The service was excellent and the butterfish, shrimp, and lobster risotto melted in my mouth. The bone in new york strip ,medium well was so flavorful and melted in my mouth as well.

Happy hour Sliders, meatballs and spinach (not part of happy hour)

Stopped by for happy hour in the bar for a snack. It's walk in and you can sit at the actual bar or in a booth. Great prices like $9 for sliders or meatballs. Small menu but we were able to order off the regular menu as well (we also got spinach for $15 because it's the best here). I believe it's all days but Saturday - we went on a Sunday and it was pretty empty. GREAT service. Will return.

The staff was very nice and attentive, we did have to wait a few minutes to be seated but that's ok. It was a little loud but I'll chalk that up to it being a busy Saturday night. The food was very good especially the sweet potato casserole. All in all I would visit again.

Was here to celebrate my sis 50th birthday as she has never been to a Ruth's Chris and we enjoyed our service and meal. Although not as good as other locations I've been too in the past, everyone was happy with the flavor and temperature of steaks. It was a pretty busy Saturday night but our server kept up pretty well. We sat in a seperate part of dining room which was dim lit and a little quieter. All in all I would return if in the area.

Service was great! Nice selection of wine to choose from! The potatoes were delicious, we should have ordered two portions! The salmon was well seasoned and cooked perfectly!

There is a lot of hype around Ruth's Chris. But in a classical, traditional way. There are rumors about dress codes, reservations, and special occasions. They called once or twice to confirm my reservation. It's all a lot for this experience! I've been there twice now. Both weekday times. It's a classy, but plain environment. Everyone is formal and calls me Mr [redacted] because of the reservation info. The menu is very nice, but mostly traditional. I think I'd like more unique or interesting entrees. But that's not their fault. On my first visit, I ordered the ribeye, medium rare. It came out very well-done. It took a long time (way too long) to flag my server down to get it replaced. On my second visit, I shared the porterhouse - it came all pre-cut just like the picture! So fancy! The sides were all very nice - they all had this consistent savory comfort food vibe. Again, not super unique, but good. I'm gonna try this place again. I know what better to expect. It's classy, but not modern classy. Like old timey classy.

Loved the food this chef made!! Francisco came out and my husband was able to hug him for the great food.

I had such a fantastic Thanksgiving at Ruth's Chris Steak House! The warm, fresh bread was so delicious. I tried the blueberry mojito which wasn't my favorite, so I sent it back, but everything else totally made up for it. The stuffed chicken was an outstanding choice, full of flavor, and the mashed potatoes were good (just needed a little extra TLC). But the star of the night was the crème brûlée! It was absolutely amazing and the perfect ending to a great meal!

Unfortunately, the hotel in which the restaurant is located had a malfunctioning A/C unit, so dining here was not comfortable on this day, with temperatures causing guests to sweat. The waitress was very apologetic and attentive to extra iced water refills. The blueberry mojito 5 stars. Steak and lobster.... Steak 5 stars (sliced like butter and tasted amazing), The lobster was 4 stars simply due to size. I've had bigger and better for half the price. The taste was good. Garlic mashed potato 5 stars. Creamed spinach 4.5 stars. Caesar salad 4.5 stars. Lobster bisque soup 2 stars. The cherry liquor didn't pair well with a mojito. It needed a little more cream swirled into the soup. Taste was a bit off, my mom gave it 1 star (being we're from the PacNW), but when I tasted I wanted to give it a 3. Would I recommend this venue? Unsure. The cost for steak and lobster was $76 a person. I can also eat a good steak at Longhorn and get out there with a bill under $150, and here, It was more like $380. You'll easily spend $150 per person.

    SIZZLING CRAB CAKES

I've never been to Ruth's Chris I've always heard mixed reviews this is a restaurant in my hotel. I came down just to get crab cake appetizer because my coworkers said they were good and I wasn't to hungry. The crab cakes were actually the worst I've ever had they were good and did not taste fresh and I was definitely disappointed because the price was outrageous for them to taste prepared and warmed up. I only gave them a 2 because of decor. I only asked for a water no ice with a straw the waiter gave me a dirty straw that was sticky. I only ate 1 of my crab cakes and a bite of the other one because the taste was dissatisfying. The waiter asked me did I want it to be box and I told him no I did not enjoy them and that they weren't good, and he just threw it out and gave me my receipt which I felt like there could've been more attentive to satisfy me after spending $30 on something I did not finish.

