    Everyone knows cars are getting out of hand when it comes to cost. Shopping for cars sucks the most. Primarily because of the hassle. I have to say, Aaron and Mike in the used car side made our purchase of a 2023 Ford Bronco Wildcat easy and rewarding. We tried other dealers. Auto Nation was the worst with an attitude such that one might think we were a major interruption to their day. Other lots didn't have what we wanted or were very over priced. Asking almost new pricing for cars three and four years old and 40,000+ miles. We spent all day looking at the same car in different locations. At the end of the day, Bell Ford was the best and we made our purchase. I have to say that they have the best waiting lounge I have seen. Water and soft drinks, soft leather chairs, tables and chairs, TV and magazines are all set in a comfortable location. So if your in the market for a new or used car in the Phoenix area go see Aaron, "A A Ron":-) He's a good man eager to please you with a no pressure attitude. He only wants to please your needs for a good deal. PLUS, He'll give you the good water instead of the Kirkland stuff.

    Let me begin by saying that I have purchased a few brand new Fords over the last 10 years from a local dealer where I live. Fast forward to now and my local dealer refused to make an honest deal with a long time customer. This led me to another city and Bell Ford. I worked with Austin, Jeff and Matt during the whole course of the sale. Let me tell you that from the start of the communication process all the way down to the final signing of the deal it was a pleasure and joy to work with all the team at Bell Ford. They worked a more than fair deal and gave me a great price on a brand new Ford. They accepted my trades and gave me what I asked for. Bell Ford has won me over as a new customer and I look forward to returning and purchasing my vehicles from them in the future. Hands down 5 stars - I highly recommend Bell Ford.

    I wanted to share my experience in case it helps someone else…read more I put down a deposit on a vehicle back in September 2025 that I ultimately never received. When I gave ALBERT the deposit I asked if I dont get the car I can get my money back? He said yes, dont worry. WELLL.....Getting the refund back turned into a process. I had to make multiple visits, and communication was none existent until I filed a complaint with the Attorney General. In the response to my complaint they said if I provided proof of the charge they would refund my money promptly, which was a lie. I provided them my bank statement and they still wanted the ORIGINAL CARD that was charged. Because my original debit card had been replaced by my bank, they made excuses about how they couldnt process the refund. I requested a check, but they insisted it had to go back to the original card. Then they asked me to call my bank, yet another hoop to jump through to get MY money back which set me off. So I cussed them out and called them theives and liars and stormed out. However, I calmed down and decided to try one more time. After calling my bank and getting the old card number, they were able to process the refund and gave me a receipt. I'm now waiting for it to post. In the hour and half I was there, I also witnessed physical violence between two salesman that had got into an arguement.... Salesman 1 went to salemans 2 desk and popped him upside the head. Saleman 2 then stood up and the arguement escalated before he slapped him smooth across his face. A third salesman stepped between them and de escalated them. It was uncomfortable to watch as a customer. This place is questionable at best, they lied to me about the car, they lied about how I can recieve my refund, they are very unprofessional and aggressive. In the end, the refund was processed, but it required months of persistence on my part. I would never recommend buying a car from here if you want your money in trusted hands. They told me it could take up to a week to 10 days. I contacted AutoNation multiple times during the delivery period for ETA updates. They kept assuring me of a specific date for delivery. In the meantime, I was going to be transferring my current plates to the new vehicle when it arrived and trade-in my vehicle. They took the title from me and removed my plates/registration from my vehicle. I was pulled over for driving an unregistered vehicle and received a ticket. I called them immediately and they did nothing to rectify the situation. An hour before I was to pick up my new Jeep, they texted me and said it was NEVER PICKED UP for delivery almost 2 weeks ago. Then they promised to get another company to pick it up the next day and expedite the delivery in 4 days. The next day, it was not picked up and they said it would be over another week. I suggested they could fly me to the location and I would drive my vehicle back myself; they said they would but not pay for gas or lodging. And then said I had to pay for the airfare myself and they would reimburse me from the delivery fee that I paid in the first place for after I returned. I have the bank statement showing they cashed my $53,000 check 10 days ago, and they will not cut me a check back until they check if they money is cleared, then it would take time to process; meanwhile, I've also been told they could write the check same-day. They are now being more rude and unprofessional, saying they have other customers - this customer has been waiting for her new car, gotten a ticket (over $200 for traffic school), ended insurance on current vehicle and purchased insurance for the new car that never came, they are in possession of the title of my current vehicle that was to be a trade-in and they have not given my title back to me.... They are thieves. I have yet to get my $53,000 back and they will not tell me when they're not "busy with other customers."

