Spoke to service advisor on a Thursday telling me he would get back to me. No call back had to call them back spoke to Andrew service manager told me to waste more time and bring it in for inspection that they have already done. I have 18,000 miles on my bronco sport with Pirelli tires not warranted but have a 50,000 mile tread. Service manager Andrew said nothing they can do. So this is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased at bell ford and will never go back again. To add to it, my wife went down to have Andrew the service manager. Tell her that nothing was wrong with her vehicle and the tires just wore. Told her they would give her a free alignment which she didn't need. Now after he told us that he would warranty your battery. all we had to do was email a receipt. He said he would not do it if we did not take it down our review. Do not use this place. Worst service out of Ford ever. I will be contacting their corporate. read more

Bell Ford - 2024 Ford F150 XLT 4x4 - Car Dealers Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Absolutely do not buy a car here. I made the mistake of doing so. Now I live out of state and the sales person told me to license in my parents state. Now he did not happen to mention that we would not be able to get our hands on a title. Therefore now I am stuck with no car for over a month. They have taken no steps to be helpful or resolve this. They clearly have people working in sales who have no idea what they are doing and they are shady for this. I would give zero stars if I could absolutely terrible experience all around. ( There have been other little things I have had to correct that they messed up.) Save the hassle of these people and go to someone else. read more

Bell Ford - My 2024 f-150..love it. - Car Dealers Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

If you can avoid this dealership do it. We have a warranty that states a full report of the vehicle. We dropped off vehicle and 5 days later we were sent a notification that our vehicle was ready. When my husband arrived the parts needed to replace something broken still hadn't arrived. So he picked up our vehicle that was in fact not fixed. What also baffles me is the oil change light came on just 5 days after we picked up our vehicle. When I went to get the oil changed our air filter *pictured* had a rodent living in it and made a nest in our engine. My question is how the hell did Bell Ford miss this? It's not so much the rodent that bothers me. It's the fact that my air filter clearly needed to be replaced and they didn't mention or flag it. The mangers do not care and are unable to manage a proper dealership. Will not return. read more

Please read all content. I am documenting all that is happening since I bought this garbage truck! From the LIARS AT BELL FORD!!!!!! Wow! Can't believe another alarm "CHARGE SYSTEM SERVICE NOW"1/5/2024, JUST CAME ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! See photo!!!!!! Bell Ford has no conscience! Only how to lie to customers and sell Sh*t ! I am not lying. This Garbage truck won't last the length of the loan. You took advantage of A Veteran and ex employee also a Veteran WHO TRUSTED YOU. You took my savings and sold me a piece of Junk! IT SAYS A LOT ABOUT THE OWNER! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM BELL FORD!!!!!!!!! IF THEY SAY IT IS CERTIFIED THEY ARE LIARS LITERALLY!WARNING, WARNING, STAY AWAY, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Another Part falling off my Garbage truck 12/26/23, the cover under the piece of SH*T I wasted my money on fell off!!! See picture below. I am watching as this PIECE OF SH*T falls apart in front of me. Bell Ford put LIPSTICK ON A PIG!!!! Bell Ford also Made a former well respected Military Veteran Look bad. He was with me when I purchased the Garbage truck! Am I supposed to crawl under and check the truck out????????? They didn't even give a Sh*t about him as he recommended me to them. He told me I could trust them???? Not his fault. Wow 11/23/23 THE BATTERY WENT BAD! They sold me A PIECE OF SH*T!!!! They said it was certified???? Sold me someone else's PROBLEM! $24,000.00 for a garbage truck!!!!!!!! I do not recommend. Buyer beware! I recently purchased A used 2019 Ford F-150 XLT about 2 months ago. I am thinking it's a lemon. I have already had to replace The oil pressure sensor and now the The $900.00 alternator and labor total $1300.00) is out! Wow, It was covered in oil??????? I can not believe this is going on. On 12/23/23 I needed a new Battery! Do they really care or are they just wanting to move vehicles???????!! Disappointed! I know used vehicles have no warranties but I cannot afford the garbage that's going on with the vehicle. My best friend took me there saying I could trust them? I do not think they did a complete check on vehicle, take a look at the pictures below and tell me they did. A torn metal scrapper plate. I mean torn! I only just noticed as I kept hearing rattling under truck. It's a garbage truck. The interior was stained although it didn't matter but all the issues I am having is turning into a money pit. I would say buyer beware as there is no pride in there vehicles. I think they sold me a piece of junk. And I am worried what is going to break next. Come on I have already spent $1300.00. For new alternator & labor, Also oil pressure sensor!!!!! $300.00! I truly believed they were honest but am finding out they haven't been, why would you sell a piece of garbage like this to me? I gave them $10,000.00 cash down on vehicle that had 111, 000 miles on it believing I would be treated fairly!??!!!! I do not recommend. I have to literally hold my breath when I drive it thinking what's going to break next???????? It is my work vehicle. I can not afford for it to go down. Lost all confidence in them and I am stuck with a piece of garbage. Do not buy a used anything from them. How embarrassing to sell garbage and be proud. I built custom homes/repaired/and rebuilt before I retired and never had a complaint not one ever! EVER in over 35 years. I would be embarrassed to sell something like this to a customer. I trusted them. NOT! I could have gone anywhere else but chose Bell Ford. I am thinking I made a mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!as I sat down with the finance people when all papers were signed and done they said to give them a 5 star review?????? You have to ask a customer to give you a five star review??????? Not warranted here. Very unhappy! Am I supposed to crawl under vehicle and check it out!!!!!! They said this was a certified vehicle!!!!!!!! Not truthful. They should be prod when they go home to their families and say, "I ripped this customer off. Got somewhere else. I don't care how long they have been there, ZERO HONESTY!!!!! 12/23/23 Had to buy a new battery $300.00. Don't buy from them. It's a Garbage truck only had it 2 months and have spent $2,000.00 for repairs. On it. WHATS NEXT. read more

