She was very sweet and not like others I've been too. She did my nails in about 40 minutes. Michelle did a massage after that was really great- also way better then I have had at other places. She took great care of me and I'm so grateful for her. I really needed this treatment. Bathrooms very clean, the space was clean and very beautiful and comforting. The trickling water sounds and light, calm music was great, I loved this about Michelle's shop. It really helped me to relax and enjoy some much needed self care. I can't wait to got back and get a pedicure. I'll do an update on the gel manicure after a week or so to post another image to show quality.

She friendly and the cost was just as said on the sandwich board out front. It was Sunday and not many people were there. I love the massage chair and got to sit in it a long time before she could start my nails. A large group was there so I had to wait about a half hour. I was fine with it though. Lots of parking. 2) The workers are relatively nice, but the customer service could use some improvement. Their accents are REALLY thick, which makes communication difficult. Their conversations with customers are short and to the point. 3)The manicurists live up to the typical nail salon stereotype of conversing in their native language right in front of your face instead of talking to you. It can be a little annoying and awkward. 4) The wax room is messy and doesn't appear professional. (See pictures) 5) Eyebrow wax is okay. They don't pay too much attention to detail (minimal/no extra plucking to get the hard to wax hairs). I wouldn't trust them to do too much "shaping". But if all you want is a basic wax to get most of the excess hairs gone, it works. 6) Nail work is over-priced considering the lack of quality. I got a Shellac manicure, and it ended up looking nothing like the picture I brought in. My nails were cut too short, weren't rounded enough like I requested, and lacked any sort of French Tip design. Also, the Shellac was painted onto my fingers AND dirt was left under my nail. (See pictures) All in all- If you're in a pinch for a wax or manicure, this place will work- BUT set your standards very low. Expect a messy/low class environment, not-so-good customer service, bad quality work, and to be overcharged. *UPDATE: My gel manicure lasted only a week due to the sloppy job! It started peeling off quickly! (Shellac manicures usually last 3-4 weeks when done at other salons!) DON'T go here! What a rip off!

Even though it was a busy Sunday, the young man at the front was incredibly kind and accommodating and was able to get me in last minute. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and professional. Bee did an amazing job! She had great attention to detail, took her time, and never made me feel rushed despite how busy the salon was. The conversation was wonderful, and the entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. The salon was also very clean and had a great atmosphere. I left feeling so much better than when I arrived and absolutely love my nails. Turns out they open till seven on Saturdays but call ahead just in case. I LOVE the later hours because who has time to get nails done during work hours? FIRST IMPRESSION WHEN I WALKED IN WAS HOW CLEAN THE PLACE WAS. Someone else was getting her manicure so I checked in about a shellac French manicure. Cici came out and I was offered water and a very friendly conversation while my nails were trimmed and filed before being painted. I was actually so pleased with the natural shiny pink that was supposed to be the base for the French manicure that I actually decided just to go with two coats of the pink base, which they told me was called "marshmallow." They also showed me a couple of other styles of nail color that I test out in the future. I wasn't there very long; the skill level was very high. They have a nice bar area if you want to hang out with the girlfriends before it's your turn. I think Queenie was the name of the other staff person. The two of them were very hospitable and I look forward to returning in a couple of weeks. The manicure was just $35 with the shellac removal being an extra five dollars. If I've gone with my French manicure it would've been a total of $45. So prices were actually very reasonable. Skill level very high. Highly recommend!
