    Meatball sandwich and fries.

Still a pretty tasty food experience. We had the soup and grilled cheese sandwich and the meatball sandwich. We also had some amazing onion rings. Service is always excellent. Good meal all around.

INTRODUCING JOSE! changed into his chef uniform just for us!

I can't say enough good things about owner/chef Jose and his staff. Came here in February for my birthday and everything was great. Jose is from Massachusetts and a long history with some famous great MA restaurants. Came back Saturday 07-04-26 with 2 friends and he was closing because it was dead. He let us come in, made us fabulous steak tips and onion rings and served us drinks - and all his wonderful staff had gone home! We had a great time listening to Jose raving about his beautiful wife and family that gave all of us hope for future relationships! This place is a gem. Just before we left, more people came in. Jose could have just told us he was closed but instead welcomed us like old friends. Will definitely be back! Now he's opened for breakfast! Can't wait!

What a pleasant way to spend a Friday evening--dining at a small, quaint, family-owned restaurant. I was drawn in by the glowing reviews and decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The space is quite small, with five tables/booths and a bar area with chairs, but it's well maintained and charming. The owner, José, and his staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. I ordered a glass of Cabernet, and my wife had an iced tea. She chose the pot roast with mashed potatoes and a vegetable medley, while I had the steak tips with the same sides. Both meals were delicious and clearly homemade. The side salads were crisp and fresh, featuring a nice variety of vegetables. I should also mention that they have a full bar. For dessert, we shared a tiramisu and a cannoli--both were excellent. José, who is also the chef, is clearly passionate about his craft and takes great pride in the dishes he serves. He's a true entrepreneur, and it shows in every detail. One note: there seems to be a glitch with the app's reservation feature, so I recommend calling ahead the old-fashioned way if you want to reserve a table. Pricing was very fair given the quality, portion size, and thoughtful presentation. We'll definitely be back!

We love this place! Great fresh food and a welcoming atmosphere. Today I had the cheeseburger and onion rings. One of the best burgers I've ever had. Highly recommend the empanadas too.

Wow! We couldn't have been more pleased. Excellent service, excellent food, wonderful ambience, and spotless place.

The meatball sub and onion rings.

This little unassuming spot is so much better than expected! It is small inside, so we found sitting at the bar to be the most comfortable spot. The service was quick, they checked on us continuously, and the owner even came out and chatted with us. We had the fish and chips and the heavy hitter meatball sub and everything was amazing. We had the chocolate mousse cake for dessert and it was delicious as well. We will definitely make this a frequent stop!

Food was amazing. The owners are friendly and treat their customers like family. It's a small, cozy place.

There is a seating area to wait for your food, and plenty of seating. You order at the counter and your food is brought to your table. The gentleman that greeted us was super friendly and helpful. One of the things that I immediately lived about this place was that many of the dishes have sizes. I almost never finish a regular size plate, and ordered the smaller serving size, which was still a lot of food (my son has to finish mine for me). The portions were quite large. I loved the little extra touch of the flower garnish. I ordered the jerk chicken with fried plantains. This jerk chicken comes in a sauce, rather than the dry rub you sometimes see in jerk chicken. It was soooo yummy and so tender it literally just fell off the bone. The fried plantains were also delish. My son had the curry. He loved it! I think this place is well loved, as there was a constant stream of people coming in to pick up food while we were there.

Glad I arrived when I did because several groups came in after seating myself. It looks like street parking and adjacent businesses have spaces which might be available otherwise. Atmosphere 3/5 Although I enjoyed the artwork, this is essentially a small fast food like restaurant. Very small dining room with awful acoustics. Guests of more than two bring the conversation level fairly high and the group of five who arrived behind me had the place uncomfortably loud. It reminded me of my ASU Chuck Box days. Service 4/5 Being my first visit I wish there could have been more time to have the Menu selections explained. I defaulted to my order takers recommendations. As it turned out those suggestions were nice. Food 5/5 I choose the Arroz Con Pollo Jalapeño & Ham popper Empanada Sopa Verde The Aaroz Con Pollo was unique, fresh and delicious. Interesting creation with exciting flavors. I would order this again. Great portion. The Jalapeños & Ham popper Empanada was on the small side when compared to Mexican bakeries I purchased them at. That said the selections here are many and unique! Mine was outstanding. The Jalapeño popper and ham in their perfectly cooked pastry complimented each other so well, I was not disappointed with this recommendation and would order this again! Sopa Verde was a great portion. It included premium garden vegetables including spinach, rice, alvacado, peas, fresh white chicken meat and a salsa verde that added another flavor. This was a wonderful palette treat and another item I would order again. For me Food is this restaurants strong point. Atmosphere driven by acoustics not as much. Authentic Jamaican served right in Chandler AZ. We were warmly welcomed upon entering the establishment. After weighing various options on an extensive menu. I decided on the tilapia fillets Escovitch style with the side of steamed vegetables (shredded cabbage and carrots that was amazing) and festivals. My wife opted Bone in brown stew chicken with a side of rice & beans and festivals. The wait for the food to served was reasonable given that it was apparent it had been made fresh upon being served. The fish was deliciously seasoned and lightly breaded. The escovitch sauce was the perfect complement for both the fish and the cabbage. My wife's bone in brown stew chicken was amazing as well the chicken was so tender it was falling off the bone and was perfectly seasoned. The gravy for the stew was plentiful and added an additional taste when added to the beans and rice. Portions were large with enough leftovers for another meal when we finished eating. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly with a consistent flow of carryout orders and dine-in customers. I would highly recommend Ocean Blue Caribbean and look forward to our next visit.

The authentic Jamaican jerk chicken was packed with flavor--perfectly spiced, smoky, and tender. The coconut peas and rice were fresh, fluffy, and delicious, with just the right balance of coconut sweetness and savory notes. Everything tasted homemade and full of soul. For dessert, we had the pineapple upside-down cake, and it quickly became a family favorite. It was served warm, which made the flavors and textures even better--moist, caramelized pineapple on top with that perfect hint of spice.
