When I call, to place an order I am usually placed on a hold and many times for at least 10 minutes before hanging up and trying again. We ordered some handrolls and waited for our order. After we got our order, I went back to ask for some napkins. The Asian lady who took our order, without a word, gave me one, yes a single napkin. When I asked if I could get a few more, she had the gall to ask if I ordered something and what did I order. I told her that we had just gotten our order and she proceeded to give me another one, yes another single,napkin. I'm surprised she didn't split the napkin in half like some people might with double ply toilet paper. THAT is how cheap she is. I like the lady owner who is usually there to take orders with a direct efficient no haggle attitude for quick service. Unfortunately the newer gen z staff who is taking orders at the counter is full on with the typical stereotyped gen z rudeness and what's worse was I got yelled at by one of the staffers who accused me of being rude just because I took a sheet of the foil they placed on the counter.
