If you can avoid this dealership do it. We have a warranty that states a full report of the vehicle. We dropped off vehicle and 5 days later we were sent a notification that our vehicle was ready. When my husband arrived the parts needed to replace something broken still hadn't arrived. So he picked up our vehicle that was in fact not fixed. What also baffles me is the oil change light came on just 5 days after we picked up our vehicle. When I went to get the oil changed our air filter *pictured* had a rodent living in it and made a nest in our engine. My question is how the hell did Bell Ford miss this? It's not so much the rodent that bothers me. It's the fact that my air filter clearly needed to be replaced and they didn't mention or flag it. 1 star only because I can't give 0 stars as a rating. My experience with Bell Ford was hands down the most unacceptable and unprofessional service I've ever had with any dealership. From the companies they outsource with to the lack of customer communication and care, to the quality of repair completed on my vehicle. I was told by my Service Advisor that I would have a rental pickup with Enterprise. I spent a total of 3 hours between two Enterprises, ultimately having to take an Uber from one Enterprise to another before I could get a vehicle, initially because my "reservation wasn't found." My Service Advisor had no explanation for this, but was "sorry for the inconvenience." Bell Ford had my vehicle from 10/4 to 10/16, and I had to elicit every update that I was given from my Service Advisor. She would not reply at all some days, and when she did, nearly all of her responses began with "let me see," "let me check," or "sorry for the delay." When it came to telling me what was wrong with my vehicle, she sent me a text message with minimal explanation and of course, an outlandish price. I had to prompt a phone call for additional information. My final bill was also inaccurate, and I had to go line by line to make sure I wasn't being charged for things I was told would be covered. It took two days, two text requests, and an in person visit for me to actually get an itemized invoice for the "repairs" done to my car. Completing an oil change was one of the services performed during that nearly two week period and, when I picked it up, they had not so much as vacuumed or washed it. I took it home only to find all oil spilled out of my vehicle a few hours later, because the plug had not been put back in. To this, my Service Advisor states they will order a tow company to bring my vehicle back to Bell Ford. The tow company, "scheduled to arrive between 9-10am," doesn't arrive until 12:40pm, and initially goes to my neighbors home. Watching my vehicle get put on the tow bed, because a technician at Bell Ford did not accurately complete my oil change, was an infuriating experience, specifically because of concern for additional damages. To ALL of this, my Service Advisor says they will offer me "compensation" of a free oil change, and company coverage of the tow, new oil, and drain plug (all of which were problems caused by their service). When I reply that this is an unacceptable form of "compensation," my Service Advisor then says she will consult with her Manager about what would be fair compensation... I've called for Olyvia Beckner and her Service Manager, Shannon. I've texted and gone in person. Do you think I've heard from absolutely anyone at Bell Ford? NOPE. Cliff Notes: Missing Service Writers, No Communication, Forgot or Didn't Care to mention unperformed service, and a very premature 'Dealer recommended service schedule' that puts $$$ services TENS of THOUSANDS of miles early. Finding a reputable dealership is not an easy task. I'd keep looking before selecting Bell Ford. Just finished picking up our 2019 Ford Ranger from a 30K mile service this evening. When there are fewer cars to sell, you focus on service. Well... sorta. Booked an online appointment for service and added notes requesting a windshield replacement since the 17 loves to damage them. Called on Friday to make sure our service person David was aware of the additional request. Was unable to get ahold of him in person so we left a message that was never returned. During the drop off process, did a lot of sitting around waiting. No cars in line to be dropped off. They called for David to come out and take care of the check-in, but he never showed. After about 10 min of waiting they found a Brayden. Explained the 30K service (including the transmission flush - pay attention to that). We followed up again about the windshield needing replacement. They informed us that they would need to check with the body shop since that part of the dealership handles those. Off we go. We called around 4:00 to find out if its ready. Since we had not been contacted about any additional service needs, windshield, or issues. "It's been ready." was the answer that we received when someone looked up our service. The response was as curt as it sounded. When we arrive to pick up the truck.. Again, they looked for a David that still could not be found. However, they did find us Brayden again. He was quick to check us out and that was about it... We had to follow up again about the windshield. They provided us a phone number for a local glass shop as they don't do windshields??? Our Ranger has the lane keeping assistant, automatic wipers, and a few others fancy sensors. I am 100% in disbelief that Bell Ford can not even handle those replacements.. Is Ford going to honor the warranty on the tech if there is an issue down the road since they sent us someplace else?? They NEVER mentioned that they are on back order for engine air filters so that part of our service was never done. We only found that out after reviewing the service report, after we got home. The one thing that absolutely frustrates me for not paying attention as I should have... Their 30K Service includes the following: oil change, engine and cabin filter replacement, and 'Transmission Service' which is a transmission fluid flush. If you go to your handy Ford Manual in your glove box, a Transmission Flush is recommended by the people that made the truck at 150,000 miles. (I have included a photo for you). To say that its a little early is an understatement. They also suggest it again if you choose to have them perform their 60K service, still way too early according to the manual from the manufacturer. I'll own asking for a service that I should have checked to see if it was needed based on what the manufacturer suggested schedule is. The lack of communication at every contact is frustrating. Not even a phone call to let us know that 1) You can't do windshields 2) we don't have an engine air filter, so you will need to come back again 3) Your truck is ready... Not sure what David or Bell Ford did today... but not going to find out tomorrow or in the future. This was our last service at Bell. read more

