I have now had my new car for 90 days and Ford Service has had it about half the time trying to figure out some kind of fuel/vapor problem. 4 new parts including a new fuel pump and gas tank and it is still happening. Work is being done that I am unaware of and I go DAYS without getting an update. I have spoken to the customer service manager Kimberly and left messages for the General Manager too. Ford HQ is involved but they are not much better. I loved my new car and this is terrible. Once they have sold you the car, they do not care. read more

Everyone knows cars are getting out of hand when it comes to cost. Shopping for cars sucks the most. Primarily because of the hassle. I have to say, Aaron and Mike in the used car side made our purchase of a 2023 Ford Bronco Wildcat easy and rewarding. We tried other dealers. Auto Nation was the worst with an attitude such that one might think we were a major interruption to their day. Other lots didn't have what we wanted or were very over priced. Asking almost new pricing for cars three and four years old and 40,000+ miles. We spent all day looking at the same car in different locations. At the end of the day, Bell Ford was the best and we made our purchase. I have to say that they have the best waiting lounge I have seen. Water and soft drinks, soft leather chairs, tables and chairs, TV and magazines are all set in a comfortable location. Salesman approaches me, and I ask him questions about features, warranty, and some of the dealer adds on a Ranger I could live with if the price was special. Guy has zero ownership of job, or knowledge of vehicle features. I ask do you know what the EMPLOYEE Price is on this Ranger, he say something about asking his manager. I walk into showroom, sit down, a few minute he return with credit app and tried to start the "4" Square Process. I again ask WHAT IS THE EMPLOYEE PRICE on the Range, he keeps avoiding the questions. Service Department- Nov 4th, 2024. I made an appointment with Kody Schmierer to have my 2014 Ford Raptor have work done on a recent Ford Recall. Kody said they would pick up and return my car the exact same day. I did not receive a call all day from my service advisor. I call and text his cell phone and do not get a call back at the end of the day. I call and texted Kody again in the morning and no response for 2 hours. I call the service manager and then I finally get a call back from Kody. He advises me that I called to late yesterday and that is why he did not respond. I responded that I received 10 text messages from Bell Ford and I would expect that my service advisor would call me with updates and especially if there was going to be a delay...Kody then promised that my vehicle would be ready and delivered at 11am; and of course that did not happen. I keep texting every hour and no response. Finally the vehicle shows up at 2pm with no advance notice. Good service is hard to come by these days and unfortunately here is another example.
