My Honda Accord has 142 K on it. I've done all the maintenance, except for once, and for tires (2 out of 3 times), I've had my car serviced there. The only problem I've had with service was when the guard plate under the car was not replaced after an oil change. They took care of that fast. It's a 2015, so that is 11 years of service. You have read all my complaints. There are a few for so more than ten years of service. They have my car ready for me on time. In addition to great service, Bell Honda will pay, within limits, for transportation from the dealer to your home, and then back to pick up your car. read more

My experience with Bell Honda was extremely disappointing, and I feel that I was misled about their ability to assist customers who are currently in an active Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Before going to the dealership, I spoke with a representative over the phone who described himself as a "bankruptcy specialist." I was specifically told that he works with lenders, including Honda Financial, and that he could help get someone in an active bankruptcy approved for financing. Based on that conversation, my wife and I made the trip to Bell Honda on Sunday with the expectation that we were working with someone who understood our situation and could potentially help us. Unfortunately, we spent approximately three hours at the dealership waiting while the representative was assisting other customers and we were assigned to a rep named "J", who just joined the team. Hourse go by and we ultimately had to leave. Before leaving, we asked the representative, who had been assisting us because the original representative was unavailable, to contact us once they had identified a lender that could work with our situation. Hours passed that day, and we never received a call. I called the dealership the following day for an update and was then told that, unfortunately, there were no lenders available who could approve me. Had I been given that information upfront, I would not have spent three hours at the dealership or made the drive there in the first place. There are other Honda dealerships much closer to my home that I could have contacted. For context, I am currently in an active Chapter 13 bankruptcy. I have an existing Honda Prologue lease and am looking to turn in that vehicle and move into a new financed Honda. My bankruptcy attorney has already advised me that this type of purchase can potentially be approved by my Chapter 13 trustee. I simply need to obtain a purchase contract and monthly payment information so the appropriate paperwork can be submitted to the trustee. I completely understand that a dealership cannot guarantee financing approval, especially when someone is in an active bankruptcy. My frustration is with the way the situation was represented to me over the phone. If I had simply been told, "We work with people in bankruptcy, but we cannot guarantee that we have a lender who will approve you," I would have had a much more realistic expectation. Instead, I was given the impression that this representative specialized in bankruptcy financing and had access to lenders such as Honda Financial that could potentially get me approved. That ultimately resulted in a significant amount of my time being wasted. I am sharing this review specifically for other consumers who may be in an active Chapter 13 bankruptcy and are trying to replace or finance a vehicle. If you are in a similar situation, especially if you are currently leasing a Honda and are looking to transition into a financed vehicle, I would recommend contacting other Honda dealerships first and clearly asking whether they have lenders who actually work with active Chapter 13 customers before making the trip. Again, I understand that financing is never guaranteed. My issue is not that I was ultimately declined; my issue is that I feel the expectations set during my initial phone conversation did not match what the dealership was ultimately able to provide. Hopefully, this review helps another consumer avoid making the same trip and losing several hours of their day unnecessarily. UPDATE: after extensive consideration I emailed Trish so we might resolve the issue of her service team dislocating the part on my car and trying to charge me to fix it. She doesn't work there anymore. I was redirected to a guy named Iris, who went back and forth with me but ALSO denied responsibility for breaking this part and refusing to give me a price on installing it. I followed up just to get a price on the services I needed but he never got back to me. I don't recommend this place, and I won't be purchasing my new Honda from there either. There are plenty of Honda dealerships in the Valley, this one seems to be the most poorly managed and least respectful of the customer. read more

