My husband and I left the Chevy dealership with our 2021 Tahoe, it was getting serviced and due to the poor customer service we received that day, I decided I am trading it in and getting something else where service is valued. Lincoln happened to be right next door and wow!!! We could not be happier with the service, the communication the hospitality we have received since purchasing our new Aviator. We worked with Fiston, who was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I wanted! We could not be happier! Their service department is out of this world, so those of you who value the way you are treated should definitely switch over to Sanderson Lincoln on Bell Rd and I highly recommend working with Fiston!

Fiston provided a First class experience from the first phone call to driving off the lot. Fiston our sales rep to Mike the finance manager made buying a vehicle easy and unbelievably enjoyable. It truly is a white glove experience and we got the car she always wanted. The customer care they shared is truly commendable. With so many choices on the market Fiston provides a world class buying experience coupled with a fabulous SUV. I can see why they are one of three best and largest dealers int eh US!!! Oh yes, this vehicle is best in class too.

Exceeded expectations. Fiston is the man to see. He made the whole process stress free and easy. His professionalism and no nonsense attitude made the process quick and efficient. He came at us with an amazing deal right out of the gate. No back and forth, no middle man. Sanderson is serious about selling cars. They kept their word at every turn and made sure we will come back for years to come.

    Such fun presentation!

This is actually for the Scottsdale Quarter location! As someone who despises buying a car Wilbert (and team) made this as painless as possible- getting me the car I wanted! The experience in the Scottsdale location was less like car buying and more like shopping in a nice store. Everything was explained to me easily and the process was just seamless. I'd recommend them highly. - Katherine R.

I started my car buying Journey with Jose. At first everything was fine but in the middle of waiting to find out if another car was available, Jose left and did not come back. After about an hour and a half, Tiny came to help us out and was wonderful! After purchasing, I was told my car will have a FULL detail done... twice (I requested it multiple times due to the seats being very dirty as well as the center consul). I then waited a week and a half for my vehicle due to Jose continuously telling me that my car was being worked on (A/C was out).. when it was actually not. I reached out to Jose several; times after purchasing to ask about the progress and any updates. I then reached out to Tiny stating that I do NOT want to be working with Jose due to the lack of communication as well as the lying about the details of my car getting fixed. I then go to pick up my car after 10 days.. and my car interior was not detailed AT ALL. There's broken glass in the vents, and under the mats (they so call vacuumed) and well as old food crumbs and spills in the consul. After having to wait that long, I gave up just went to detail it myself. As a first time car buyer, I was super disappointed with not just Jose but AutoNation as a whole. Tiny was the saving grace in this experience but I will never purchase through this company again.

At no point did anyone clearly disclose that sales tax was NOT included. Only after the sale, when we went to register the vehicle in Nevada, were we hit with a large, unexpected tax bill that we had to pay out of pocket. This is not a small oversight -- it's a major lack of transparency and, frankly, feels deceptive. If a dealership is quoting an "out-the-door" price, it is their responsibility to make sure that number is accurate and complete. Failing to disclose something as significant as sales tax is unacceptable. This experience has completely destroyed any trust we had in this dealership.

