If I could give 0 stars, I would. Today I was at wingstop waiting for my order and every worker was sitting on their phone. Absolutely no one was paying attention to what they were doing. There was a girl sitting on the floor on her phone, and the manager was on his phone as well. The only one doing their job was the Asian one. Props to Vietcong! Well I'm not impressed... I ordered a variety of flavors of the 2o boneless wings and 2o regular wings for delivery and it all arrived cold, not even Luke warm. The only satisfactory Items on my 50$ dollar order was the Celery and Carrots. Last I checked, Buffalo wings are supposed to be hot or at least warm. They offer a good product, but this location cannot manage their orders and constantly allow themselves to get so far behind that they can't service the orders they take in. This was interesting to say the least. First time in a wingstop and the employees didn't seem extremely excited to see me. I was in town for a track meet so I decided to purchase the garlic parmesian chicken wings and a lemonade. A male member from my friend group forced me to try the atomic wings which measured over 1,000,000 schoviles and were hotter than the surface of Venus. I hesitantly placed the atomic wings on my tongue. My body immediately melted into a puddle on the ground or at least that's what it felt like. As time went on I felt my tongue shrink into a shriveled little object. My throat closed up and my teeth exploded into a million pieces. I drank over a gallon of lemonade to try to relieve my extreme anguish and that caused my stomach to hurt very much. Later that night while me and my 4 male friends settled into the hotel, I burst open and began vomiting in the lobby trash can. This was extremely embarrassing and I feared being harassed by my friends because of this. As it turned out they had been affected by the atomic wings as well. We all formed a line outside the bathroom and one by one we transformed into human fire hydrants and exploded out of both sides. Needless to say my stomach was in disarray after this. I have always enjoyed Wingstop throughout the years, but they have gone downhill drastically from when they first came to Springfield. Me and my husband like our wings extra crispy. It doesn't matter how many times we ask for it, it never happens. I even went to the extreme of extra, extra, extra crispy and still not crispy. Their fries are what they are really known for and those have gotten so bad I won't even order them anymore. Truly sad, because it used to be a fabulous place to eat, and the customer service was great as well. Need to improve their wait times. I had the Smoke 9 limited time flavor, Hawaiian and fries seasoned with Parisian cheese. She liked both the Teriyaki and BBQ. My Smoke 9 really just tasted like Season Salt but I didn't mind that. Hawaiian were sweet and sticky. My fries were really bland though. They could have used a dash of salt. The cheese on them reminded me of parm from the green plastic shaker. I guess its a good option if you are worried about all the salt you are going to get eating wings. But then again its wings. The Good Hawaiian, BBQ, Teriyaki, flavors didn't disappoint. 8 Wings, ton of fries and a drink for a good price. The Bad Smoke 9 were not really smokey at all. I arrived at 1:40pm to be told "it would be at least 30 more minutes". After back and forth I was told there is nothing they can do. I continued waiting until 2:20pm when I went and again asked when my order would be ready. I was told that "it could be another 30 minutes or so until my order is ready". I am not sure how it can be assumed acceptable to be over 1 hour late on a simple order of 30 wings.