Brought my 24' CRV with 24.4K miles on it & under warranty in on 9/2/26 for oil change & tire rotation. Service writer -Brandon R. (Apparently there are two Brandons & it's my job to know which). I had a maintenance reminder code "A127" which I looked up & with low mileage decided with my engineer spouse that we would not do the suggested brake fluid change until later & I made that very clear - just an oil change. Brandon called me later & said that they also changed the battery under warranty as it was showing a low charge, for which I am grateful. Then I went to pick it up & that was when everything went off the rails. After locating the correct Brandon to get keys & pay, he did NOT discuss any further recommendations with me, stated there's a 3% credit card fee, which for a business this size & sales volume seems scammy (Card processors have dropped fees to 1.5 to 2%) He brought the car up & I headed for the 17. As the sun hit, I saw grease pencil all over my windshield & had to pull over & since it was also on passenger side, had to get out to wipe off. They'd also removed my steering wheel cover & messed with my radio & other settings beyond just resetting the reminder. Two days later (9/4) I had one of my tires blow. My spouse changed it & I got that exact tire installed that afternoon at the closest tire shop, who also checked it over, including alignment. On 9/8 before I could even call the service dept. I got another Bell email about "deferred maintenance" - I expected it to be the brake fluid that I declined, but NO - it recommended an alignment (NOT needed per tire shop) & now TRANSMISSION SERVICE and $350 bucks??!! The car is under warranty with 24K miles?!! If Honda vehicles (my 5th new in 20 yrs) are now so bad that drivers need to speed 800 bucks before it's even out of warranty, I need to see a Toyota dealer! I forwarded said e-mail to my spouse who'd changed my cabin & air filters - his reply was rather salty. I called the service dept twice at 9 am & 2:30 pm. At 3:30pm, I got called by the Service Mgr. (no name?) who was very hostile & defensive (also felt sexist & ageist). Refused to believe that Brandon had NOT given me the inspection report, then stated it was attached to the e-mail about deferred service that had come that morning, 6 days later. It was NOT attached, and no, I did not have it nor had any of these (bogus) recommendations ever been discussed with me. Then dude claimed that no, "I just misunderstood", the recommendations were for my NEXT service & at 30K I should do the tranny! THAT'S NOT WHAT IT SAYS and I read it back to him from another device. Further, he claimed my alignment was needed as my tires were "uneven"? That's NOT A THING - they were slightly more worn on the back than the front and the tire shop agreed that I could get another 4 or 5 thousand miles out of the tires. He was very argumentative & hostile with me, DID NOT LISTEN & clearly didn't care. I concluded the call by informing him that I would be calling Honda Corporate next, which I did & they have taken a formal complaint. During my call with Honda, I did (finally) get an email copy from Bell of the inspection report. Two of the tires were shown as "green" and two "yellow". And YES, it DOES list both the alignment & transmission as "red" & nothing about "next time", so that was all lies. Again, I never got any of this paperwork or discussion on 9/2. All of this feels egregious, scammy, rude and is, as best, just plain bad service & at worst all LIES - my spouse will be carefully checking out the car and it will not ever return to this dealership!! read more