At the time, I was informed that the vehicle required a motor mount replacement. Despite that issue, I liked the vehicle and left a deposit with the understanding that the repair would be completed before delivery. When I returned on Thursday to pick up the vehicle, I was informed that the repair had not yet been completed, so pickup was rescheduled for Friday. I arrived on Friday at 3:00 PM to complete the paperwork, only to find the Jeep still on the lift being worked on. I expressed that I did not feel comfortable signing paperwork until I had the opportunity to test drive the vehicle again and confirm the repair was completed properly. However, after waiting several hours, I ultimately signed the paperwork around 5:00 PM without being able to conduct a second test drive. Upon leaving the dealership, I immediately noticed several concerns: * The vehicle had almost no fuel. * Only one key fob was provided. * The trunk rubber mat was missing. * There was no washer fluid or power steering fluid. * The engine grounding strap had not been reconnected after the motor mount repair. * There were loose nuts/bolts under the hood. Due to the inconvenience and delay, I was assured that a replacement key fob would be provided at no additional cost. Shortly after driving the vehicle on the highway, I experienced additional issues, including knocking beneath the floorboard, pulling while driving, and shaking at higher speeds. I promptly reported these concerns to the salesman and provided photos of the issues I had identified under the hood. Based on feedback from individuals familiar with vehicle repairs, I suggested the possibility of suspension or tie rod-related issues. The dealership asked me to return the Jeep for inspection and repairs. The vehicle remained with them for approximately 2.5 days. When I picked it up, I was informed that the issue was simply an unbalanced tire. However, the additional concerns I raised were not addressed. Before leaving the dealership, I advised the salesman that the original issues were still present. I was told to "give it 24 hours" and follow up if the problems continued. The issues did continue, resulting in multiple follow-up conversations regarding another repair appointment and the possibility of a loaner vehicle while my Jeep was being serviced again -- only days after purchase. Eventually, the dealership agreed to pick up the vehicle from my workplace, which is approximately four miles away. After the second inspection, I was told the issue had been caused by a loose bolt and that the vehicle should now be operating properly. It has now been more than 30 days since my purchase, and I still have not received the promised replacement key fob or trunk mat. Despite contacting the dealership multiple times each week, communication has been inconsistent and vague, with responses such as "I hope so," "Maybe," or "I'll find out." I was also told on multiple occasions that a technician would contact me to arrange key fob programming at my home or office. However, none of the proposed appointments were ever confirmed, and I was never contacted. Most concerning is the fact that I requested several times for a manager to contact me regarding these ongoing issues, and I have yet to receive any response. Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing purchasing experience. The ongoing lack of communication, incomplete repairs, and failure to fulfill commitments have left me with little confidence in the dealership's customer service or professionalism. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership to others.

As a rideshare driver, obtaining financing was extremely challenging. My income structure did not fit traditional employment standards because I did not have standard paycheck stubs, and my deposits from the Uber Pro Card transferred inconsistently into my checking account. On top of that, I was dealing with credit challenges, maxed-out credit lines, negative equity on my previous vehicle, and a Chevy Cruze that would not pass emissions, which prevented me from renewing the registration. Because of that situation, I was stuck paying an expensive weekly rental fee just to continue working. I was completely transparent with the dealership about my financial situation and the difficulties I was facing. I knew going into the process that approval would not be easy. I also understood that if I could get approved for a reliable vehicle, I could finally return the rental, reduce my debt burden, lower my weekly expenses, and create a path toward financial stability instead of continuing toward disaster. The staff at Midway Nissan treated me with dignity and respect throughout the entire process. At no point did they make me feel judged because of my financial situation. Instead, they worked together as a team to problem-solve, communicate clearly, and help explore every possible option available. The environment was warm, welcoming, and professional. Their willingness to go above and beyond exceeded my expectations. They understood that they were not simply selling a vehicle. They were helping someone regain stability and move forward. In today's world, it is rare to find a dealership that combines professionalism, compassion, persistence, and teamwork the way Midway Nissan did during my experience. If someone is researching dealerships or trying to decide where to go for a vehicle purchase, I highly recommend Midway Nissan. And when you visit, ask for Elvis and let them know Mattie sent you. Thank you again to the entire team at Midway Nissan for your patience, understanding, and commitment to helping people through difficult situations. -- Mattie

