I ordered a double patty ugly burger, solid cheese burger for kids and the foodie to eat in with fries and the garlic aioli and truffle aioli dips . I also ordered the brisket burger to go for later. Let's start with Service - inside it was fast freindly, helpful and informational. Enviorment - modern no music playing or background sounds other then the cooks which was ok but a little ambiance music would help. Restrooms - Older building with modern upgrades so bathrooms were clean but hot not ac cooled like other area of the restraunt. Food - Now to the main courses. The ugly burger was great veggies were crisp burger looked like an ad and tasted amazing on all options taken each with its own twist except the kids they choose basic and those tasted good too. The fries were good crispy and hot with aioli soda products chosen were good nothing tasted over carbonated or flat. The bbq brisket sandwiche was beyond amazing and itself even re heated to eat later was a star if only I had taken one bite hot and fresh if was over the scale great 10 out of 10.

The worst Chick-fil-a we've been to and it's not even close. We are a University and routinely…read moreorder from Chic-fil-a - never have had an issue, only a great experience. This location is atrocious. We placed a large catering order - spoke with TWO managers, neither said thank you, no "my pleasure", just incredibly rude people. Meanwhile, this was not a rush hour, all hands on deck time of the day, it was 2:30 on a Thursday afternoon. In addition, the location was dirty - there were scuff and dirt marks on the floor near the front entrance, and paper items on the ground in the bathroom. Just a bad experience - not to mention we purchased over $500 with of food. Forget about the ordering process - we called close to 5 hours in advance and spent a solid 30 mins on hold as the catering service could not get a hold of the store, as no one would answer the phone! Overall, just an awful location, rude managers, dirty and gross, zero personality that makes dining at Chic-fil-a the typical pleasurable experience. My advice, someone else in Springfield should opening a competing Chic-fil-a...you'd put this location out of business in about a week.

The burnt ends and pork belly were full of flavor, the creamy corn was a must, and the loaded potato salad was delicious. The whole environment is such a fun rockstar vibe with guitars, music notes, and a menu full of funny pun names like Fleetwood Mac 'n Cheese, Mosh Pit Beans, Nat King Coleslaw, No More Mr. Nice Fry, The Boys from OKRAhoma, and Collard Greens Day. The bread is nicely toasted and never burnt and the flavor is consistent. However, I have noticed that the portion of the chicken seems to vary each time I purchase it. I ordered online so I never interacted with the workers expect to ask for the water bottle I had purchased and they had not placed in the bag. Initially they told me they couldn't find any water bottles and I might just have to have a cup of water, which would be fine besides I paid almost $2.50 for a bottled water. In the end they found one. The establishment was clean, however the workers were putting half the chairs up on the tables as if they were closing, and it was only 6pm (they close at 9pm).

I grew up in Springfield, Missouri for 30 years now, so cashew chicken isn't an unfamiliar dish for…read moreme since Springfield is the home of cashew chicken after all. With that said, I am brutally critical when it comes down to our home dish. I wasn't the most impressed when I walked in. I even had some doubts, but that was until I had shut up and let the food do its magic. When the plate came out, the presentation shook me by surprise. A good garnish of cashews and green onion. The sauce had a perfect thinness to it, not goopy like other cashew chicken in Springfield. I took one bite and was astonished. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. The sauce was exactly how I wanted it to be. Their cheese rangoon was the right type of sweetness in their cream cheese filling and had a tasty crunchy exterior. The egg roll also delivered a perfectly crispy exterior as well and savory flavor in the inside. The egg fried rice was how you'd expect it to be, this being my least stand out, though it serves its purpose as a side of rice. As simple as cashew chicken gets, this is how you actually do it. I hope the rest of Springfield can take some notes because I get some hits and misses but this place is a hit when it comes to cashew chicken. Excellent job.

As for me, the more vegetables the better so I would probably go elsewhere.
