I finally called in the afternoon of the 3rd day and spoke with him on the phone and he still had not looked into the issues we had spoke about 3 days earlier. Prestige auto was the light at the end of the tunnel for me, where ultimately I was able to walk out with the perfect car. Levi and his team are amazing. Made us feel so welcome, and made the process easy. As a woman buying a car, it can be very anxiety inducing. Salesmen constantly pushing you to spend way too much money on a car that's in terrible condition, tacking on all these dealership fees as if i don't pay attention to that. Prestige auto was a breath of fresh air in the car market, and took so much stress off my shoulders. BEWARE! I purchased…read morea 2025 Tesla Cybertruck from Arizona Best Cars on August 18. Before I ever went to the dealership, I specifically asked by phone whether the Cybertruck had a clean title. I was told yes. During the test drive, I asked again whether the vehicle had a clean title. I was again told yes. I subsequently discovered that the vehicle had actually been repurchased by Tesla and carried a permanent Lemon Law Buyback title history. During closing, I was handed a document described simply as "the buyback disclosure." There was no meaningful explanation of why Tesla had repurchased the vehicle or of the underlying defects. More importantly, the form stated that I had received a separate manufacturer disclosure detailing the buyback history and corrected defects. That manufacturer disclosure was not provided to me. The dealership also presented a Kelley Blue Book valuation showing the Cybertruck worth approximately $82,000. I later obtained the actual financing documents from Capital One, which contain the same KBB valuation for this VIN. Nothing on the face of that valuation indicates an adjustment for the vehicle's Lemon Law Buyback history. After discovering the title history, I returned to the dealership on August 27 and asked why Tesla had bought the truck back. I was told it was essentially because of a door panel vibration/rattle. I asked for the documentation. Only then--nine days after I purchased the vehicle--was I given Tesla's actual Warranty Buyback Notice for the first time. It showed considerably more than a rattling door. Tesla's notice identified: * Interior Panel concern * Driver Assistance concern * Safety Restraint System concern It also showed repairs including replacement of the vehicle's car computer and other components. I asked Arizona Best Cars to unwind the transaction. They refused and instead offered to take the vehicle back as a trade, requiring me to absorb the financial loss. At this point, I am preserving the documentation surrounding this transaction and preparing formal complaints for review by the Arizona Department of Transportation Office of Inspector General and the Arizona Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. ADOT's Office of Inspector General specifically investigates complaints involving licensed automobile dealers and title-related issues, and the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division reviews complaints concerning deceptive or unfair practices. Those agencies can determine whether what occurred here complied with Arizona law. If you are considering purchasing from this dealership, do not rely solely on verbal representations about title status, vehicle history, or value. Independently verify the title, obtain the manufacturer's complete buyback documentation before signing anything, and retain copies of every document presented to you. Anyone who has experienced similar issues with an Arizona automobile dealer should preserve their contracts, advertisements, title records, valuation documents, text messages, and other evidence and consider using Arizona's official consumer and dealer complaint processes.

I started my car buying Journey with Jose. At first everything was fine but in the middle of waiting to find out if another car was available, Jose left and did not come back. After about an hour and a half, Tiny came to help us out and was wonderful! After purchasing, I was told my car will have a FULL detail done... twice (I requested it multiple times due to the seats being very dirty as well as the center consul). I then waited a week and a half for my vehicle due to Jose continuously telling me that my car was being worked on (A/C was out).. when it was actually not. I reached out to Jose several; times after purchasing to ask about the progress and any updates. I then reached out to Tiny stating that I do NOT want to be working with Jose due to the lack of communication as well as the lying about the details of my car getting fixed. I then go to pick up my car after 10 days.. and my car interior was not detailed AT ALL. There's broken glass in the vents, and under the mats (they so call vacuumed) and well as old food crumbs and spills in the consul. After having to wait that long, I gave up just went to detail it myself. As a first time car buyer, I was super disappointed with not just Jose but AutoNation as a whole. Tiny was the saving grace in this experience but I will never purchase through this company again.