Extremely deceptive, horrible, scamming place. Brought my car in to get a diagnostic, they took 400$ to do "tests" and then did absolutely nothing for me. Telling me I must take the car somewhere else... after I just spent 400$ on NOTHING. Not the first time I've been here, every experience has made me want to cry and rip my hair out, this will definitely be the last. Awful place to go. Do not trust internet prices and they will raise it by at least $3500. Very very deceptive. Spoke to 2 assistant sales manager tonight. One of the assistant managers told me that there is fine print online that says there could be dealer fees or upgrades added to the purchase price. They charged me 3k plus 500 paint protection. I went on their site and the only thing it said was tax, title , license, and $599 doc fee. I told them that the fine print said nothing about dealer add ons on THEIR website. The finance guy told me originally that this add on Club Plus was added to the price and thats why it was higher, get my documents scanned to me 3 days later and it have the club plus as a different line item. Mind you, one month later and the crappy sales person(knew no features of car on delivery) and the deceptive finance person are no longer working there. Assistant manager told me they got rid of all the finance guys. I texted the finance guy Patrick as he never sent me the loan contract, and he said he doesn't work there. The multipoint inspection is not great, they only got the car new tires. I got a less extensive multipoint inspection when I got my oil changed today. There are $2,500 worth of repairs needed. I showed to the assistant manager the fact that I was illegally charged 3k more than the purchase price and that $600 of the repairs needed were safety issues. They DO NOT care. I wasted hours here as they passed me around to different people and waiting. The last assistant manager told me I blasted them online when I gave them 2 stars initially with no review. A manager posted that I could call and see if they could help me. So I came in and told them everything and they will not do anything, except listen to you. This is a HONDA CERTIFIED car btw. UPDATE: When I went back, both the salesperson and the finance .anger i met with had been fired. I was at honda service and they said I only had a bronze service agreement, which the finance manager Patrick had told me multiple times that I was getting silver service agreement. I spoke to someone in finance and showed that he gave me the pamphlet for silver. The bronze barely covers anything... for $2,200. On the positive side, they correctly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle after it stopped starting during routine service at Firestone Auto Repair on 7th Ave. and Union Hills. On the negative side, they attempted to charge a $45 fee for using a credit card. I voided the transaction and paid with debit instead. In my opinion, and without knowing exactly what their Visa processing costs are, the fee seemed excessive. I also feel policies like this take advantage of customers who may not have cash readily available, potentially putting them further into debt. As far as customer service goes, it was the bare minimum. The staff were respectful and generally helpful, but the interactions felt insincere. Since I purchased my Honda Accord from Bell Honda two years ago, I've had all of my service visits at Bell Honda whether regular service, recalls, or anything needing repair. My service experiences have been all over the place whereas my last visit was a very positive experience, and today's service experience felt like it was just one issue after another. I was quoted a 3-4 hour experience in advance for a regular 20,000 mile service (oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection) and ZapTek application. I arrived right at the time of my appointment with the service advisor. I was greeted a minute or two after arriving and told to move my car up and that he would be out to see me shortly. After 3-4 minutes, I was told he was on a service call and will be off shortly. I noticed the car behind me was told exactly the same thing regarding their service advisor (someone different). After 10 minutes or so, I was told he was off the phone but now checking out other customers. After 23 minutes, he stopped by to check me in but didn't even acknowledge the wait, nor did anyone else check in on me after the first 10 minutes or acknowledge the long wait time. I was picked up due to the long expected wait with the plan of being dropped back off when my vehicle was ready. An hour and a half after getting checked in, I was texted with an update to let me know that after inspecting my vehicle, Honda recommended that additional services be completed. As I was previously provided a Honda Service Pass when I purchased my car at Bell Honda, which included unlimited engine oil and filter changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, and maintenance minders. The recommendations I received today were for common items that weren't covered including 4-wheel alignment ($149.95), cabin air filter replacement ($64.95), and engine air filter replacement ($30.00). I know that I could go to Honest-1 Auto Care or other places for less expensive service though I didn't feel like doing that today. After approving these items, the additional work was completed 90 minutes later. All in all, it took just shy of 4 1/2 hours, though that also included waiting in my car for 23 minutes before being initially seen. On a positive note, the ZapTek application included a free car wash, and the service advisor did give me a small discount after I inquired about coupons I received in the mail. There is also a clean waiting area occasionally offering free popcorn and hot beverages like coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. Though I didn't enjoy the waiting area this time, I had previously. The staff are hit or miss in terms of wanting to provide good customer service. I don't think any staff go out of their way to provide bad customer service, but I wonder what sort of training they had received. I've had 2 star experiences like today, 3 star experiences previously, and 4 star experiences previously, so I averaged it out to be 3 stars. This dealership has good thing and bad things. I came here and got myself a new car since my old car was very old with an insane amount of miles. I was a little hesitant coming here due to the amount of negative reviews. The experience wasn't bad. My sales guy was Albert and he was very nice and helpful. But often when I asked him a question or my parents since they came with me he often said 'I don't know let me ask'. Like kudos you're asking things you don't know but some information I'm sure he should've known. Then my finance guy was Lucas who was very nice and very helpful definitely recommend him as your finance guy. The dealership I will say is a little dated. Some of the chairs are peeling leather and the building can be renovated which would honestly be better for it. I've been to other Honda dealerships where the building was maintained quite well. If I had one word to describe this though I would say it's very disorganized. There's a lot of everyone doing something. I had my temporary plate and they said to let them know if it expired so I could get a new one. I went the day it expired to the dealership and was told the girls who print out the temporary were gone for the day since it was about 6pm and they leave at 4pm. However, I was told to go back the next day same time and I could pick up a printed temporary they'd have ready. Some guy took my contact info too. The next day before I even went to the dealership I tried calling and no one answered. I tried texting and they said someone would reach out no one did. I texted I believe Mihui and they said 'let me confirm that' and never got back to me. I went to the dealership later and the printed temporary was not ready or printed as they told me it would. Then some guy went on a hunt and then some other guy came out and talked to me after I waited for a bit and said the next day they'd email it over to me and either they or Albert would reach out to me about it and NONE of that happened! Luckily that day my plate and registration sticker came in so I didn't need to go back to the dealership to get another run around of oh we'll have that ready when it wasn't. read more

