Another delicious breakfast here at red Mountain Café. I switched it up every once in a while sometimes I get the cowboy skillet other times I get the steak and eggs, Today It was steak and eggs and taters and delicious coffee. Today was the second time that me and my veteran friend who suffers with a severe brain injury went to that restaurant asked to sit on the side of the restaurant that did not have the ceiling fan as that triggers my friend's brain injury and was told no she explained that she has a brain injury and that that triggers it and they told her no that they could not seat her over there I think that's very rude I think people with with injuries that need to be accommodated should be accommodated they don't know what it is to be a handicapped person and a handicapped world and unhandicapped world I should say never again will we go to Red mountain Cafe because they don't deal with handicapped people shame on them read more

Truly enjoy dining here for my breakfast or lunch. Haily and her team members are truly amazing. Kind, communicative, attentive and extremely helpful and friendly. Food: I literally have been trying every menu item since I've been coming for the past month. All amazing! Waitress talked way too fast, took our elderly friend there to lunch for his birthday and the waitress was just rude. Not busy she maybe had 3 tables. She argued with me on what I ordered, then Gave us our check ,told her we wanted pie, she said the pies so fast could barely understand her. Then gave us fridge cold apple pie. Didn't even offer to warm it up. Food was ok, service sucked! She's the daughter of the other waitress. Maybe she needs to learn how to talk to older customers. Won't be back. I believe it's under new ownership now , five years ago it was incredible large pancakes really good food , breakfast especially nowadays. The pancakes are more dollar size. The cost is twice as much. The atmosphere sucks. They got rid of their bread pudding. I'll never go back there again. I don't recommend this place at all. read more

It was my favorite place, especially for fish fry. since the new owners came in, the food was OK but the portions were very small and the prices have gotten ridiculously expensive.. The owner came by and did nothing for us. She could've done something and it doesn't take a business degree to make things right and make customers happy. Good ol' country eats at a bargain price. Family owned and operated and proud of it because the server told me her parent's story and it was very genuine. We've brought the kids here for breakfast several times, in-laws for brunch, and it truly is a gem. Good solid menu options, deliciously made and the servers are so courteous and attentive who would never let your coffee cup get low. The specials everyday is proof how good the food is. We were soooooooo excited to try this place after having gone so many times with the old ownership. What a let down...no greeting, we felt like we were interrupting them, waiting a long time to have our order taken, the food to arrive, and the check. High prices too! There wasn't a check back either, refill, thank you, etc. and the worst part is, I believe our server girl was one of the owners! We won't be back. Too bad... P.S. I had the strangest experience here. Walked in, smiled, said good morning to a clearly-busy server. I was met with a blank stare. Tried again. Nothing. Waited for several minutes for someone else. In that time another server looked at me from the kitchen. Direct eye contact. No words. A few more passes/glances from server 1. A party of six walked in and all of a sudden a third worker popped to the register, greeted and seated them. Seemed like it could be timing, so I let it go. I was glanced at again by the other two servers. I waited another two minutes before leaving. Food looked great. I'll never know. I won't be back. read more

My husband and I like this little place. Family owned, we always seem to eve nget the same waitress and table each time! Food is a GREAT value for what you get! Service is attentive and it's always full of regulars. Just to note - they do charge a portion of your bill to use a card. Just remember to bring cash if possible to avoid that charge. It would be nice if they warned somewhere on signs on online but oh well. The chicken fried steak is great and their omelets are large! read more