100% NEVER in my life have I been treated so incredibly disrespectfully as I have dealing with Adam. You can tell he absolutely hates his job and hates dealing with people. I have been bringing my car here and dealing with him not wanting to find out any answers for me regarding my warranty. He has said he would try to get me a car to get me through the week since my car will be there for 7 days JUST to diagnose it. He doesn't want to find ANYTHING out due to laziness. Shame on you Bell Ford for hiring horrible, lazy, disrespectful people to deal with customers. He actually told me he would refuse my service after I wanted to speak to his manager. This is the absolute worse I've ever been treated. No one should ever have to go here. And DO NOT buy a car here! They will promise you a car anytime you have an issue then refuse you. read more

1 star only because I can't give 0 stars as a rating. My experience with Bell Ford was hands down the most unacceptable and unprofessional service I've ever had with any dealership. From the companies they outsource with to the lack of customer communication and care, to the quality of repair completed on my vehicle. I was told by my Service Advisor that I would have a rental pickup with Enterprise. I spent a total of 3 hours between two Enterprises, ultimately having to take an Uber from one Enterprise to another before I could get a vehicle, initially because my "reservation wasn't found." My Service Advisor had no explanation for this, but was "sorry for the inconvenience." Bell Ford had my vehicle from 10/4 to 10/16, and I had to elicit every update that I was given from my Service Advisor. She would not reply at all some days, and when she did, nearly all of her responses began with "let me see," "let me check," or "sorry for the delay." When it came to telling me what was wrong with my vehicle, she sent me a text message with minimal explanation and of course, an outlandish price. I had to prompt a phone call for additional information. My final bill was also inaccurate, and I had to go line by line to make sure I wasn't being charged for things I was told would be covered. It took two days, two text requests, and an in person visit for me to actually get an itemized invoice for the "repairs" done to my car. Completing an oil change was one of the services performed during that nearly two week period and, when I picked it up, they had not so much as vacuumed or washed it. I took it home only to find all oil spilled out of my vehicle a few hours later, because the plug had not been put back in. To this, my Service Advisor states they will order a tow company to bring my vehicle back to Bell Ford. The tow company, "scheduled to arrive between 9-10am," doesn't arrive until 12:40pm, and initially goes to my neighbors home. Watching my vehicle get put on the tow bed, because a technician at Bell Ford did not accurately complete my oil change, was an infuriating experience, specifically because of concern for additional damages. To ALL of this, my Service Advisor says they will offer me "compensation" of a free oil change, and company coverage of the tow, new oil, and drain plug (all of which were problems caused by their service). When I reply that this is an unacceptable form of "compensation," my Service Advisor then says she will consult with her Manager about what would be fair compensation... I've called for Olyvia Beckner and her Service Manager, Shannon. I've texted and gone in person. Do you think I've heard from absolutely anyone at Bell Ford? NOPE. I would not recommend Bell Ford to an enemy. read more

