Called first thing in the morning and requested to see a specific nail tech. Showed up and was told by an employee that they no longer worked there. Asked Holly (the manager) why they didn't address it on the phone and I was told that the employee who answered the phone didn't understand what I was saying even though I had said her name three times. Pretty sure she's the only one who answers the phone because shes done my nails before and spent more time answering the phone than doing a good job on my nails. Have your technician take cell phone calls and leave message to his friends, then purchase produce from a customer, sign for the UPS package, then get up several times pacing back and fourth debating about his said produce purchase. They did a great job on my nails. I got a mani pedi for $35 I was very satisfied. Great price I would like to go back every month. Overall it took an hour and 15 min from start to finish. Nancy did my pedicure, she massages each foot/lower leg really well about 5 min each. Overall will be going back. They stay busy, I commend them all for working so hard especially since I noticed they were a lot of annoying/ picky customers. The photo should speak for itself but I got a gel manicure and a pedicure about 5 days ago when they were busy. They really rushed my friend and I through and it shows. Every fingernail except 2 have the paint over the cuticle. So I have rough lips of paint on my nails that will be increasingly annoying as they continue to grow out. Also be aware, their samples for gel colors may not be true to color. The number on the bottle matched the number on the sample but I was very disappointed to see the color it really was... it came out as bright pink when the sample showed a light dusty sort of mauve (a dulled almost tanned pink shade). Bright pink is not a color I wear or would want on my hands. I didn't say anything though seeing how busy they were and the man doing my nails seemed pretty quiet and slightly irritated (not with me). On the bright side my toenails turned out nice but for both my friend and I we felt the time spent buffing our feet was lacking. read more

Terrible. Super late and overbooked... whatever it happens. For $40 I'd like my nails to not look like they were done by a 3rd grader. They are so thin. I asked for coffin shaped and she was so confused. They curl up (?) at the tips. She insisted I pay and tip prior to completion. My first time ever getting gel nails, they did acrylic nails (I've had tons of sets of those, and asked repeatedly if that WAS gel, and he reassured me that it was) ?? He then CHARGED ME for gel nails. I went to a new place after that, and it was explained to me that it's quite common for them to cheat their costomers. They also botched my daughters nails on another occasion, then charged her a second time when she came back in the very next day to have them redone, they were uneven, crooked different size and shaped nails that look like a child did them. read more

This little spot is kinda nice for a quick pedicure but nothing to write home about. The chairs are nice and comfortable. They looked at me funny but didn't mind me bringing in a 22oz beer from dairy mart(sometimes you just need a break from your kids lol) my biggest complaint aside from the mediocre massage which is the best part the girls all just talked to each other in a convo I couldn't understand and I felt like a job instead of someone who deserved a treat. I used to go here all the time, and then every time I would schedule with one person I would get someone I did not request. I stopped going because after getting my nails done even just a full my nails would hurt for at least a week after. I went the Friday before the 4th of July only because I dropped the ball and my normal nail lady was booked. It was a mistake the guy could barely do any of the designs I wanted I had to settle for something simple. I asked to get my tips and he couldn't do them and the rest of the people were to busy. I have been going to Anne for several years now (I call her Anna) she is the best nail technician I have ever been to. She is sweet and kind and fast but accurate! I adore her. My daughter has her nails done at a different salon but she only needed her pinky nail fixed until her next fill and came into this salon. Now let me just say, we have been to a few salons when our regular nail techs move or what not and have never felt so humiliated and disrespected. She immediately knew she was being made fun of because she has a deformed middle finger and the tech was kinda lifting her hand so other techs could see and those who couldn't came around to look at it and of course we couldn't understand what they were saying which is fine. We too are bilingual. But, then the tech asked her what happened to it and my daughter explained. She also was very interested in who did her nails and where and how much they charge etc.... She came home in tears and I called the shop the manager. Holly said they were not laughing at her nail but the nail art that was done on it. Still not okay to be made fun of for whatever reason. This salon seems to be with people who are perfect. If u have any imperfections or not one of their regular clients, I guarantee you you will be treated very rudely! This was a fantastic experience for me. I found ROSIE by looking on Yelp for recommendations. I read her reviews and went for it. She is the sweetest lady and does fantastic nails. My son got married in July so I went and got my nails done at another location in town. The initial ones were great, but when I got the fills they were chipping the next day. After a few times there having my nails done by the owner (constantly distracted by the phone, receptionist and people walking in) I decided it was not worth the money. Literally my gel nails (French tips) have lasted beautifully for 3 1/2 weeks and I could go another week, but my nails grow out so fast.
