Ordered 20 original classic wings to go with sauce on the side. They are just as good as I remember them! Happy to have this option available while we were staying in Springfield MO. We used to have a Hooters in West Des Moines, IA, but the location closed after a dispute with the property owner (or so it's been said)... I sure do miss those breaded wings! The online process was smooth, service on arriving for pick up was stellar, and the wings were fantastic after a short drive back to the hotel. Crushed them all! read more

The food was good. We enjoyed the pretzel with beer cheese appetizer, as it was soft, warm and oh so tangy! I had a burger cooked to perfection and big enough to fill me up by itself which was good as the fries were just so so. The wife had the teriyaki wings, which look hideous, and remind me of some ancient creature which has risen from the deep in some dark forest to terrorize the local townspeople. She says it's really good though and demolishes them before they can inflict further harm upon my eyes. The reason for the two star review is the place was crazy crowded, as in we felt super uncomfortable being there and won't return. The waitresses all wore their masks incorrectly, and most of the patrons coming and going didn't use them at all. The whole environment felt super unsafe as people partied furiously in an effort to prove they are still young and alive and pointedly ignored the fact that we are in the middle of a pandemic. Management pointedly ignored the enforcement of all the safety precautions as well in order to ensure the party kept on rockin. read more

Great service very friendly server her name was Esther did her job very well and a pleasing personality. Just one thing about the menu I was not happy with they didn't do clams. It says on their big sign clams . If you're not going to serve something then you need to change your sign. read more

My family ordered burgers through GrubHub. Our order was thrown together in the container with brown lettuce and a small amount of tator tots condidering there was an upcharge for them. The burgers were the worst we've had anywhere. The beef was overcooked and nearly as hard as a hocky puck! It's no wonder their restaurants are closing nationwide! read more

Had a food delivery highly recommend DOORDASH .... HOOTERS menu states the king crab plate is a "pound." It was barely 9 ounces. Paid over 29.00$ RIP OFF!!! The delivery company refunded but HOOTERS ignored report! read more

Just okay. The wings seem smaller. Charge you for a third ranch dressing for 20 wings. Charged extra for cheese on chili. Nice to be able to watch football at table but was a tv with not HD. Service and waitress again, just ok. Nothing to get excited about on this visit. Wouldn't make a trip to go back. read more

Waitress who helped me was super friendly or I would've given this one star. The size of items for what you pay isn't just small, it's bordering on theft. I provided pictures with details for scale, but this is officially the last time I go to Hooters. read more

Yes there are still decent Hooters out there. Decent sized crowd and very friendly servers that were hustling. They have a new menu item where you can add a few shrimp to a wing order. Good beer selection and the queso with chips was really good. I was really surprised by how good of a Hooters this is. Shelley took good care of me at the bar. The tacos looked really good too. I goofed and ordered the wrong sauce and they fixed at no charge. I told them it was my mistake but they insisted on fixing it. read more

I came in for dinner and was seated immediately. I was given a two seat high top which was absolutely perfect for my view of a hockey game. Then it went down hill. Leah my waitress came by and said she was getting off soon and a new waitress would be coming by. After 20 minutes, nobody. I left. Very disappointed. I found this very rude and unacceptable. One of the best Hooters I've ever been to. Cooks seem to actually know what they're doing.

Morgan was an excellent waitress. The hamburger we decided on was cooked to perfection. For being one of the only places open Thanksgiving evening the people working were all very pleasant. read more

I hate wasting food, but in this case I'll have to toss it all out. The chicken wings were completely bland when I had gotten Caribbean jerk and garlic habanero rubs. The steamed shrimp were rubbery and I didn't get the cocktail sauce that I paid extra for. Fried pickles were alright but again, ranch was not given. So dissatisfied and disappointed. But the celery sticks and ranch was on point. read more