As expected, the restaurant was packed, both inside and in the beautiful courtyard. Families filled the dining room, with children of all ages at about 90% of the tables. The team at Pomeroy has been so consistent and professional, that all of our dishes were delivered at a perfect and steady pace, and qualities remained high. Although we got a different server each time we went, they were all very welcoming, friendly, and attentive.  This time, Carlisle did such a wonderful job even though she was super busy, and she wished me a happy Mother's Day several times to make sure that my day was special.  I must mention that the friendly hostess greeted me with well wishes too, and said happy Mother's day again when we left. We had noticed that they had replaced the couch in front of the courtyard fireplace with more tables.  Who could blame them when they had so many patrons to seat.  However, the courtyard still looked gorgeous. Now on to the food and drinks.  I had a mocktail Bleu 75 ($13) that's my favorite, my husband had a glass of chardonnay ($17), our daughter had a Le Spritz Strawberry ($16).  We shared an order of Sea Scallops ($23) and a Warm Tomato Tarte ($19).  I had my go-to dish which was the Mediterranean Sea Bass ($38), I loved the seared skin that was crispy on the edges. Husband and Daughter each ordered a Spring Halibut ($92 for 2) from the Mother's Day menu.  We ordered 2 Strawberry Crème Brulee ($28 for 2), and I shared 1 with my husband.  I also had a cappuccino ($6). The check came up to $283.05 before tips (they add a 3% surcharge to each guest check, which may be removed upon request, we didn't).  As always, our dinner was very enjoyable and it's worth the money.  I had a very happy Mother's Day dinner, and it ended a wonderful weekend with high notes!  We will keep returning!

When we got to Pomeroy for dinner, we were seated in the farthest back room, one that was open-air ... the staff never asked us, they just put us there. The room was nice as was the weather, but the open-air room had gnats all over the place. Now we realize that gnats or fruit flies oftentimes come with wine servings ... and the Pomeroy has a bunch of nice wines, but the gnats flying around your face all through dinner was not pleasant. We ordered drinks to start, and found it hit-or-miss. The Watermelon Margarita seemed tempting, so we tried one. It came with a big smear of Tajin powder on the rim, and was not appealing. Once again, we thought they should mention this kind of thing before it appears. They replaced the drink, but it kept us off on the wrong foot. All in all, they still put our good food. Our complaint was the seating, the gnats, and the Tajin powder ... all they had to do was ask for our preferences and these could have been avoided. But alas, they drop to four stars.

We got the burger and truffle fries to share, along with / rolls and the karrage chicken. The burger was good with the caramelized onions but nothing significant to write home about. My favorite items though were the truffle fries, and the hot honey karaage we asked for the honey on the side so that we're able to share with our little but it was super crispy, and the chicken bites were juicy and delicious it didn't even need the honey. I truthfully don't love pickles but the pickles were delicious and I ate them all! The sushi rolls were both really fresh and had great flavor. Overall a good experience I'd like to come back during regular hours to try their regular menu. We were able to get last minute reservations for 8:30 on a Friday, which was surprising given how extremely busy this place is on the weekends. We arrived on time and were seated quickly without a wait, which was another impressive moment given how packed the restaurant was. Dining here is like dining in the city on the weekends, with a majority of the crowd tending toward older groups of friends or families without children. There was one family of four who brought their child with them, but generally we saw couples and groups of friends. Dress seems standardly smart casual. Food: The menu here is organized into three sections: small plates, mid-size meals, and entree-sized portions. Keep in mind the mid-sized plates can be on the larger side, so the tapas-style menu can be deceiving. We ordered the steak and frites and branzino as our mains, with polenta fries on the side. For apps, we ordered the butternut squash ravioli and were greeted with complimentary cheesy biscuits to start. We finished our meal with the olive oil cake, covered in raspberries. Based on what we ordered, we'd give this place a 4/5, simply because the steak my husband ordered was a tiny bit tough and overcooked (ordered medium rare, received medium well). The cut was a strip or a ribeye, so unfortunately on the tougher side, and less flavorful. My fish was nicely seared but the cannellini beans that were paired with the branzino just didn't do it for me. Branzino is a white fish that tolerates spice and garnishes very well, so it could have benefited from some more complex flavors. That said, we will be back for the ravioli. I'd wager that it is the best thing on the winter menu (this place rotates menu selections somewhat frequently). It was creamy, complex, and soft, with a delicious umami sauce. The olive oil cake we shared for dessert was also very delicious, moist and well-paired with simple cream and berries. Nice and simple but did the trick without being overwhelming or cloyingly sweet. The biscuits are also a nice touch: soft and buttery, not dry, and baked fresh. Overall, I'd say that veggie and pasta dishes are the way to go here, and potentially the fish if it is paired with a more complex side in the future. We look forward to future menus!