I started my car buying Journey with Jose. At first everything was fine but in the middle of waiting to find out if another car was available, Jose left and did not come back. After about an hour and a half, Tiny came to help us out and was wonderful! After purchasing, I was told my car will have a FULL detail done... twice (I requested it multiple times due to the seats being very dirty as well as the center consul). I then waited a week and a half for my vehicle due to Jose continuously telling me that my car was being worked on (A/C was out).. when it was actually not. I reached out to Jose several; times after purchasing to ask about the progress and any updates. I then reached out to Tiny stating that I do NOT want to be working with Jose due to the lack of communication as well as the lying about the details of my car getting fixed. I then go to pick up my car after 10 days.. and my car interior was not detailed AT ALL. There's broken glass in the vents, and under the mats (they so call vacuumed) and well as old food crumbs and spills in the consul. After having to wait that long, I gave up just went to detail it myself. As a first time car buyer, I was super disappointed with not just Jose but AutoNation as a whole. Tiny was the saving grace in this experience but I will never purchase through this company again.

At no point did anyone clearly disclose that sales tax was NOT included. Only after the sale, when we went to register the vehicle in Nevada, were we hit with a large, unexpected tax bill that we had to pay out of pocket. This is not a small oversight -- it's a major lack of transparency and, frankly, feels deceptive. If a dealership is quoting an "out-the-door" price, it is their responsibility to make sure that number is accurate and complete. Failing to disclose something as significant as sales tax is unacceptable. This experience has completely destroyed any trust we had in this dealership.

You're welcome. There are a lot of moving parts when making a car purchase. Will you deal with pushy salespeople? Will you *really* get a good price? Will the trade in be a hassle? Will the finance department mess you over? All of these are things we dread about car shopping. Which is where Another Time has offered a refreshing difference each time we've been there. As parents, and consumers with plenty of car purchases under our belts (for better or worse), we had worries about our young adult's first independent car purchases. And TWICE now, Another Time has exceeded our expectations. First, a few years ago, with the purchase of an older Camry. A great deal, friendly but NOT pushy sales support, and straightforward pricing with no hidden charges at the contract signing. As for the car itself, we had eyes wide open on what to reasonably expect from a 14 year old used car for $3,000, and so should you. No matter what you buy, from ANYONE, it will need something. So we had no surprises. Second, and most noteworthy was our experience today. Our son was financing a car for the first time on his own. We have been looking all over town in what has proven to be a very difficult car market. We had been on this lot previously and not found anything he liked. Last night the car he has been dreaming of was posted at a very fair price. Knowing how quickly cars move on this lot, we were there today at 8 a.m. Our son checked the Carfax, test drove and decided it was all systems go on the purchase. We then moved on to the trade in, where we negotiated a fair offer given the condition of the car. Everything was moving quickly, next we were headed to finance (this is the part where things often go south). He had taken our advice of being preapproved by a neutral 3rd party bank before shopping at the dealerships. We shared the preapproved rate with Robert in finance, and he started the process of seeing how he could beat it. Here's the thing. When someone both ENJOYS and is GOOD at what they do, it's evident in how hard they work to help, and how genuine they are in the transaction. Robert pulled off what we thought NO ONE could. He dropped that rate, for a young first time car buyer, from 11% to 6.49%! His excitement for my son was genuine and he truly made the transaction as easy as possible with his patience and knowledge. Everything was transparent, there were no hidden surprises. Polar opposite of what we've experienced at the big box dealerships. My son drove home today in an AWESOME Toyota at what seems to be a great deal all the way around. We are confident he won't be upside down in his loan, and will have a car that lasts several years.     Bought a 2021 ford ranger lariat fx4 from them back in Feb. The salesperson messed my name up on…read moreall the paperwork and had to be told multiple times what he did wrong to get it fixed. When he corrected it, he only corrected it on the DMV paperwork, not the auto loan, warranty, gap insurance, or any other paperwork. I pointed this out to them multiple times and they didn't correct it, resulting in me having to call all those institutions and get it corrected myself. He also did not flag the lifted truck option on the warranty he sold me despite the truck being lifted. They fixed this last part for free without any cost to me, so I guess they get half a point for effort there. Now that we get past the initial paperwork part of where this purchase went wrong, let's get into the mechanical issues with the vehicle. On my test drive, I noticed a burnt rubber smell coming from the left rear of the vehicle that I now know is symptomatic of a leaking rear axle seal. The power train warning light was also on the truck. I reported both of these things to the dealer and they said they would fix it with their partnered shop. They took the truck to the shop and told me they need to replace the wiring harness to correct the power train issue error. After that, they had to send the truck to a local transmission shop for a rebuild of the transmission, and that shop told me that there was an axle seal leaking. I passed that information on to the dealership to see if they would fix that or if I would have to, and they completely blew me off. Because of weeks back and forth where the dealership told me repeatedly that they'd communicated with other parties and then I call those parties and they all state they never heard from the dealership, I decided I no longer trusted that dealer or their mechanics at all and I took the car to a ford dealership. Immediately spotted the seal issue and diagnosed that the transfer case motor wasn't engaging. Swapped the motor and then had to diag that the wiring harness was messed up. I would not recommend buying a car from overstockvehicles or their partner organization valleycargroup. The only positive of this experience was getting them to foot the bill on a transmission rebuild for a vehicle that has known transmission issues.