I had never been to Hooter's before because I always assumed it was going to be full of gross dudes perving on girls in tiny shorts while shoving wings in their faces and there was just never a very good reason to go. Now that we live in the suburb of all suburbs and were looking for somewhere to go watch Monday Night Football, Hooters popped up and we decided it would meet our needs of cheap beer and big TV's. This has now become our go-to for football watching on Monday and Thursday nights. The first few times, we stuck to beer only. Then we graduated to trying the wings and some fries. I'm not a huge wing person, but I'll admit they were good and paired magically well with my giant $3.50 PBR. We always sit at the bar and are generally served by Lauren who is consistently awesome with making sure our glasses never go empty. I'm happy to say that my assumption about it being full of creepy dudes was wrong. Every time we go I glance around and can say that it's a good mix of couples, dudes, ladies and even families. It's pretty much like Red Robin with terrible outfits (seriously, the white sneakers are the worst) and delicious wings. Until we give up and buy a TV, you know where to find me during NFL games. read more

So I told someone I would write this last night, if that was you, sorry, I had network problems. Anyway... Kit S. and I decided to stop by here for a beer last night. Our server Lauren was prompt funny and very busy to boot. I've had food there in the past and always remember enjoying it but we didn't eat last night. All I can say is get your food to go unless you have a group of four or more or you plan on kicking back some pitchers of beer. I love hot wings! They have really good wings, I personally like the five mile island. I have been to this Hooters many times and the food has always been top notch. The dine in service on the other hand is by far the worst. The girls focus all their attention on bigger groups and people who are drinking, safe to say it's most likely for the tips. If you are a party of two or three good luck. The last time I ate in, I waited almost an hour for my wings (not the waitresses falt). After being served a large plate full of wonderful wings, our waitress spent her time talking with the bartender, flirting with a college age group of beer drinkers, and flat out disappeared for a while. Thirty minutes in I've been out of tea for over ten minutes with a mouth full of hot sauce. I finally had to stop a different waitress to ask for a refill. She said no problem, then was promptly back in about 20 minutes. It wasn't until about 15 minutes after we were finished eating that I went to the bartender again to ask him if he could let our waitress know we were ready to leave and had not seen her for a long time. She came out of the back a few minutes later with the check all smiles. Any good manager would have been on top of all that. I still love the food just will never eat it there again. Order your food an hour in advance and just pick it up. That's my advice. Take it or leave leave it. For the record ALL other Hooters I have been to have had wonderful service and I have been to many of them over the years in many states. read more

So my fiance kept raving about Hooters. He is from Florida and used to go often. We do not have one here in Reno. I decided to surprise him and on our way back to Reno from Arkansas we flew out of Springfield and they have a Hooters. It was about 8:30 on the Monday before Christmas and I was surprised how busy they were. Our Hooters girl was Chloey and she was amazing. Friendly and great service. Yes the wings were that good. We need a Hooters in Reno. I had the roasted wings garlic parmesan but also tried his Hooters style medium hot. He also had the honey sriracha that we both agreed were the best. We also chatted a bit with a manager Kevin who was great and pretty knowledgeable about Hooters in general. (thanks to Kevin for suggesting the honey sriracha) My overall experience for my first time was amazing. We will for sure stop in on our next trip this spring. read more

Really one of the worst dining experiences I've had. Our waitress forgot to bring our drinks for fifteen minutes. Then she put my order in wrong when I asked for boneless wings and got them on the bone. The sauce was so greasy it made me gag. I mean, the fries were good so I'll give them that. This was my first time ever at a Hooters, I just would never return to any of them again. read more

Can I give this place zero stars?? It took over an hour to get our food and no, the place was not that busy. There were empty tables in there. My favorite place for a good burger cooked to order. Not many places will actually cook you a rare hamburger, but this Hooter's will. I drive over 70 miles just to eat there when I can. Girls are friendly but not as friendly to me as to others. But I recognize I am an old man and not as much fun as the young bucks. Great food and great service. I sure wish there was a Hooters closer to where I live. read more

I'm not into the girl thing going on.... but the wings we'll take anytime. We sit in the non-smoking section order the regular wings hot with a salad.
