I placed my order in the drive thru. The lady at the window was professional and pleasant. I had to pull over and wait for the loaded fries I ordered, but they were hot and fresh. Reasonable prices and good food. read more

Wouldn't reccomended making large online orders here. Made a large online order and they lost it after checking me in, waited 20 mins outside and 25 additional minutes inside for two party boxes of tenders. Staff were kind and apologetic, however it was an unreasonable amount of time for a scheduled online order. I reckon employees/managers are pushed too hard for efficiency and are prematurely clearing orders. EDIT: Then I saw the food come up in the window and they let it sit while serving other customers. read more

food was alright but had to wait 30 minutes for our order and there was only 4 in our party. there were only 2 other people in the restaurant and they had already got their food. read more

This place will screw you over big time. Never coming to this place again. Pay $22 for two quesadillas and two small drinks. I really got the shaft this time read more

Their food is always awesome! If you need a piece of butter toast made to perfection with six chicken fingers and double the french fries like me come to this place. It's absolutely awesome. I've never had one bad food experience here. The service was super fast too! And the atmosphere was light and positive! read more

Food portions here are generous. The chicken I found a little dry, but was seasoned well. Have tried this place twice, both times were different, first time was more juicy then my last visit. Overall it wasn't bad, would recommend it if you're in a hurry and aren't too picky! read more

My family and I were getting together for a big family dinner on Friday night at my house . My Dad and my brother spent $125 on pork ribs, and shredded pork with buns and fries Etc. They take it to my home and my brother realizes that they forgot the buns for the pork sandwiches. This was a very big inconvenience to our dinner. My brother went back and kindly said they had forgotten to put in the buns (he had to drive 15 min there and back to get them). The person was very rude and unapologetic. He gave the buns back with a scowl on his face and acted like my brother was an inconvenience from their own mistake. Not apologizing is very poor customer service. We as a family decided not to go to here anymore and we will give City Butchers all of our business. Too hard to ignore the rudeness so I had to come on and report it. read more

First time for Zaxby's, anywhere. Their commercials are such fun! The counter girl was a delight. So friendly, helpful. I couldn't find anything I wanted, not realizing they are a wing/ finger joint. She had me order the JTL (? Just tomato and lettuce?) on a crispy breast w/ a little mayo on a grilled bun, off menu. Hubby ordered the Cajun Club, which it wasn't. He wanted the blackened chicken. It was not. Just grilled chicken. And nothing to shout about either, he said. I ate all of mine, it was fine. We both left wimpy fries. So, we have no reason to visit Zaxby's in the near future. But thanks for your kindness. read more

Another day w/o utensils! Guess we were to eat coleslaw with our fingers! Please learn! read more

Excellent service. The employees made recommendations about what to order. The salad was excellent. The ONLY downside is that chicken was just slightly on the basic side- but idk what I expected. It's about Raisin Canes Quality but probably the better option. read more

I've eaten at Zaxby's a few times in my home state (Texas) and this is by far the best experience ever. The food came to us quick and it was fresh and delicious and cooked to perfection. Even better than the food was the service. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The only complaint I have is there was too much seasoned salt on the fries, but they were still delicious! read more

Excellent food. They have tenders, sandwiches, salads and wings. I love it that they have Texas toast also. Great selections on the menu with reasonable prices. They have sweet tea which is always a plus. The restaurant is very clean, bright and well designed. All of the clerks at the counter were smiling and friendly which I always appreciate. The general manager keeps a very clean establishment. When ever I visit Springfield I'm stopping here. They are doing everything right. read more

Good chicken! Fast friendly service, puts way to much salt on the fries. I'll just remember to ask for no salt next time!

overall, the vibe is okay. it's not as good as a cane's, not as bad as a mcdonald's. the toast was somehow both dry and soggy and the chicken looked like catfish. a little disappointing but not awful. read more

Excellent food and even better service. The team is young, often understaffed but works incredibly hard, especially Lila. Wish they would bring back the blue cheese salad...otherwise very pleased! read more

We really wanted Zaxbys to be an alternate place for chicken. One time deal for us. The only thing that had crunch was the funnel cake AND we ordered fried cheese balls but just realized, WE DIDN'T GET THEM!! That was a trial and HUGE error for us. $50.00 loss... read more

Have been several times now. They offer fresh chicken fingers and wings. I like there club which is their chicken fingers on Texas toast with bacon, tomato and lettuce. Fries are crinkle cut and come with seasoning on them. The Zax-sauce isn't bad but not in my top 10. Really place is A-ok. The Good Another variety of chicken in town. Fresh. Friendly staff. The Bad Can be real busy at lunch. The Ugly Nada A-ok here. read more

Zaxbys - Chicken tender sandwich. - Fast Food Near Me - Springfield, Missouri

Always good with awesome service. I go to springfield fairly often and always drop by.

