The food here is excellent. We would give it five stars for food. The chicken and fries are excellent. The iced tea is above average as well. The only knocking stars is because the restaurant is small and very loud. It's also hard to get in because it's so popular. read more

The parking is absolutely horrible especially when they are very busy, expect a very long drive thru line with no space to get out. I would recommend to come here when it's slower. Did a mobile order for pick up inside it was faster than waiting in line and drive thru. Food was fresh and hot. Just no salt on the fries.. We sat inside & the employees cleaned our tables efficiently. Just ask them to do it. read more

Great service, always fast, my only complaint is every single time I come to this location, someone pulls in and cuts me off at the spot where there's a gap for the cars to get out and they're supposed to wrap around. There's a sign. It happens genuinely every single time, which isnt a raising Cane's issue I guess. read more

PLEASE PLEASE ADD BETTER SIGNAGE for your drive through! New customers ignore the sign when entering off of Sunshine telling them to turn right. Those of us properly waiting in the line and not blocking the exit are often cut in on by other drivers pulling in who don't see or read the sign. PLEASE CONSIDER LARGER MULTIPLE SIGNS BECAUSE IT CAN BE FRUSTRATING. I like your food but that gets frustrating when this happens and keeps me from returning more. read more

If you're a chicken lover, this is the place for you. Oh man, their chicken is absolutely delicious. It's juicy, flavorful, tender and crunchy. The dipping sauce gives it even more flavor. I've never had any sauce like this, I couldn't help dipping my fries as well. I got the 3 Finger combo with a lemonade that had my favorite ice, I call it the good ice aka crunchy ice. It was delicious very refreshing. The box has 3 chicken fingers, fries, dipping sauce and toast. The toast and fries were very good, I was pretty full. My daughter got the Box combo which had 4 chicken fingers, fries, toast and coleslaw. My dog was happy as well, she got a doggy treat. This is my new place when I'm craving chicken, I'll just make sure to ask for extra sauce. read more

Kinda surprised by all of the bad reviews to be honest. My family eats here about once a week, and the food has always been hot, fresh, ample, and tasty. The line for the drive-thru may always look scary, but i have never been in line for longer than 10 minutes. They seem to move the line pretty well since their menu is essentially 6 things. Cane's knows what it does and it does it well. Overall, the chicken is okay. Not bad not great just mid. The presentation of the food is fantastic and the place has a nice atmosphere. The service is always fast and organized in a chaotic manner because they're always busy so it makes sense. I'd rate it a 3.5 if I could, but 4 is just a little too high. Not bad though. read more

Then today (Nov 20) I went at 6pm to get dinner and they were closed early for an employee party. Was forced to take my business elsewhere, very disappointing. Do not do mobile order and pick up at this Cane's. There is no pojnt in trying to make the employees lives easier by giving them your order earlier because YOU WILL NOT GET IT FASTER. You will sit in your car for 20 minutes waiting for someone to bring it out and watch the entire drive thru clear out. Not the Raising Cane's I fell in love with during a trip through Arkansas and Louisiana. The "fingers" were small and the coating was not crispy. I paid for an extra sauce but didn't get it. They use styrofoam for the containers, a definite no, no. Won't be going back. read more
