I wasn't acknowledged the first five minutes I walked in and wasn't told how long the wait would be once..- and waited 45+ minutes to be helped and had people who just walked in got sat down and helped before they even thought about me. Daughter came here to get nails done for prom. They turned out terrible. All lumpy and uneven. They were not even filed evenly or the same shape. Color didn't go to the edges. Had to go to a different nail salon today to get them fixed. What a waste of money and time this establishment was!!! Never again! read more

This was a fantastic experience for me. I found ROSIE by looking on Yelp for recommendations. I read her reviews and went for it. She is the sweetest lady and does fantastic nails. My son got married in July so I went and got my nails done at another location in town. The initial ones were great, but when I got the fills they were chipping the next day. After a few times there having my nails done by the owner (constantly distracted by the phone, receptionist and people walking in) I decided it was not worth the money. Literally my gel nails (French tips) have lasted beautifully for 3 1/2 weeks and I could go another week, but my nails grow out so fast. I can't vouch for anyone else there, but I will speak on behalf of Rosie!!! read more

Made an appt for a pedicure. This place is tooo busy. I soaked for maybe 2 min. The leg massage was the best I've ever had but the polish and "pampering" just so-so. I was out of there in 20 min. It just wasn't worth the $26 plus tip. I'll find another salon where they want my business and can take the time on me. read more

I had a full set of solar nails done, my fingers are so sore and I have cuts where my skin was pulled from the over glued tips and filing my skin. The nail quality has tiny bubbles and rather than buffing to a shine, a gel polish was applied. I won't be returning in fact I will be removing the nails and giving my fingers time to heal read more

I wish I could give them less than one star! I have gone in here a few times and the service was okay, worthy of maybe 2 stars, because they always over charge me. But today I went in for a fill with gel polish which is usually 28, so I asked the guy up front how much just to be sure, he said 25! So I was thinking cool , lower prices! Then I sit down with the lady and I ask 25$ to confirm the price, so she asked the guy who gave me that price and he said no 33! So she told me 33$ and I asked why when he told me 25! And it's usually only 28! Then she said 35! At this point I am fuming! I asked why and she said for you it's 33$. Both people on both sides of me were paying 28$ for the same thing! I will never be going to this salon to get my nails done. They are disrespectful and provide horrible service! 0 stars for River Nails! read more

After a number of visits to this place in the past year and a half and finding their work to be of good quality and,for the most part,fast and courteous,on my visit 2 weeks ago I dealt with the most rude nail technician I've ever encountered. From the beginning,he seemed angry that the shop was so busy(?my fault?) He shouted orders at the other staff (when he wasn't giving me orders). He indicated I wasn't switching the nail dryer on and moving my hands in and out of dryer fast enough,and then became irritated when I smudged 1 of my nails while pushing the back of the nail dryer to re-start it-mumbling something about me being the only customer to do this. When I took cash out of my purse to pay him,he raised his voice at me again,thinking I was paying him too much.(Maybe no one tips this guy.) When I counted every bill for him,he calmed down. By the way,all the customers were watching this. If he's an employee,he should be fired. If he owns the salon, he shouldn't deal with customers. Needless to say,won't be back. read more

Sunday at 11am to make appt I was told be here 15 min so I went there got there at 11:15 am they had took walk ins so I was told I would have to come back at 12:00 mind you I don't live in town. I left I got stuck at a light then a wreck so at 12:06 call said I would be right there I got there at 1211 and my personal had someone for walk in well 3 Lady sat doing nothing and then I am told wait 20+ more mins. The lady on the phone I spoke to I repeated over and over about the time. In the end I am told are the guy that always does my nails filled or that I and my daughter he will not do or not no more because I'm making a formal complaint against the woman that answer the phone and how rude she was in the fact that I had to wait from 11 o'clock until almost 2 o'clock to have one set filled , but on the phone I was going to get a whole set put on and they didn't have time for that my daughter was going to get it also full new set put on they didn't have time for that but originally this morning at 11 o'clock when I spoke to them had set us down for two full set appointment time at 11:15 and after all day long waiting around we end up with getting one filled out and my daughter didn't get hers done at all we had to go over to Barger to get her stuff done and my toes painted. Don't waste your money when most likely you'll be treated rude. read more