I honestly don't even know where to begin. I wasn't going to write this review because I doubt it…read morewill change anything--and it may just get taken down--but my opinion matters too. I purchased a car from this dealership on July 30th. I couldn't take the car home that night because my insurance didn't become effective until the next day, so the dealership delivered it to me the following day, which I appreciated. I drove the car only a couple of times--to the store and to get food, no more than 5-10 minutes each trip. On August 10th, I noticed oil on the ground in my garage. I checked underneath the car and saw that it was leaking oil. Since it was a Sunday and the dealership was closed, I waited until August 11th to contact the salesperson, who put me in touch with the service advisors. The first time they took the car in, I was told the oil leak was just residue from a previous oil cooler job done before they even had the car. I was told to drive it 1,000 miles and bring it back if it continued leaking. After about two weeks, I got the car back, drove it roughly 800 miles, and it was still leaking oil. On top of that, the car started displaying a "Shift to Park" warning. I brought it back again. This time, I was told the timing cover needed to be resealed and the shifter needed to be replaced. The timing cover was fixed, but I was not informed that the warranty denied the shifter repair. I was told to bring it back if the "Shift to Park" message appeared again--which it did immediately after taking it home. I brought it back once more. They said the oil was just residue from the timing cover repair, cleaned it up, replaced the shifter, and charged me a $150 deductible. After getting the car back, it was still leaking oil. They suggested I take it to Chevy, so I did. Chevy gave me a long list of issues but said the warranty declined the repairs and that the car needed to go back to Dodge. I took the car back to Dodge, and they said the issue was the vacuum pump. A few days later, the car was leaking oil again. I called to set up another appointment and asked if there were any options to get out of the vehicle. The woman I spoke with (I won't name her) was extremely kind and helpful and most helpful other than the techs that's been trying to figure out my car. She told me that if they couldn't fix the car after multiple attempts (similar to the lemon law policy), they would buy the car back. When the car came back--still leaking--I called again and spoke to Carter, who confirmed what the lady said, and told me to bring it in to see what we could do. If I had known what was coming next, I wouldn't have wasted my time. Once I arrived, the story completely changed. They said they would buy the car back--but not for what I paid. I bought the car for $16,000, and after tax, title, license, and warranty, my loan totaled about $25,100. I've barely put 2,000 miles on the car, and most of those miles were from the mechanics test-driving it and telling me to drive it certain miles for each leak. Despite that, they appraised the car at $8,500, even though my loan is still around $25,000. After that, they claimed the issue was the oil cooler. Then it leaked again--this time from the oil pan. They resealed it and charged me another $150 deductible. Now I've driven the car only three short trips, and it's leaking oil again. They're once again telling me to take it to Chevy, even though that didn't work the first time.Point is I bought this car on July 30th, it was delivered July 31st, and it has been leaking oil since August 10th. I have brought this car back seven times, and now it's going to be an eighth. I've barely been able to enjoy or even use the car since buying it. I know I'm tired of bringing it back and I know the techs are tired of me bring it back as can tell keep trying to pass me to Chevy. Which I appreciate but we already know what happened last time I went there. All I want is a car that doesn't leak oil and very reliable I went to five dealerships before choosing this one too. and this has been nothing but a nightmare. Here we are 7 months later and nothing has been done except to keep taking it back to get fixed they even stopped taking me in at the services and kept telling me to send it other dealerships because they couldn't figure it out. I have all receipts and repairs for everything on the car haven't done anything to the car except a crack windshield and put like 4,000 miles on it within the year because the shops have had it longer than I have. Really unprofessional and would never ever recommend this dealership they screw you over on pricing and car doesn't even work and visits the shop more than anything and they also say one thing over the phone then when get there say something completely different. After several years of popping in to this lot when car shopping , and a number of factors that have…read moreled to us thinking good things, I am trying to condense our positive experiences into JUST the ones where we bought a car. You're welcome. There are a lot of moving parts when making a car purchase. Will you deal with pushy salespeople? Will you *really* get a good price? Will the trade in be a hassle? Will the finance department mess you over? All of these are things we dread about car shopping. Which is where Another Time has offered a refreshing difference each time we've been there. As parents, and consumers with plenty of car purchases under our belts (for better or worse), we had worries about our young adult's first independent car purchases. And TWICE now, Another Time has exceeded our expectations. First, a few years ago, with the purchase of an older Camry. A great deal, friendly but NOT pushy sales support, and straightforward pricing with no hidden charges at the contract signing. As for the car itself, we had eyes wide open on what to reasonably expect from a 14 year old used car for $3,000, and so should you. No matter what you buy, from ANYONE, it will need something. So we had no surprises. Second, and most noteworthy was our experience today. Our son was financing a car for the first time on his own. We have been looking all over town in what has proven to be a very difficult car market. We had been on this lot previously and not found anything he liked. Last night the car he has been dreaming of was posted at a very fair price. Knowing how quickly cars move on this lot, we were there today at 8 a.m. Our son checked the Carfax, test drove and decided it was all systems go on the purchase. We then moved on to the trade in, where we negotiated a fair offer given the condition of the car. Everything was moving quickly, next we were headed to finance (this is the part where things often go south). He had taken our advice of being preapproved by a neutral 3rd party bank before shopping at the dealerships. We shared the preapproved rate with Robert in finance, and he started the process of seeing how he could beat it. Here's the thing. When someone both ENJOYS and is GOOD at what they do, it's evident in how hard they work to help, and how genuine they are in the transaction. Robert pulled off what we thought NO ONE could. He dropped that rate, for a young first time car buyer, from 11% to 6.49%! His excitement for my son was genuine and he truly made the transaction as easy as possible with his patience and knowledge. Everything was transparent, there were no hidden surprises. Polar opposite of what we've experienced at the big box dealerships. My son drove home today in an AWESOME Toyota at what seems to be a great deal all the way around. We are confident he won't be upside down in his loan, and will have a car that lasts several years. A HUGE THANK YOU to these top notch folks!

The check engine light came on the same day I brought it home, and the vehicle was shaking. I was able to bring it back, and I was told the issue had been fixed. Unfortunately, as soon as my 30-day warranty was up, the check engine light came back on, and from there it was one problem after another. I have spent over $5,000 trying to repair this Jeep, and every time one issue was fixed, another problem seemed to appear. At this point, multiple mechanics have told me the same thing: get rid of this vehicle ASAP. I haven't even owned it for a year, and I've already had to purchase another vehicle because I could no longer rely on this one. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that I purchased this Jeep while I was 8 months pregnant. I specifically told the dealership that I needed a reliable SUV, and they sold me a vehicle that turned out to be anything but reliable. I understand that used vehicles can have issues, but having major problems almost immediately after purchase, continuing to spend thousands of dollars on repairs, and still not having a dependable vehicle is completely unacceptable. I feel like I was sold a lemon, a vehicle that should never have been sold to someone looking for a reliable family SUV. I trusted the dealership to be honest about what I was purchasing, and unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. Absolutely heartbreaking and incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership based on my experience and based on all of these terrible reviews.