We had the honey butter bacon chicken sandwich and it was excellent! Juicy, crispy and piping hot with toasted bun, and crispy fresh French fries. We went to the new location near Sam's Club on S Campbell, easy access, quick service, order when you come in, get seated and they deliver it to you. Bathroom was very clean as well. Try it for a new place for chicken. read more

Zaxbys - Cute western theme - Fast Food Near Me - Springfield, Missouri

Just don't go expecting more than what it is; a chicken tender restaurant. That said, it's a darn good one. The chicken is ALWAYS fresh and juicy. The fries are thick cut crinkles, tossed with a pleasant seasoned salt. And, the sauces! Yes. The sauces! THIS is what Zaxby's is all about. Forget the Zax sauce they give you by default. Try the original Buffalo with ranch, or any of the dozen or so others. They're all good. read more

First time trying Zaxby's and I'll definitely be back! The chicken strips and sauces all outdo the competition. Service was prompt and friendly, the place was really clean, and the building inside and out is nicely done. read more

We had a very sarcastic and rude drive through girl. We had never been and were trying to look at the menus and had told her that twice when she just kept repeating "what else can I get for you?" In a high pitched sarcastic tone and obviously trying not to laugh.. my husband was finally annoyed enough that he firmly told he he was still trying to look at the menus once we got to the window she asked my husband if he needed a drink carrier and he said no thank you and she flipped around to her go-worker and mocked him saying in her "firm voice" -"no, they don't need one" Wow... read more

The service here was one of the worst I had experienced, it was overpriced and the food wasn't up to quality with the price.

Okay...I had high hopes for this restaurant. My wife and I tried it last night for the second time. I'm sure we have all heard by now that it is the little things that count. Q We went to the new location in Springfield, MO and this is twice now we have been disappointed. We got the 6 finger plate to share...we got our food which clearly included food that needs utinsils but..no fork. I dont know what the ratio of chicken to dipping sauce in the restaurant industry but when we are told we get at least two...we expect at least two...not the case. And last but not least...once I got back to the car from going inside the building to get the stuff we were missing about 10 minutes later before we realized...we were also missing food. I tried to call the location 3 times today to speak to management but no response...the chicken is good but the place falls short in other ways. read more

Thirty min wait for our just ok food. Better chicken faster at popeyes. But good if you don't mind waiting forever and forget friendly customer service they just yell your number out give one ketchup packet per order. Ridiculous. Not very clean either. All available tables dirty read more

I am giving Zaxby's 3 out of 5 and it has nothing to do with the service. I am noting that Shanie L. Gave Zaxby's a 2 and complained about service but she failed to account for the fact it was just opened. The reason Zaxby's for me receives a 3 out of 5 simply because the food is nothing special. The chicken fingers are bland and the fries and mushy. Everything tastes over salted yet not enough flavor. Sonic chicken fingers are every bit as good. Which is sad because this place specializes in them. read more

Loved the chicken! The menu has good variety and price value of food. I recommend them!

So basically this place serves really expensive chicken tenders. Southern style is code for everything on the menu is fried. Maybe I will give it a second try to see if some of the other sauces are anything more than average. read more

The service was fast and friendly. The food was barely food at all. I'm not sure what the "Boneless Chicken Wings" were made of but I'm pretty sure chicken was very near the bottom of the ingredients list. Grainy and mealy virtually indistinguishable from clabbered grits but with a less pleasing flavor. read more

Zaxby's is a overpriced Chick-fil-A with a longer wait. It's good chicken, but that's about it. They're kind of stingy with the sauces the sides aren't that good. You know how Chick-fil-A staff are fast and friendly, Zaxby's staff has an All-Star on the team, but the rest of the team are scrubs. They could not get anybody's order right. read more

Love the sauces. And all the chicken is nicely seasoned and moist. Spicy fried mushrooms are a nice change up from the norm.

On Friday night, around 8:45pm places my order. Took 22 minutes to get my order and did it incorrectly as well. Ordered a Cobb salad and 5 fingers plate(only got 3 fingers). Will have to reconsider coming here or not anymore. Bad services when is not even busy. There was a fly on my celery which I paid extra for. They offered refund and free meal. Easy access from freeway great value comfortable seating and atmosphere. Definetly under rated for the price. Try it you'll be surprised. I'm just adding words to emphasize how good this place is and to work into your food rotation read more

Exceeded my expectations. For fast casual, this place is off the chain. Had the "bleu Zalad," buffaloed. It was a trough of salad. Fresh romaine, delicious buffalo chicken, bigger and better than my usual go-to (Wendy's spicy chicken Caesar) for just 60 cents more...not to mention, served on a Texas sized plate with Texas toast. read more

I didn't understand the format of the food. I'm at a fried chicken place and i can't just get fried chicken? I ended up with a fried chicken tender sandwich that was soooo over sauced it wasn't crispy anymore. Fries were soggy and greasy too. We also shared some fried mushrooms that were watery and under-seasoned. My wife got a Cobb salad that she liked, but this is my review, not hers. If it were a salad restaurant I'd probably give them a better score, but it's a chicken restaurant, or it least it claims to be. read more

Zach's chicken is a great place to eat. I had the cabin club meal for 8 bucks. Service was great, they brought my food to me. I would give it a 4 but I feel like I need to bring their average up because of a few low ball reviews. It's a little more hearty than chick-fil-a, although I still prefer chick-fil-a. read more

I do like Zaxby's, but come on! I've frequented this chain when living in the south, but the service here is horrible. It's been five months or so since they opened. So, they should've worked out the kinks by now. I'll be the second person to say in their review that not a single available table is clean tonight, and when we walked in, there were only 5 tables occupied. Also, restrooms were horrendous and the drink station sticky all over. I give it two stars only because I like the chain, but Springfield deserves better service and cleanliness. read more
