In short, Bell Ford's service department has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced from a dealership. It's that simple, but if you want more details about my experience, read on. I made an appointment for warranty work. After dropping off my vehicle, a technician did not look at it for 10 days, then it took another few days to order parts. The service advisor could not be reached for days and I was later told he was out ill. Apparently a customer's vehicle does not get worked on if their service advisor is out of the office. They had my vehicle for over three weeks before I was told it was ready for me to pick up. They didn't repair one particular issue, saying it was normal. (BTW, if your front wheel wells covers pull into your tires, that's not normal.) They also did not fix a major leak caused by a rear window seal. In order to have the leak fixed, Bell Ford told me to call a glass company they partnered with to do the warranty work. When I called the glass company, they said they would be able to do the work the next day and it had to be done at the dealership because they needed parts from the dealership. They also said that Bell Ford never contacted them to fix my vehicle. I coordinated the glass company going to the dealership to work on my vehicle and the problem was fixed in about an hour. I later took my vehicle to Sanderson Ford and showed them the wheel well covers. The advisor acknowledged the issue was not right and they fixed the problem. My vehicle was ready for me to pick up the next business day. I'll definitely drive an extra half hour to a dealership that takes care of their customers. You couldn't pay me to go back to Bell Ford. read more

Overall the rep and sales team were great and able to make a deal. i had concerns of my tire pressure gauges not being on the truck since the dealership put new tires from the prior owner on there with no gauges, i expressed my concern on not having tire pressure gauges and the error on the truck dash, i went to the dealership yesterday after i asked to repair that and they told me to come in. they did not replace and sent me to a discount tire. the same day my back right tire went flat costing me more money in towing and repairs on a purchase 2 days old i was told was going to get fixed do to dealer replacing tires. very upset about that issue. overall not happy with the purchase due to the repairs i stated when purchasing the vehicle not being addressed. read more

Well...time for a new review because the servicing is absolutely horrible here. Right before a road trip, I called in to make an appointment to have a quick inspection of my truck. I just wanted to do my due diligence before taking it on a 2000 mile trip. No concerns, just a quick inspection. Scheduling was easy--I had an appointment to bring it in at 4 pm and they said it should only take an hour. After making the appointment, they asked me if I would rather have them pick up the truck at 1 pm and bring it back once completed. I thought that would be great because I'm working and then could have it done even sooner, so I agreed to it. WELL, I didn't hear from them for 5+ hours and finally decided to call them at 6pm to find out NO ONE was bringing back my truck OR had the decency to let me know I would not have it until the next day. Nothing required my truck to stay overnight, they just didn't have any drivers. NO CALLS, TEXTS, EMAILS...RADIO SILENCE. Why offer a "convenient" service that ended up costing me $50 for a Lyft drive and 2 hours of my time. And the worst part... this is the SECOND time this has happened (ended up having no truck to drive to my own birthday dinner.) Your "convenient" service is an absolute failure and the lack of accountability is terrible. I will NEVER be returning. read more

Now he did not happen to mention that we would not be able to get our hands on a title. Therefore now I am stuck with no car for over a month. They have taken no steps to be helpful or resolve this. They clearly have people working in sales who have no idea what they are doing and they are shady for this. I would give zero stars if I could absolutely terrible experience all around. Tell her that nothing was wrong with her vehicle and the tires just wore. Told her they would give her a free alignment which she didn't need. Now after he told us that he would warranty your battery. all we had to do was email a receipt. He said he would not do it if we did not take it down our review. Do not use this place.
