You guys did great with my mini cooper that was in for service. Thank you Bell Ford and staff!

Everyone knows cars are getting out of hand when it comes to cost. Shopping for cars sucks the most. Primarily because of the hassle. I have to say, Aaron and Mike in the used car side made our purchase of a 2023 Ford Bronco Wildcat easy and rewarding. We tried other dealers. Auto Nation was the worst with an attitude such that one might think we were a major interruption to their day. Other lots didn't have what we wanted or were very over priced. Asking almost new pricing for cars three and four years old and 40,000+ miles. We spent all day looking at the same car in different locations. At the end of the day, Bell Ford was the best and we made our purchase. I have to say that they have the best waiting lounge I have seen. Water and soft drinks, soft leather chairs, tables and chairs, TV and magazines are all set in a comfortable location. So if your in the market for a new or used car in the Phoenix area go see Aaron, "A A Ron":-) He's a good man eager to please you with a no pressure attitude. He only wants to please your needs for a good deal. PLUS, He'll give you the good water instead of the Kirkland stuff.

Let me begin by saying that I have purchased a few brand new Fords over the last 10 years from a local dealer where I live. Fast forward to now and my local dealer refused to make an honest deal with a long time customer. This led me to another city and Bell Ford. I worked with Austin, Jeff and Matt during the whole course of the sale. Let me tell you that from the start of the communication process all the way down to the final signing of the deal it was a pleasure and joy to work with all the team at Bell Ford. They worked a more than fair deal and gave me a great price on a brand new Ford. They accepted my trades and gave me what I asked for. Bell Ford has won me over as a new customer and I look forward to returning and purchasing my vehicles from them in the future. Hands down 5 stars - I highly recommend Bell Ford.

Michael in sales was a pleasure to work with and will purchase again from him. Love the Bronco Raptor! All staff were extremely professional and very pleasant. We look forward to a lot of fun In this vehicle!

Great experience thanks to Johnny, Reece, and Matthew! Coming from the horrible Bill Luke dealer to this was such a peace of mind. These guys helped me from day one. They notified me right away when a truck that fit me arrived. They got all the recalls checked and made sure everything was up to date and ready to go. I never felt like I was being rushed or pressured. If I would recommend any Ford Dealership this would be first up!

I started my car buying Journey with Jose. At first everything was fine but in the middle of waiting to find out if another car was available, Jose left and did not come back. After about an hour and a half, Tiny came to help us out and was wonderful! After purchasing, I was told my car will have a FULL detail done... twice (I requested it multiple times due to the seats being very dirty as well as the center consul). I then waited a week and a half for my vehicle due to Jose continuously telling me that my car was being worked on (A/C was out).. when it was actually not. I reached out to Jose several; times after purchasing to ask about the progress and any updates. I then reached out to Tiny stating that I do NOT want to be working with Jose due to the lack of communication as well as the lying about the details of my car getting fixed. I then go to pick up my car after 10 days.. and my car interior was not detailed AT ALL. There's broken glass in the vents, and under the mats (they so call vacuumed) and well as old food crumbs and spills in the consul. After having to wait that long, I gave up just went to detail it myself. As a first time car buyer, I was super disappointed with not just Jose but AutoNation as a whole. Tiny was the saving grace in this experience but I will never purchase through this company again.

At no point did anyone clearly disclose that sales tax was NOT included. Only after the sale, when we went to register the vehicle in Nevada, were we hit with a large, unexpected tax bill that we had to pay out of pocket. This is not a small oversight -- it's a major lack of transparency and, frankly, feels deceptive. If a dealership is quoting an "out-the-door" price, it is their responsibility to make sure that number is accurate and complete. Failing to disclose something as significant as sales tax is unacceptable. This experience has completely destroyed any trust we had in this dealership.

The price for a battery was +$420 plus tax. This is what Luis told me. Apparently, prices of things have went up and I have a special kind of battery. He told me I could wait to see what the issue was for the diagnostic test in case it was the battery so they could do it right away. I already had a ride lined up so I went home. About an hour and half later, he called me and told me it was my battery. I asked about the battery warranty, Luis explained the bumper to bumper warranty only covered up to 36,000 miles. I was at 39,000. I asked about the battery warranty specifically but never found out the answer. Anyway, I agreed to the new battery although I saw batteries for my car cheaper at the auto parts store as low as $179. Windshield wiper $71. Yeah right, I wish I would. Anyway, all that to say , of course the dealership prices are ridiculously high for no reason. Service was great. Prices were poo. Luis was very nice, called me to update me on my car diagnostic report and of course tried to encourage me to buy the other recommended services. I declined. But he was great and so was his communication to me. The economy is just wildly ridiculously expensive everywhere for no reason. Oh, and the batter ended up being $393 plus tax. $430 after all.

The car was shipped directly from the Chevy factory to Midway for delivery and PDI (pre-delivery inspection). Midway charged me approximately $1,200 for the courtesy delivery process, so I expected a professional experience. Unfortunately, that was not what I received. When I picked up the car, it was nearly out of gas. I was told they would not even top off the tank because I "didn't buy the car from them." On top of that, multiple PDI items were missed and I had to escalate the situation through the selling dealer after delivery to get the issues corrected. This was a $130,000 Corvette, and the overall delivery experience felt careless and disappointing from start to finish. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after paying a substantial fee for courtesy delivery and still dealing with incomplete prep and poor customer treatment, I can't recommend this dealership based on my experience.