I was recently there dropping off a door dash order. There's a very rude bald man ( seems like the manager) who when I asked for water couldn't even lift his hand to point me in the right direction. I'd been doing my 'homework' and knew what would suit my needs the best, but not necessarily ready to make a purchase. Once I arrived at the dealership I was promptly greeted by a fellow named Armaan Underwood. After just a few questions, Armaan took me inside (out of the 112° Phoenix heat) to continue our conversation. Knowing what kind of vehicle I wanted, I also knew what I could afford to spend in payments every month. Ambitious as heck, Armaan was determined to put a deal together with me, to see me buy a new car. "I got you" Armaan kept telling me. For a guy who was just going to look at a Civic LX in person, I am now an owner - a lot of this decision due to my interaction with this fine young man. I was offered a payment I can afford, a fair price for my trade, and the financial 'back end' experience was comfortable as well. On June 24, 2026, my grandson purchased a 2020 Honda Civic from Bell Honda under what is known as a "conditional delivery" arrangement. He was sent home with the vehicle without a finalize copy of the Retail Installment Sale Contract showing his interest rate, monthly payment, or total cost of the loan. They also took his trade-in vehicle, a 2006 Honda Accord, as part of the deal. The Retail Installment Sale Contract, the actual loan document required by federal law to be disclosed before delivery, was never provided to him before he drove off the lot. When we reviewed his paperwork we discovered Bell Honda had placed him with Westlake Financial, a subprime lender with thousands of consumer complaints, a class action lawsuit, and a history of predatory lending practices. As a first time buyer he was financed at 22.19% APR on a vehicle a broker valued at $18,000, with a monthly payment of $732.87 over 72 months and a total repayment of over $55,000. Nearly $5,000 in add-ons including an extended warranty, GAP insurance, and paint protection were rolled into the loan. Bell Honda's choice to place a first time buyer with a predatory subprime lender at 22.19% while concealing the loan terms until after delivery is unconscionable. When we returned the vehicle under 48 hours later and requested the finalized Retail Installment Sale Contract and cited the loan terms were predatory, the finance manager told us there was nothing they could do because my grandson signed a contract, the return would be recorded as a repossession, and threatened to tow the vehicle to our residence. The statements are false and constitute consumer harassment. Bell Honda is also currently refusing to return his trade-in vehicle despite the transaction being formally canceled in writing. They took his car and are holding it after a deal that was never legally finalized. A formal complaint has been filed with the Arizona Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. First time buyers deserve transparency. Not a $55,000 trap on an $18,000 car with their trade-in held hostage. read more

(salesmen), as well as Mike/Michael and Tamer F. (sales managers). Once the sale is complete, they show no interest in supporting you. They're dismissive, unwilling to listen to concerns, and have even laughed in my face. This has been the worst car buying experience I've ever had, and I've purchased over five new vehicles. To Josh: I'm not looking for a generic response. I want to see real change in how your dealership is run. For others reading this: Please report this dealership to the Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Honda corporate, and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). It does make a difference. I went in two days ago for an oil change and a engine check light signal. I had called before hand and was told and oil change would cost $55. I went in and the price Joshua had given me was $80, i had mentioned the $25 off coupon and he said the best he could do was $65. Then he continued to say the diagnosis for the engine check light would be $99 but this amount would be put toward the repair. Five hours later he had told me they found the issue and it could be repaired not replaced and it would cost less than $100. Perfect right! So then in my mind the $99 would cover it and we'd call it a day. I went up to pay and he charged me almost $300!!! I saw this and tried to discuss the price because i'm a college student and that's a hefty amount of money. I finally broke down and went in after a week of calls and promises. First complaint: Sales person went into my car to get my wallet for my Driver License. I took it out of my wallet reluctantly to get an appraisal on my car. Second complaint: They promised they could match any deal from any dealership. Could not even come close and accused the other dealerships of lying. Third complaint: they lost my drivers license after I asked for it 5 times. What a joke! They frantically looked for it. Sales person accused me of lying. Floor manager said I could just drive home, but, I had a small problem of no License to drive home. They called me SEVEN TIMES since that appointment was scheduled and left 0 messages. I used to work sales and that is INSANE. Along with the Camelback locations like Camelback Toyota, this means that due to their ownership which prefers high margins, non-transparent pricing, and high-pressure tactics they prefer to use smoke and mirrors to get people in. Bell Honda was no different showing cars that were MSRP and below market price online but stuffing them with dealer markups and add-ons if you happen to arrive on their lot. (Check Reddit - Zaktek paint coverings, window tintings, alarms, mudguards to the tune of 1k-3k) (At least Earnhardt and Penske dealers show what add-ons are included on their models but Berkshire Hathaway is notorious for just showing a cheap price with no info) Emails and calls are borderline creepy too. read more