Everybody's had a problem at a car dealership myself included, but I just purchased a vehicle from Bell Ford , I was happy with the deal,I was happy with my sales person,Alex..I was happy with the management, but we had a little bit of a rocky road right after the sale, and here's where it got amazing...... The dealership stepped up so far above and beyond what they needed to do that I was absolutely blown away!!!!Having been in the automotive business myself for many years I would've never predicted that on a used vehicle that was several years old not really super high priced vehicle either..that a dealership would be willing to do as much as they did for me... All I can say is this dealer is in all my years of buying cars the most customer oriented store I've ever dealt with... When I first moved to Phoenix in 1987 I went and bought a brand new mustang GT from Bell Ford and I was very pleased, I purchased several other vehicles there next 15 years and now this one... This store really wants your business and if you're looking for a vehicle, they may not have the absolute best price in the Valley, but they will work with you and they will follow up and take care of you. That's more important than saving a few bucks on the initial sale Check them out if you're looking for a car talk to Alex he'll treat you right no pressure help you drive away in the car that you want.. read more

Cliff Notes: Missing Service Writers, No Communication, Forgot or Didn't Care to mention unperformed service, and a very premature 'Dealer recommended service schedule' that puts $$$ services TENS of THOUSANDS of miles early. Finding a reputable dealership is not an easy task. I'd keep looking before selecting Bell Ford. Just finished picking up our 2019 Ford Ranger from a 30K mile service this evening. When there are fewer cars to sell, you focus on service. Well... sorta. Booked an online appointment for service and added notes requesting a windshield replacement since the 17 loves to damage them. Called on Friday to make sure our service person David was aware of the additional request. Was unable to get ahold of him in person so we left a message that was never returned. During the drop off process, did a lot of sitting around waiting. No cars in line to be dropped off. They called for David to come out and take care of the check-in, but he never showed. After about 10 min of waiting they found a Brayden. Explained the 30K service (including the transmission flush - pay attention to that). We followed up again about the windshield needing replacement. They informed us that they would need to check with the body shop since that part of the dealership handles those. Off we go. We called around 4:00 to find out if its ready. Since we had not been contacted about any additional service needs, windshield, or issues. "It's been ready." was the answer that we received when someone looked up our service. The response was as curt as it sounded. When we arrive to pick up the truck.. Again, they looked for a David that still could not be found. However, they did find us Brayden again. He was quick to check us out and that was about it... We had to follow up again about the windshield. They provided us a phone number for a local glass shop as they don't do windshields??? Our Ranger has the lane keeping assistant, automatic wipers, and a few others fancy sensors. I am 100% in disbelief that Bell Ford can not even handle those replacements.. Is Ford going to honor the warranty on the tech if there is an issue down the road since they sent us someplace else?? They NEVER mentioned that they are on back order for engine air filters so that part of our service was never done. We only found that out after reviewing the service report, after we got home. The one thing that absolutely frustrates me for not paying attention as I should have... Their 30K Service includes the following: oil change, engine and cabin filter replacement, and 'Transmission Service' which is a transmission fluid flush. If you go to your handy Ford Manual in your glove box, a Transmission Flush is recommended by the people that made the truck at 150,000 miles. (I have included a photo for you). To say that its a little early is an understatement. They also suggest it again if you choose to have them perform their 60K service, still way too early according to the manual from the manufacturer. I'll own asking for a service that I should have checked to see if it was needed based on what the manufacturer suggested schedule is. The lack of communication at every contact is frustrating. Not even a phone call to let us know that 1) You can't do windshields 2) we don't have an engine air filter, so you will need to come back again 3) Your truck is ready... Not sure what David or Bell Ford did today... but not going to find out tomorrow or in the future. This was our last service at Bell. read more

Unbelievably Horrible Experience! Unfortunately, I drove 1 hour to view a 2018 F150 that I had a scheduled appointment for. I arrived at 4:15pm during the scheduled time frame of 3pm-5pm. The sales representative (Matias) I was scheduled with was not even there and I was told the vehicle was now on loaner and not even available to view! Pretty ridiculous to schedule me in and waste my time...and then not even having the consideration to let me know the vehicle wasn't even there. Would have been a nice heads up before commuting an hour during Friday's rush hour. Then another representative suggested to buy it sight unseen contingent upon a test drive! Probably one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard. They must feel their clients are incompetent to even suggest that someone purchase a used vehicle sight unseen and clearly don't value people's . I went into the dealership fully committed to purchasing a vehicle. Horrible experience. read more

Finally got around to this review. I bought a truck here in 2020 and me being young and not understanding finances signed up for all the maintenance plans they claimed I had to get to get the truck. The finance people used deceptive sales practices to tell me the bank would only lend me the truck if I signed up for the all the maintenance plans which was not true at all. Do not let this dealership scam you into signing for a maintenance plan. I got dupped for $8,000. I learned from my mistake and this review is to help those in the future. You do not need a maintenance plan to qualify for any financing including in house, or with any bank! read more

