However, the gentleman behind the counter spoke to his manager about how to process the coupon and came back insisting that they not charge me for the extra topping. The friendly service was very impressive given the fact that they have about 10 or so employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off to fulfill orders, as they are very busy at this point. It's rare to see such friendly service and calm demeanor in such a rush. It was also nice that they updated me at one point to let me know how long my order has left to cook. The pizza was pretty impressive too. It was cooked to absolute perfection with no bubbles, not too much or too little sauce and I absolutely love the butter and herb that they put on the crust.