The only real complaint is that these dealers are now using highly deceptive advertising methods, and it is not just this location, but in many places that I have discovered recently. Dealers are resorting to jacking up the sale price of the used vehicles with "Dealer Add-Ons", for a variety of unnecessary products that provide no real value to the customer but is a method to increase gross profits and the internet has made it increasingly difficult for them to generate profits as a result. I went in to purchase a vehicle to upgrade my daughters current car and during the first pass, they added $1,854 to the price of the vehicle, when I had already received a quote online from the Autotrader ad for $14,890, plus tax, registration and documentation fees, nowhere on the online ad or in the emailed response was this ever disclosed and when I spoke with the internet representative on the phone, I asked about any additional fees and she said that there were NONE. Therefore that evening we made the 2.5 hour drive up to purchase the vehicle and while I did not expect a decent trade in value for her car, and I removed it from the deal and was prepared to pay cash or finance it, and when I voiced my disappointment over the add on, they reduced it by $1,355 and said that they always add the $499 fee to all their used cars. Which I think was for paint sealant??? In my past 40 years of buying cars, 25+ units in total, I have NEVER purchased this junk and never had any paint issues before. Plus, I know the game, I have worked in the retail automotive industry, as a sales consultant, new and used car sales manager, finance manager and service manager, for several dealers and promoted the same junk, but these are not mandatory and you DO NOT need to accept this nonsense, ever and it is always your choice to simply walk away and keep that money in your pocket. I refused and said that I would keep my trade, but still buy car at the $14,890, plus TTL, because it was actually at the low book value and as it was the deal that was sent to me via email, and take it home that evening, but the sales manager refused to budge on the $499, which again, not sure what it was for, but never disclosed until we sat down to work out the contract. So, we left. I also had to say that his sales team was not very well prepared, looked rather sloppy, and I would have trained them far better than how they both looked and spoke to me. I fully understand this industry, and there is nothing wrong with making money in car business, it can be very lucrative and fun, which is fine, but let's not get too ridiculous about it paint sealant and such on a "used vehicle". My only real issue was the deceptive tactics, which to me appear to be border line illegal and they certainly seem to be deliberately working on being deceptive, so don't fall for it. From my past work experience, most individuals are not prepared to deal with professional salespeople who would convince people to agree to spend money on things that they really did not need. Many products are good, GAP, Warranty and such, when the risk warrants the investment, but do your own research and do a careful analysis each time. Plus, even these products are negotiable and come with 50% to 200% markups, as I would do in the past. We did find a very nice unit, for $3000 more, but a newer model and equally equipped, plus she is happy and guess what - NO "Dealer Add-On" fees and a good value for the money. Go out there and shop around but ask questions and don't waste your time or their time as well. read more

I went to this dealership to sell my 2015 Honda Fit before I left Arizona, but their manager came out and treated me with an immense amount of disrespect. Details: As I said, I wanted to sell the 2015 Honda Fit. At first, I was offered $5,000 for the car. It was going well, until their manager came out said they couldn't take the car since the odometer display wasn't working. This is an infamous problem that occurred due to faulty mistake made in their factory. He said rules were rules and shut me down. He then proceeded to give me an offer of $500, since he was 'sorry' for shutting down the $5k deal; he proceeded to say that he was willing to 'eat the loss'. His arrogance as he conveyed all this annoyed me, but I just said 'I'll think about it.' and walked out. Several hours later, I managed to get the odometer display fixed and went back to Bell Honda to sell it. Their manager came out and gave me an even more rude and disrespectful tirade. He said that they're not going to give me the $5k deal and that due to the fault of the odometer display not working (resulting in inaccurate recording of total mileage over time), I can't sell it to anyone else. He proceeded to say that I should've been grateful for his initial offer of $500 for my car and accepted the deal out of respect. He then marked the deal down to $250. When I called out on his haughty attitude that treated me as an idiot this whole time, he criticized my generation's problem of not giving enough respect to their elders like himself and proceeded to threaten to end my career by getting into contact with my workplace's boss. I finally snapped and said some rude things back as I stormed out of the dealership. I went to AutoNation Honda in Chandler and sold my car to them for $3,000. The amount of respect they gave me as I interacted with them made me immensely grateful; they are the only reason why I hadn't sworn off all Honda cars after the horrid, self-centered treatment from Bell Honda in Phoenix, Arizona. tl;dr Don't ever go to Bell Honda. They'll try to scam you, while expecting you to be grateful they even looked your way and worship them. read more

