Parking is easy . I've had my fair share of ramen and can say they do it well here. Garlic tonkatsu broth was flavorful and decent amount of ramen given was generous. Would be better if broth can add 1 more layer of depth in saltiness/richness. Ramen set with katsu curry is definitely a pack to go for leftovers. Output time - 10 minutes or under - Everything was brought out in timely order. Service - above average as checked in with all patrons. Ramen came out cold, and the sushi rolls didn't arrive until we were almost done eating which defeats the whole experience, especially when rolls should typically come out first or alongside. There was also confusion when we were being seated. Another customer claimed we cut them, and instead of staff stepping in to clarify, we had to handle the situation ourselves. The waiter approached and just stood there listening instead of addressing it and preventing it from escalating. Overall, the service and timing were disappointing and not well managed. Hoping this gets improved for future customers. One more thing to substitute pork for chicke because i do not eat pork they charged 4.50 read more

I walked in and this place is very clean and welcoming. Both servers, a man and a woman or super friendly especially the guy. For appetizers we got the Adam and the mixed tempera. Both are very good. I got the black garlic Ramen and it was very flavorful. I couldn't even finish it all. I took some home. My daughter got a sushi dish. I don't know which kind of my wife got the wonton Ramen. Amazing value. The ramen portion is huge and deserving of the giant in their name and doair that with a mini curry to make it a combo makes the meal so affordable compared to other places. Love that Giant Ramen opened a new location in Fullerton! I've had it a few times from BP but this one is literally a few blocks away from me. It took over the old Orange Roll & Sushi place and it's definitely an upgrade. They're newly remodeled inside, plenty of parking and food comes out quick! We've only ordered takeout so far and everything tastes the same as the BP location and is ready in 20 minutes, which is key when you have hungry toddlers. I like the black garlic ramen and the bento boxes are a good deal too! read more

Not bad at all! In the former Stater Bros (now vacant) shopping center, it's nice to have a ramen spot in this corner. I've ordered to go and dine-in and neither times I was let down. During my dine in we ordered the February special which was the black garlic tonkotsu and a sushi roll (keto roll) as well as the kimchi ramen. Idk if their cashu was better than most but... I ate all of it. Usually I kind of get over it after a few pieces. The soup and noodles were great. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. The kimchi ramen was spicy! lol. But good in a Tangy way. The keto roll (which I think was half a roll for the special) was a perfect add to the ramen. You get lots of fish with no rice which is just what i needed. I'd order again Seating was fine. The restaurant isn't big so it can get crowded fast. It did get busyyy but the young male server was really working hard making sure everyone was taken care of. I could definitely appreciate that sort of hustle and he was positive the whole time. Overall this might be part of my normal rotation now. read more

came on sunday around 7:30pm and it was empty. inside has a good amount of seating and it's very clean! there was a good variety of rolls and very unique ramen options! black garlic tonkotsu - this was super yummy! the broth was very flavorful and the noodles were nice and chewy. i enjoyed the shredded green onion on top! keto roll - this came as a half order with the black garlic tonkotsu, super good deal! they didn't skimp on the filling! cali roll - super creamy, so yummy! definitely better than your average cali roll! crispy spicy tuna - this was also pretty good! god amount of spicy tuna and i like that they add avocado to theirs! only downside was the rice texture was a bit on the stale side. other than that very solid! definitely a great ramen/sushi spot if you're in the area! read more

Decided to try this place after enjoying some matcha nearby! Saw the name of the restaurant and the big "GRAND OPENING" sign and was curious. Overall it was pretty good! Me and my partner went in the evening around 7pm on a Friday and it wasn't crowded. The server was very friendly and welcoming. I got the chashu ramen (minus bamboo shoots) + salmon nigiri and my partner got the spicy ramen + sesame chicken. The chashu ramen was good! The portion size was very generous too. I got about 3 pieces of meat and a generous heaping portion of noodles I couldn't finish on my own! It's pretty heavy on the garlic flavor - I'd ask for less garlic next time if possible! The egg in the ramen was so flavorful too and I enjoyed it a lot. I'm crossing my fingers they offer a smaller portion size in the future (even though it's called "Giant Ramen" haha) I'm sure just one order of ramen would be enough to share with a friend or partner. The sesame chicken wasn't as crunchy as I expected - it's pretty lightly breaded just fyi. Still good but just wasn't what I was looking for. It's still good and juicy - not dry at all! A standout dish was the salmon nigiri! I wasn't expecting it to be that good but it tasted soooo clean and was so tender. I'd even come here for just the nigiri next time!! So delicious. Don't forget to bring cash! My dad and I went to this place around 1pm on a Wednesday Christmas eve, and it was amazing! It was empty at first but slowly started filling up. I ordered the chicken teriyaki bento box and my dad got the volcano roll. The bento box had 5 parts: Chicken teriyaki, California roll, salad, tempura, and rice. It also had a sauce in the middle and a bowl of miso soup. My favorite was the tempura because it was very smooth and refreshing. Overall, the food was amazing! I ordered takeout from Giant Ramen and Sushi. I had the Salmon bento box with an extra order of tempura shrimp and the spicy tuna California rolls. It all cost about $38. Bottom line, was that the food was not very high quality. I didn't enjoy the entire meal. The teriyaki salmon was over cooked and sparkly seasoned with mostly bland teriyaki sauce. The spicy tuna California rolls were bland tasting. The salad was lacking any salad dressing. The veggie tempura was few and fair tasting. I ordered a side of tempura shrimp for an additional $11 and I received 6 pencil thin shrimp. The miso soup was the best option of the order. Overall, the quality of the bento box contents was pretty poor and lacking in taste. The additional side of shrimp was a small portion and I feel over priced for what you get. 2 out of 5 stars, I don't recommend you eat here unfortunately. read more

This was a very surprise quiet opening, today was their first day. Heard nothing, no grand opening, no promotions, in fact, I might be their first customer since no one else seems to be here. The place is clean and they have great selections. It seems they have another location in Buena Park, to which I am familiar with, and they do very well there. I ordered a very simple chicken teriyaki bowl and takoyaki to go since I was on a quick lunch break. The takoyaki was divine! I was greeted promptly and my order taken quickly.
