were just to hungry at the time so we tried the food and it didn't even taste good. Maybe it was the sour cream that had gone sour is what it tasted like. The meat was kind of sporadically through the stroganoff I got a lot of large pieces of seared tough meat. The kind of beef that been over cooked too long in a pan and it kind of sticks to the pan. No soft moist meat at all. It didn't have any of the flavors of stroganoff It had the weirdest taste. I didn't taste mushroom. I didn't taste sour cream, it kinda had a taste of a hollandaise sauce, tasted kind of lemony. Honestly, I should've sent it back for $25 for that slop of porridge. I couldn't get a waiter back over to us. I had a hunt down salted pepper just kind of spice it up a little bit. It was utterly disgusting I've had good German food and this isn't the place They had a nice courtyard. A guy was playing some polka music, then switched over to Americanized music. It was just a very, very bad experience The food was completely disgusting

It was at that point that I discovered the touch tunes jukebox thing over on the wall and decided to play some tunes to uplift the spirits in there. I like to think that it was Korn's "Freak on a Leash" that spiked the staff's attitude. I think they just really needed a real one to go in there and get the party started.
