Overall the rep and sales team were great and able to make a deal. i had concerns of my tire pressure gauges not being on the truck since the dealership put new tires from the prior owner on there with no gauges, i expressed my concern on not having tire pressure gauges and the error on the truck dash, i went to the dealership yesterday after i asked to repair that and they told me to come in. they did not replace and sent me to a discount tire. the same day my back right tire went flat costing me more money in towing and repairs on a purchase 2 days old i was told was going to get fixed do to dealer replacing tires. very upset about that issue. overall not happy with the purchase due to the repairs i stated when purchasing the vehicle not being addressed. read more

Well...time for a new review because the servicing is absolutely horrible here. Right before a road trip, I called in to make an appointment to have a quick inspection of my truck. I just wanted to do my due diligence before taking it on a 2000 mile trip. No concerns, just a quick inspection. Scheduling was easy--I had an appointment to bring it in at 4 pm and they said it should only take an hour. After making the appointment, they asked me if I would rather have them pick up the truck at 1 pm and bring it back once completed. I thought that would be great because I'm working and then could have it done even sooner, so I agreed to it. WELL, I didn't hear from them for 5+ hours and finally decided to call them at 6pm to find out NO ONE was bringing back my truck OR had the decency to let me know I would not have it until the next day. Nothing required my truck to stay overnight, they just didn't have any drivers. NO CALLS, TEXTS, EMAILS...RADIO SILENCE. Why offer a "convenient" service that ended up costing me $50 for a Lyft drive and 2 hours of my time. And the worst part... this is the SECOND time this has happened (ended up having no truck to drive to my own birthday dinner.) Your "convenient" service is an absolute failure and the lack of accountability is terrible. I will NEVER be returning. read more

Absolutely do not buy a car here. I made the mistake of doing so. Now I live out of state and the sales person told me to license in my parents state. Now he did not happen to mention that we would not be able to get our hands on a title. Therefore now I am stuck with no car for over a month. They have taken no steps to be helpful or resolve this. No call back had to call them back spoke to Andrew service manager told me to waste more time and bring it in for inspection that they have already done. I have 18,000 miles on my bronco sport with Pirelli tires not warranted but have a 50,000 mile tread. Service manager Andrew said nothing they can do. So this is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased at bell ford and will never go back again. To add to it, my wife went down to have Andrew the service manager. Tell her that nothing was wrong with her vehicle and the tires just wore. Told her they would give her a free alignment which she didn't need. Now after he told us that he would warranty your battery. all we had to do was email a receipt. He said he would not do it if we did not take it down our review. Do not use this place. Worst service out of Ford ever. I will be contacting their corporate. read more

1 star only because I can't give 0 stars as a rating. My experience with Bell Ford was hands down the most unacceptable and unprofessional service I've ever had with any dealership. From the companies they outsource with to the lack of customer communication and care, to the quality of repair completed on my vehicle. I was told by my Service Advisor that I would have a rental pickup with Enterprise. I spent a total of 3 hours between two Enterprises, ultimately having to take an Uber from one Enterprise to another before I could get a vehicle, initially because my "reservation wasn't found." My Service Advisor had no explanation for this, but was "sorry for the inconvenience." Bell Ford had my vehicle from 10/4 to 10/16, and I had to elicit every update that I was given from my Service Advisor. She would not reply at all some days, and when she did, nearly all of her responses began with "let me see," "let me check," or "sorry for the delay." When it came to telling me what was wrong with my vehicle, she sent me a text message with minimal explanation and of course, an outlandish price. I had to prompt a phone call for additional information. My final bill was also inaccurate, and I had to go line by line to make sure I wasn't being charged for things I was told would be covered. It took two days, two text requests, and an in person visit for me to actually get an itemized invoice for the "repairs" done to my car. Completing an oil change was one of the services performed during that nearly two week period and, when I picked it up, they had not so much as vacuumed or washed it. I took it home only to find all oil spilled out of my vehicle a few hours later, because the plug had not been put back in. To this, my Service Advisor states they will order a tow company to bring my vehicle back to Bell Ford. The tow company, "scheduled to arrive between 9-10am," doesn't arrive until 12:40pm, and initially goes to my neighbors home. Watching my vehicle get put on the tow bed, because a technician at Bell Ford did not accurately complete my oil change, was an infuriating experience, specifically because of concern for additional damages. To ALL of this, my Service Advisor says they will offer me "compensation" of a free oil change, and company coverage of the tow, new oil, and drain plug (all of which were problems caused by their service). When I reply that this is an unacceptable form of "compensation," my Service Advisor then says she will consult with her Manager about what would be fair compensation... I've called for Olyvia Beckner and her Service Manager, Shannon. I've texted and gone in person. Do you think I've heard from absolutely anyone at Bell Ford? NOPE. I would not recommend Bell Ford to an enemy. read more

If you can avoid this dealership do it. We have a warranty that states a full report of the vehicle. We dropped off vehicle and 5 days later we were sent a notification that our vehicle was ready. When my husband arrived the parts needed to replace something broken still hadn't arrived. So he picked up our vehicle that was in fact not fixed. What also baffles me is the oil change light came on just 5 days after we picked up our vehicle. When I went to get the oil changed our air filter *pictured* had a rodent living in it and made a nest in our engine. My question is how the hell did Bell Ford miss this? It's not so much the rodent that bothers me. It's the fact that my air filter clearly needed to be replaced and they didn't mention or flag it. The mangers do not care and are unable to manage a proper dealership. Will not return. read more