The finance people used deceptive sales practices to tell me the bank would only lend me the truck if I signed up for the all the maintenance plans which was not true at all. Do not let this dealership scam you into signing for a maintenance plan. I got dupped for $8,000. I learned from my mistake and this review is to help those in the future. Typical US car dealers who just want to loot customers. They stick to you like glue to get their vehicles sold out. My vehicle front bumber just popped out while taking reverse from parking lot barrier. And Bell Ford gave estimates of $600 telling that 2 parts needs to be replaced. I showed it to private service center and they popped back in by charging $20. I specifically asked them if any part is damaged and they said nothing , it just came out. Another example- I went for a factory recall of air bag replacement and they said they tend to keep recalled vehicle for 5-6 hours , so i called my fried to pick me from showroom. But when i reached back home , within 1 hour i got call from same guy that vehicle is ready. There was no consideration for the customer on first time ask. Their service really sucks. read more

He has always been exceptionally helpful when finding the right part and getting to me as soon as possible. I manage a fleet of 40 ford superduty trucks for Little Enterprises . TLDR: They crashed my car while replacing the battery and didn't bother to tell me. They tried to do "customer service" by asking they could redeem themselves, and then ignoring my response. Oh, and they reported the damage to CarFax. Took my car to get a battery replacement here since the car is under Ford's warranty. Thought to myself, no big deal, shouldn't take more than a few hours, maybe a day. The dealership isn't too far from my house and they probably know how to change a car battery since AAA did it in my garage in under 20 minutes. Wrong. My service rep, Smith, told me he would call first thing in the morning so I should expect to have my car ready when they open. Ok, I don't want to miss Smith's call in the morning so I set my alarm for 6:30am, awaiting his call. Time flies by, I'm up bright eyed and bushy tailed, 11am comes. I give the dealership a call and they tell me that my friend Smith is busy and will call me back. Now i'm sure Smith is a busy guy and that he's doing the world a huge favor by tending to the needs of his various upstanding customers, so I wait. It's 1pm the next day since I took my car in to get a battery replacement. I call the dealership once more, hoping to reach this elusive Smith fella. I get patched through to Lynn, their service manager. He seems distraught that no one has bothered to tell me that crashed my $45,000 Mustang and that they're currently looking for replacement parts. Cool joke, Lynn. I told him that it's about 2 months too late for an April Fools Day joke attempt. But he was serious. I get picked up to go to the dealership to see what they did to my car. When I get there, everyone is smiling, acting like that it was no big deal that they crashed a car I had for only 5 months. I finally meet Lynn and he is the only one that seems genuinely sorry and upfront about what had happened to my car. He apologizes sincerely and tries to reassure me that they will fix my car and that nothing will appear on my CarFax report. Then I finally see Smith and he is all smiles. I ask him why he didn't call me during the morning or return my call. He replies, "it's not my responsibility, our manager should have contacted you." My guy, you're the only one who gave me your contact information and told me to expect a call at 7am. Then this guy gives me a compliment on my shoes. Yes, they're the Travis Scott 1's and they are expensive, but not as expensive as the car you just crashed. Anyway. They get the battery in, car bumper replaced. Had me get a rental car in the meantime. The whole ordeal took almost 4 days. Lynn, the service manager asks a disembodied voice in the service corral if the damage would show up on my CarFax report. The voice says, no. I am assured and I tell Lynn and the gang not to worry about it, no harm done. One Month Later. (Writing a gosh-darn chapter book at this point) I get a call from Kimberly Lucas from Bell Ford customer service. Miss Lucas informs me that she is deeply sorry about what happened to my car during my routine battery replacement and that she would like to regain my business by getting me a discount on car detailing or a new set of tires. I ask about the tires (Cup Sport 4's aren't cheap and I could use another set). She says she will email me to ask about the fitment of the tires. Sure enough, I get the email about 3 hours later and I respond within the hour with my tires size and hopefully they can get me a set of All-weather tires, not the expensive summer tires my car already has (trying to take it easy on ol' Bell Ford). 8 days pass. Well, no reply from Kimberly Lucas. I think to myself, O golly, this situation seems familiar. A representative from Bell Ford tells me to expect to be contacted and after a long time of not being contacted, I have to be the one to contact them. I send Miss Lucas an email on the following Wednesday, she responds later in the day saying that she was on vacation and she couldn't respond on Monday. Well, I learned in kindergarten that there are 7 days in a week and that Tuesday is the 2nd or 3rd day depending on if you start on Sunday or Monday if you count or don't count the Lord's day. So there was the previous Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday that she could have contacted me, or even if she returned to work the day I emailed her, she could have emailed me first. But no, I had to look like a chump and double message her before she messages me. She not only informs me that she hadn't heard about any discounts on the tires that she tried to use to regain my business, but that the damage had been reflected on my CarFax report (see attached). It's been over a month since I sent my car in to get a new battery under warranty. I left with a damage report on my car and an email chain of empty promises. Service department will not answer a question honestly. My car went from needing a new lock cylinder to having air conditioning problems and a cracked windshield. Of course they swore neither of those things were because of the repair done to the lock cylinder, but it turns out the lock cylinder wasn't installed properly and made it so the AC would not turn on. Unless you like being lied to, go somewhere else to have your car repairs done. read more