If zero stars were an option, Bell Honda's service department would get it. I was lied to multiple times by the service advisor, who claimed my car had been rechecked when it clearly was not. To make matters worse, she then told me the noise I was experiencing could be due to a lack of maintenance, specifically a transmission flush and coolant service, even though I clearly explained both were done two years ago. On top of that, I was overcharged for service and dealt with a lack of mechanical experience, and experienced what felt like price gouging. I will never walk into Bell Honda again. I have worked as a service advisor and have built cars from the ground up, so I know how this process should work and how customers should be treated. This experience was insulting, unprofessional, and humiliating. read more

After reading all the reviews on safety and service I'm so glad I didn't buy a car here . I got my Honda and I never want to see this place , thanks for the reviews . They replied with a canned answer as with a the other replies I dodged a bullet , thanks again. read more

Avoid this dealership. I recently financed a 2018 Honda CRV from in November and then 1-2 months later come out to find that the car has a problem with one of the control arms on the front of the car. They handed me a CarFax and I looked over it and it perfectly fine. But to tell me that their was a full inspection of the vehicle before it was put onto the lot to be sold is total BS. Other then that the service center is amazing, but please avoid this dealership for buying a car and go to Right Honda. EDIT: 4 months later and the AC is going out and the manager still hasn't reached out. Go to right Honda for preowned vehicle at least they won't give you a fraudelent car fax! read more

After emailing about a car price , I couldn't get an answer. I asked a few times and when they finally gave it ...it was 2k over what was on their website. I now see why they have 2 stars lol Shouldn't be that high read more

I worked with Bear (the finance manager) and signed me up for a warranty that was an extra $150 a month on top of my normal car payments and said I HAD to get it. Later he called me to sign a document that was going to bring my payments down $30 a month and still nothing! It's been a month and my payments still have not dropped. I called the dealership and they said they have no record of me signing anything!!!! Super shady and will never come back here again! read more

Walked in to price a crv awd . Salesman told our info and said let me get U some water and pull. Up 2 cars . After 10 minutes got 1 bottle of water for the 2 of us . Walked out after 20 minutes as salesman probably went to dinner . Never go here and sadly what would service B like ! read more

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I bought a car from this dealership, and the process was smooth. What I didn't realize is that they were selling me a car with safety issues. The issue in question is faulty seatbelts, which is a part of routine safety inspections. This dealership ignored the issue, sold the car to me, told me I was getting a gold rated bumper to bumper warranty when in reality it's the basic warranty, then refused to fix it. After 6 months of me trying to get them to fix it, we went into the dealership just to be called liars, and be insulted/talked down to by the GM. This GM doesn't care about quality, or customer care. This dealership doesn't care about your safety. Avoid this dealership at all costs! read more

Do not buy here. Do not get service here... they've had my car for a week past original date, which was for a second follow up for an AC leak. Now something else is broken and they're not returning my calls/messages. I'm VERY upset about the situation and will not be a return customer in any shape or form. read more

My Honda accord took over 1 month to fix, the part was on back order. I can not blame them for this but they did not offer a loaner car, they did not seem to be concerned about leaving me without a vehicle for over 1 month. They did not want to take my calls to ask about how long it is going to take. I asked to speak to the supervisor three times, I left messages for the supervisor and she never returned my calls. It was a horrible experience overall, I would not take my car there for service or even purchase a vehicle from this dealership or Honda ever again. I spoke to Honda USA and they also gave me the run around and would not tell me how long the part would take, I have never heard of parts taking over 1 month for a 2017 Honda accord I can understand if it was more than 10yrs old. read more

This dealership honored the Costco auto discount program. We met with salesperson Jeremy who was friendly, low key and very knowledgeable about the vehicle (CR-V Hybrid) as he owns one himself. The whole purchase process with test drive, discussion of options on various trim levels, Costco discount, business office paperwork took about 2.5 hours. They have water and coffee available but also good to bring your healthy snack food. read more