The only real complaint is that these dealers are now using highly deceptive advertising methods,…read moreand it is not just this location, but in many places that I have discovered recently. Dealers are resorting to jacking up the sale price of the used vehicles with "Dealer Add-Ons", for a variety of unnecessary products that provide no real value to the customer but is a method to increase gross profits and the internet has made it increasingly difficult for them to generate profits as a result. I went in to purchase a vehicle to upgrade my daughters current car and during the first pass, they added $1,854 to the price of the vehicle, when I had already received a quote online from the Autotrader ad for $14,890, plus tax, registration and documentation fees, nowhere on the online ad or in the emailed response was this ever disclosed and when I spoke with the internet representative on the phone, I asked about any additional fees and she said that there were NONE. Therefore that evening we made the 2.5 hour drive up to purchase the vehicle and while I did not expect a decent trade in value for her car, and I removed it from the deal and was prepared to pay cash or finance it, and when I voiced my disappointment over the add on, they reduced it by $1,355 and said that they always add the $499 fee to all their used cars. Which I think was for paint sealant??? In my past 40 years of buying cars, 25+ units in total, I have NEVER purchased this junk and never had any paint issues before. Plus, I know the game, I have worked in the retail automotive industry, as a sales consultant, new and used car sales manager, finance manager and service manager, for several dealers and promoted the same junk, but these are not mandatory and you DO NOT need to accept this nonsense, ever and it is always your choice to simply walk away and keep that money in your pocket. I refused and said that I would keep my trade, but still buy car at the $14,890, plus TTL, because it was actually at the low book value and as it was the deal that was sent to me via email, and take it home that evening, but the sales manager refused to budge on the $499, which again, not sure what it was for, but never disclosed until we sat down to work out the contract. So, we left. I also had to say that his sales team was not very well prepared, looked rather sloppy, and I would have trained them far better than how they both looked and spoke to me. I fully understand this industry, and there is nothing wrong with making money in car business, it can be very lucrative and fun, which is fine, but let's not get too ridiculous about it paint sealant and such on a "used vehicle". My only real issue was the deceptive tactics, which to me appear to be border line illegal and they certainly seem to be deliberately working on being deceptive, so don't fall for it. From my past work experience, most individuals are not prepared to deal with professional salespeople who would convince people to agree to spend money on things that they really did not need. Many products are good, GAP, Warranty and such, when the risk warrants the investment, but do your own research and do a careful analysis each time. Plus, even these products are negotiable and come with 50% to 200% markups, as I would do in the past. We did find a very nice unit, for $3000 more, but a newer model and equally equipped, plus she is happy and guess what - NO "Dealer Add-On" fees and a good value for the money. Go out there and shop around but ask questions and don't waste your time or their time as well.

My experience with Cactus Jack's was extremely disappointing and stressful from beginning to end…read more I originally purchased a vehicle from the Surprise, AZ location. While test driving the car, I noticed that the heat did not work. I was told this would be repaired. Shortly after getting the car, I took it in for an oil change and was told there was a small oil leak, and the airbag light also came on. I had been told when purchasing the vehicle that it had not been in any accidents, but after further investigation it appeared that the vehicle had previously been involved in one. Before going to Surprise, I also dealt with the Country Club location. My interaction there with Liz was not a good experience. I felt rushed and pressured into accepting just any vehicle, and when I had concerns I was basically told that I shouldn't expect much more from a used car. When I went to the Surprise location, Pedro in customer service was actually very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, the vehicle itself still had multiple issues. Eventually I was told to come pick up the car because it was "ready." However, when I arrived, nothing had truly been fixed. The heat still did not work, even though they said they had replaced the thermostat. When running the A/C there was a strong smell like burning wires. I was also told the oil leak wasn't actually a leak but leftover oil from a previous repair, and that they had simply cleaned the area. Things escalated when I spoke with Mark, the manager at the Glendale location. When I explained that I was not comfortable keeping the car due to the unresolved problems especially the airbag light still being on, which means the airbag may not deploy in an accident he became very dismissive and argumentative. Instead of addressing my concerns, he suggested that if I wanted a car with no issues, I should buy a 2026 vehicle. I was also told that what I was experiencing was just "buyer's remorse," which was frustrating because my concerns were about safety and unresolved repairs. The interaction became uncomfortable and unprofessional. I felt disrespected and dismissed while simply trying to explain the issues with a car that had been in the shop longer than I had actually driven it. I eventually made it clear that I would not accept being spoken to that way and requested either a vehicle exchange or a refund. At one point I even saw another customer successfully switch vehicles, so I believed that was a reasonable request. I contacted the original location where I purchased the vehicle to explain the situation. After several conversations with different employees, I was ultimately told to bring the vehicle back and that I would be refunded. This entire experience left me shocked and disappointed. Purchasing a vehicle should not involve this level of stress, dismissiveness, and lack of accountability especially when safety concerns like an airbag warning light are involved. My advice to anyone purchasing a used vehicle: take your time, inspect everything carefully, check for leaks, test the heat and A/C, drive the car at different speeds, and pay attention to any unusual smells or warning lights. Don't feel pressured into making a decision because you need a vehicle quickly. Based on my experience, I would rate this company zero stars.
