Here's the menu - The menu from Dublin's Pass in Springfield, MO, displays a variety of burger options such as The Big Mic, Irish Early Bird, and The Big Mess. It also includes sections for sides like crispy pub fries, cole slaw, and loaded mashed potatoes, as well as dinner features like The Admiral's Feast and Tijuana Chicken. The menu is printed on a white sheet with black text, organized into categories with prices listed next to each item.

Gracie was our server. She was very friendly and helped us choose just the right dish based on our likes. She did an excellent job next time we come back we hope to get her again! Very laid-back restaurant with a variety of sports being played on overhead TVs. Definitely not too loud to have a good conversation at your booth or table. I ordered the cottage pie. Thick, rich, and definitely savory. The bowl was filled to the rim and topped with melted Gouda cheese then a flaky pie crust. Nothing short of excellent! Served with two thick halves of garlic toast. My husband ordered the scratch pie, which is the homemade chicken pot pie. He loved it! He said it's very creamy with chunks of chicken and veggies Al beneath the homemade flaky crust. You have to try it!

The original cottage pie - A rectangular white plate holds a serving of cottage pie with a golden-brown mashed potato topping, garnished with herbs. Alongside are two slices of toasted bread and a potato wedge. The plate is placed on a granite bar counter with drinks and barware visible in the background, indicating a restaurant or pub setting.

Carley was my server and bartender, and what interested me in coming to this restaurant was the scotch eggs that I saw photographed on the yelp page and they are fantastic. I ordered what I believe was called "the original"which was like a shepherds pie with steak and it was also delicious. I enjoyed the scotch eggs so much. I got an order to go for later. In addition to the food, the drinks were really really good and I had a Guinness with some blackberry lacquer, which was absolutely delicious with a nice frothy cap.

A salad featuring cherry tomato halves, sliced red onions, mixed greens, and crumbled cheese, topped with a dark balsamic glaze, served in a white square bowl on a wooden surface.

Wow, the Brussel Sprouts salad was INCREDIBLE!!! We had the fried mushrooms & Dublins triple dip as appetizers, and the Classic Burger as the other entree. All of our food was SO GOOD! Reasonable pricing, very fresh tasting & great service!

Scotch Egg appetizer - A white square plate holds three Scotch eggs, each with a crispy breaded exterior and a soft-boiled egg inside. The eggs are sliced in half, revealing the yolk and white. A small metal container of mustard sauce is placed on the plate, garnished with a sprig of parsley. The setting appears to be in a restaurant, with a person sitting at the table and an empty plate with a fork in the background.

Awesome food and very cool ambience! Loved the decor! Scotch eggs were great, would like the yolk to be a little less cooked, but still very tasty. Scottish Pie was excellent! Rust was flaky and filling was flavorful. My wife got the Big Mess and it was very good. Highly recommend!

Green beer & liquid marijuana - Three green-colored drinks are arranged on a speckled bar counter, with one garnished with an orange slice and a straw, and the other two without garnishes. The drinks are in clear glasses, and the background shows a busy bar environment with people and bar equipment. The lighting has a pinkish hue, typical of a nightlife setting.

We were looking forward to trying this place since it was remodeled and under new ownership. First…read moreimpression was good. We loved the different places to sit and it had lots of TV's for watching games. Our waiter started out pretty good but that's where it stopped. It took almost 30 minutes to get two burgers. No one bothered to refill our water or see if we needed another drink. Asked a few times right after our food arrived about how things were tasting but paid zero attention to the drinks. And then we continued to wait....gave up on any more drinks and finally went to the bar to get our ticket. The longer we waited the more disappointed we became. Now to be fair, our server was also the bartender. Not that the bar was really slammed.... Even so, you would think that the manager would come around and help. But he did not. And he knew this was our first time coming there. So at the end he asks what we thought. We said it was overall ok. The food tasted good but the services were lacking. He made an excuse and told us to come back again and they would take good care of us. First off, they won't remember us. And if you barely acknowledged the experience we had tonight, WHY would we come back??? I would give the food around 4 stars but the service a 2 and our overall experience a 3.
