    Appetizer Crab queso
    Darla H.

Been here three times in three years. This time was by far the best. Biscuits brought to table ordered appetizer crab queso lots of crab very good. Split the "create your own feast" with my husband. Picked 2 lobster, coconut shrimp, shrimp Alfredo, mashed potatoes, hush puppies and added bacon wrapped scallops for 7.99. The lobster tails a little chewy but tasty. Shrimp Alfredo very creamy, delicious. Coconut shrimp good not better than the frozen we buy Costco. Add on Bacon wrapped scallops came with a handful of lettuce greens the dressing was yucky, disappointed on the small size of scallops but tasted good. Hush puppies blah to me but husband loved them. Brought home leftovers as it was a lot of food for 2. The waiter Sean was great and knowledgeable about the menu items and attentive without being annoying. Great overall experience

I'm very pleased with my experience today. I ordered surf and turf, it is combination of lobster tail and steak with 2 sides. Service was great. It was not crowded since it was a cold Tuesday evening.

Half container of lobster dip. $13 !!!!!

I have gotten good food and service at all Red Lobsters but this time I'm writing a review due to the following: I ordered lobster dip to go. It came in a container used for soup but was only half full. I was so disappointed because I knew it would be yummy but this is not worth $13. It's only a few bites. I am terribly disappointed and feel that I was ripped off. The way it was presented is nothing like the photo on the menu. Don't order this item.

Food quality has deteriorated , value is just not what it used to be. Vegetables were so hard that they were not eatable

Very much below average. The taste is really lacking. There wasn't a single good dish at a table of 6!

The hostesses were super friendly at the front desk and they had their hands full with the Sunday crowd. Once we were seated our server Jason(I think) did an absolutely exceptional job taking care of us throughout our leisurely lunch that started with the Triple Dip. Two of us ordered FD's Trio that included grilled, fried and crab stuffed shrimp, and I added some salmon to feel healthy. Our other party members had the chicken tenders and Hawaiian Chicken. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and again our server kept our drinks full and lots of fun banter. Menu prices are very reasonable as well. As far as ambiance and decor, honestly nothing really stands out. The dining rooms are nice and have lots of light. Unfortunately it's really noisy with a big crowd. The parking lot was crazy tight as it shares one with the next door Texas Road House, which we don't prefer. Overall, an excellent experience and it's definitely a new repeater for us.

We were pretty much immediately greeted and told that we can sit where we'd like. We found a table and had a seat. The waitress took our drink order and went to go do her thing. Maybe 10 or 15 minutes later she came back with our drinks at last. I always hate eating dinner at places that are primarily a bar because the service is usually terrible and that's pretty much how it went with our visit. 45 minutes after ordering our food , we were still waiting on it, even our appetizer, and our drinks were in a constant state of needing a refill with the waitress nowhere to be found. I planned to have a couple mixed drinks while I was there, to try some different things, so they literally lost money by not coming back to the table to check on us. I didn't have the opportunity to order more drinks. The food finally arrived. My sad potato with chicken was nothing special and was pretty small for the price. My husband didn't like his food. I can't recall what he got. The manager was nice when he swung by, but by the time he came, the damage was already done. The whole visit was disappointing. We won't be back. This place really hasn't changed from what it was before they changed names and ownership. It was disappointing before and it remains so.

Right off the bat, I was greeted by very friendly staff who were keeping busy during the slow opening hour by watering plants or restocking the bar. I decided to head to the bar backed by the very friendly Karlie. Started off with the Scottish eggs, and they came out piping hot and fresh with a side of spicy mustard. The combination of savory sausage flavor, sweetness of the deviled egg, and a dab of spicy mustard made these starters absolutely worth the choice but could almost be a meal itself! Going further along with the Irish setting, I also went with the original cottage pie, loaded of course, and hands down it's the best pie I've had. The beef, gravy, vegetables, and potatoes added with the garlic mashed potatoes and pie crust was absolute bliss. Again, piping hot from the oven with that perfect mix of soft and crunch from the crust was perfection comfort food. Paired with a Guinness, this is as close to heaven as one can get during work's hour lunch break. The bar area started filling up with the lunch crowd towards the end, but Karlie expertly managed all of it with ease, remaining attentive to the gathering crowd while multitasking between taking food orders and serving as well as bartending. This masterful combination of service, atmosphere, and great food is hard to find around Springfield, but Dublin Pass nailed it while making it look easy, making them a highly suggested stop.

He also gave really great recommendations on what to get and even brought a special sauce he recommends with your food. My husband got the bacon burger and he said it was really good and the fries were tasty! They also have salt, pepper and a seasoning on the table for you to season whatever you like. It was large portions! I got the chili cheese fries, per his recommendation! It was very good! I got it without a lot of the toppings it comes with and got sour cream and a boo sauce they make in shop that he recommended with it! It went very well! It was very filling! The chili was also very good! I had heard their chili was different than others, so I asked if it was different and he gave us a sample to try! It was normal to me, it does have beans and meat in it, if you're against either one of those in your chili! We also got fried pickles as an appetizer, my husband normally does not like fried pickles but he LOVED these, and said they were the best he's ever had and I love fried pickles and I would probably have to agree with him!! They were delicious, good ratio and I would get them again. For the price it was worth it to us! The diner still had that diner ambiance that a lot of places do not have anymore except for like NLA Cafe in Nixa! It only had one item listed for dessert, which was a pineapple upside down cake, which I don't normally like, but if they did like a peanut butter chocolate pie or something to give the dessert section a boost that would just improve it! Next time, I'm going to try the frito pie!!