Typical US car dealers who just want to loot customers. They stick to you like glue to get their vehicles sold out. My vehicle front bumber just popped out while taking reverse from parking lot barrier. And Bell Ford gave estimates of $600 telling that 2 parts needs to be replaced. I showed it to private service center and they popped back in by charging $20. I specifically asked them if any part is damaged and they said nothing , it just came out. Another example- I went for a factory recall of air bag replacement and they said they tend to keep recalled vehicle for 5-6 hours , so i called my fried to pick me from showroom. But when i reached back home , within 1 hour i got call from same guy that vehicle is ready. There was no consideration for the customer on first time ask. Their service really sucks. read more

TLDR: They crashed my car while replacing the battery and didn't bother to tell me. They tried to do "customer service" by asking they could redeem themselves, and then ignoring my response. Oh, and they reported the damage to CarFax. Took my car to get a battery replacement here since the car is under Ford's warranty. Thought to myself, no big deal, shouldn't take more than a few hours, maybe a day. The dealership isn't too far from my house and they probably know how to change a car battery since AAA did it in my garage in under 20 minutes. Wrong. My service rep, Smith, told me he would call first thing in the morning so I should expect to have my car ready when they open. Ok, I don't want to miss Smith's call in the morning so I set my alarm for 6:30am, awaiting his call. Time flies by, I'm up bright eyed and bushy tailed, 11am comes. I give the dealership a call and they tell me that my friend Smith is busy and will call me back. Now i'm sure Smith is a busy guy and that he's doing the world a huge favor by tending to the needs of his various upstanding customers, so I wait. It's 1pm the next day since I took my car in to get a battery replacement. I call the dealership once more, hoping to reach this elusive Smith fella. I get patched through to Lynn, their service manager. He seems distraught that no one has bothered to tell me that crashed my $45,000 Mustang and that they're currently looking for replacement parts. Cool joke, Lynn. I told him that it's about 2 months too late for an April Fools Day joke attempt. But he was serious. I get picked up to go to the dealership to see what they did to my car. When I get there, everyone is smiling, acting like that it was no big deal that they crashed a car I had for only 5 months. I finally meet Lynn and he is the only one that seems genuinely sorry and upfront about what had happened to my car. He apologizes sincerely and tries to reassure me that they will fix my car and that nothing will appear on my CarFax report. Then I finally see Smith and he is all smiles. I ask him why he didn't call me during the morning or return my call. He replies, "it's not my responsibility, our manager should have contacted you." My guy, you're the only one who gave me your contact information and told me to expect a call at 7am. Then this guy gives me a compliment on my shoes. Yes, they're the Travis Scott 1's and they are expensive, but not as expensive as the car you just crashed. Anyway. They get the battery in, car bumper replaced. Had me get a rental car in the meantime. The whole ordeal took almost 4 days. Lynn, the service manager asks a disembodied voice in the service corral if the damage would show up on my CarFax report. The voice says, no. I am assured and I tell Lynn and the gang not to worry about it, no harm done. One Month Later. (Writing a gosh-darn chapter book at this point) I get a call from Kimberly Lucas from Bell Ford customer service. Miss Lucas informs me that she is deeply sorry about what happened to my car during my routine battery replacement and that she would like to regain my business by getting me a discount on car detailing or a new set of tires. I ask about the tires (Cup Sport 4's aren't cheap and I could use another set). She says she will email me to ask about the fitment of the tires. Sure enough, I get the email about 3 hours later and I respond within the hour with my tires size and hopefully they can get me a set of All-weather tires, not the expensive summer tires my car already has (trying to take it easy on ol' Bell Ford). 8 days pass. Well, no reply from Kimberly Lucas. I think to myself, O golly, this situation seems familiar. A representative from Bell Ford tells me to expect to be contacted and after a long time of not being contacted, I have to be the one to contact them. I send Miss Lucas an email on the following Wednesday, she responds later in the day saying that she was on vacation and she couldn't respond on Monday. Well, I learned in kindergarten that there are 7 days in a week and that Tuesday is the 2nd or 3rd day depending on if you start on Sunday or Monday if you count or don't count the Lord's day. So there was the previous Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday that she could have contacted me, or even if she returned to work the day I emailed her, she could have emailed me first. But no, I had to look like a chump and double message her before she messages me. She not only informs me that she hadn't heard about any discounts on the tires that she tried to use to regain my business, but that the damage had been reflected on my CarFax report (see attached). It's been over a month since I sent my car in to get a new battery under warranty. I left with a damage report on my car and an email chain of empty promises. If you do decide to come to Bell Ford, get ready to write your own short story, this has been mine. Thank you for your time. read more