The only real complaint is that these dealers are now using highly deceptive advertising methods,…read moreand it is not just this location, but in many places that I have discovered recently. Dealers are resorting to jacking up the sale price of the used vehicles with "Dealer Add-Ons", for a variety of unnecessary products that provide no real value to the customer but is a method to increase gross profits and the internet has made it increasingly difficult for them to generate profits as a result. I went in to purchase a vehicle to upgrade my daughters current car and during the first pass, they added $1,854 to the price of the vehicle, when I had already received a quote online from the Autotrader ad for $14,890, plus tax, registration and documentation fees, nowhere on the online ad or in the emailed response was this ever disclosed and when I spoke with the internet representative on the phone, I asked about any additional fees and she said that there were NONE. Therefore that evening we made the 2.5 hour drive up to purchase the vehicle and while I did not expect a decent trade in value for her car, and I removed it from the deal and was prepared to pay cash or finance it, and when I voiced my disappointment over the add on, they reduced it by $1,355 and said that they always add the $499 fee to all their used cars. Which I think was for paint sealant??? In my past 40 years of buying cars, 25+ units in total, I have NEVER purchased this junk and never had any paint issues before. Plus, I know the game, I have worked in the retail automotive industry, as a sales consultant, new and used car sales manager, finance manager and service manager, for several dealers and promoted the same junk, but these are not mandatory and you DO NOT need to accept this nonsense, ever and it is always your choice to simply walk away and keep that money in your pocket. I refused and said that I would keep my trade, but still buy car at the $14,890, plus TTL, because it was actually at the low book value and as it was the deal that was sent to me via email, and take it home that evening, but the sales manager refused to budge on the $499, which again, not sure what it was for, but never disclosed until we sat down to work out the contract. So, we left. I also had to say that his sales team was not very well prepared, looked rather sloppy, and I would have trained them far better than how they both looked and spoke to me. I fully understand this industry, and there is nothing wrong with making money in car business, it can be very lucrative and fun, which is fine, but let's not get too ridiculous about it paint sealant and such on a "used vehicle". My only real issue was the deceptive tactics, which to me appear to be border line illegal and they certainly seem to be deliberately working on being deceptive, so don't fall for it. From my past work experience, most individuals are not prepared to deal with professional salespeople who would convince people to agree to spend money on things that they really did not need. Many products are good, GAP, Warranty and such, when the risk warrants the investment, but do your own research and do a careful analysis each time. Plus, even these products are negotiable and come with 50% to 200% markups, as I would do in the past. We did find a very nice unit, for $3000 more, but a newer model and equally equipped, plus she is happy and guess what - NO "Dealer Add-On" fees and a good value for the money. Go out there and shop around but ask questions and don't waste your time or their time as well.

My experience with Cactus Jack's was extremely disappointing and stressful from beginning to end…read more I originally purchased a vehicle from the Surprise, AZ location. While test driving the car, I noticed that the heat did not work. I was told this would be repaired. Shortly after getting the car, I took it in for an oil change and was told there was a small oil leak, and the airbag light also came on. I had been told when purchasing the vehicle that it had not been in any accidents, but after further investigation it appeared that the vehicle had previously been involved in one. Before going to Surprise, I also dealt with the Country Club location. My interaction there with Liz was not a good experience. I felt rushed and pressured into accepting just any vehicle, and when I had concerns I was basically told that I shouldn't expect much more from a used car. When I went to the Surprise location, Pedro in customer service was actually very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, the vehicle itself still had multiple issues. Eventually I was told to come pick up the car because it was "ready." However, when I arrived, nothing had truly been fixed. The heat still did not work, even though they said they had replaced the thermostat. When running the A/C there was a strong smell like burning wires. I was also told the oil leak wasn't actually a leak but leftover oil from a previous repair, and that they had simply cleaned the area. Things escalated when I spoke with Mark, the manager at the Glendale location. When I explained that I was not comfortable keeping the car due to the unresolved problems especially the airbag light still being on, which means the airbag may not deploy in an accident he became very dismissive and argumentative. Instead of addressing my concerns, he suggested that if I wanted a car with no issues, I should buy a 2026 vehicle. I was also told that what I was experiencing was just "buyer's remorse," which was frustrating because my concerns were about safety and unresolved repairs. The interaction became uncomfortable and unprofessional. I felt disrespected and dismissed while simply trying to explain the issues with a car that had been in the shop longer than I had actually driven it. I eventually made it clear that I would not accept being spoken to that way and requested either a vehicle exchange or a refund. At one point I even saw another customer successfully switch vehicles, so I believed that was a reasonable request. I contacted the original location where I purchased the vehicle to explain the situation. After several conversations with different employees, I was ultimately told to bring the vehicle back and that I would be refunded. This entire experience left me shocked and disappointed. Purchasing a vehicle should not involve this level of stress, dismissiveness, and lack of accountability especially when safety concerns like an airbag warning light are involved. My advice to anyone purchasing a used vehicle: take your time, inspect everything carefully, check for leaks, test the heat and A/C, drive the car at different speeds, and pay attention to any unusual smells or warning lights. Don't feel pressured into making a decision because you need a vehicle quickly. Based on my experience, I would rate this company zero stars.
