Raising Cane's is the only chicken finger establishment I want to patronize. The chicken is always fresh and so tender, and the cole slaw is great--not filled with mayo. There are other popular chicken tender restaurants in town, but the chicken doesn't even compete. Service is good every time I have been to Cane's, and is always accompanied with a smile. It's obvious that employees get good training concerning customer service and how to take care of the dining room, which is consistently clean and inviting. The location of this particular Cane's isn't optimal, but I'm so glad it's here! I will be back soon! read more

My favorite place to go for chicken tenders! My partner and I always split the Caniac combo. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. The chicken was piping hot! We had a bit of excitement on our visit. Somehow a squirrel came in the door as another customer was entering. A couple of the patrons quickly worked together to encourage him to go back out the door. Canes staff and guests are the best! read more

Just wanted a quick meal before heading to volleyball. The inside was clean and all of the workers were working fast and efficiently while the workers who cleaned did a great job. We sat down for about 5 minutes before the food came out, super quick! The food was amazing, Every worker was kind and respectful! 5 stars, always my go-to restaurant! read more

The food here is excellent. We would give it five stars for food. The chicken and fries are excellent. The iced tea is above average as well. The only knocking stars is because the restaurant is small and very loud. It's also hard to get in because it's so popular. read more

The parking is absolutely horrible especially when they are very busy, expect a very long drive thru line with no space to get out. I would recommend to come here when it's slower. Did a mobile order for pick up inside it was faster than waiting in line and drive thru. Food was fresh and hot. Just no salt on the fries.. We sat inside & the employees cleaned our tables efficiently. Just ask them to do it. read more

The food had no test and very bland. First time trying it and wont be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service, always fast, my only complaint is every single time I come to this location, someone pulls in and cuts me off at the spot where there's a gap for the cars to get out and they're supposed to wrap around. There's a sign. It happens genuinely every single time, which isnt a raising Cane's issue I guess. read more

Food and service was great! Love their food!! The breading on their chicken is light and crunchy. Had the chicken tenders with fries and Texas toast. I got the coleslaw too later as an afterthought and glad I did. read more

Been thete several times now as I work close by. The food is pretty standard for what you'd expect from fast food chicken. Had the same cashier twice not be able to figure out how to ring in my order. I'd have more sympathy, but all I'd ordered was a 3 piece. Typical fast food experience read more

Two stars cuz they they charged us for sauces but they forgot them we paid for those but it was good though nice chicken and bread

PLEASE PLEASE ADD BETTER SIGNAGE for your drive through! New customers ignore the sign when entering off of Sunshine telling them to turn right. Those of us properly waiting in the line and not blocking the exit are often cut in on by other drivers pulling in who don't see or read the sign. PLEASE CONSIDER LARGER MULTIPLE SIGNS BECAUSE IT CAN BE FRUSTRATING. I like your food but that gets frustrating when this happens and keeps me from returning more. read more

$15 soooo worth it 2 1/2 nuggets in my 4 tender box. Hopefully everyone else who ordered there tonight actually got what they wanted. Hard pass Chick-fil-A is across the street. read more

If you're a chicken lover, this is the place for you. Oh man, their chicken is absolutely delicious. It's juicy, flavorful, tender and crunchy. The dipping sauce gives it even more flavor. I've never had any sauce like this, I couldn't help dipping my fries as well. I got the 3 Finger combo with a lemonade that had my favorite ice, I call it the good ice aka crunchy ice. It was delicious very refreshing. The box has 3 chicken fingers, fries, dipping sauce and toast. The toast and fries were very good, I was pretty full. My daughter got the Box combo which had 4 chicken fingers, fries, toast and coleslaw. My dog was happy as well, she got a doggy treat. This is my new place when I'm craving chicken, I'll just make sure to ask for extra sauce. read more

Kinda surprised by all of the bad reviews to be honest. My family eats here about once a week, and the food has always been hot, fresh, ample, and tasty. The line for the drive-thru may always look scary, but i have never been in line for longer than 10 minutes. They seem to move the line pretty well since their menu is essentially 6 things. We have been at least 25 times and have yet to have even one bad experience. read more

Love me some Raisin' Canes!! They have the best chicken around! They are consistent wherever you go.

Very fresh hot chicken and fries! Large pieces was more food than I could handle! Hope they keep it this way! read more

Usually very busy but great chicken and friendly staff. Do recommend if you want some good chicken for decent prices.

Food is fresh and hot , service was good , I like the sayings they say when I go to order , makes me laugh , and you get through the line quickly read more

Cane's knows what it does and it does it well. Overall, the chicken is okay. Not bad not great just mid. The presentation of the food is fantastic and the place has a nice atmosphere. The service is always fast and organized in a chaotic manner because they're always busy so it makes sense. I'd rate it a 3.5 if I could, but 4 is just a little too high. Not bad though. read more

Facility utterly disgusting. The soda fountain counter looked like it had not been cleaned in days. Tables and seats had left over food on them. Bathroom floor was so greasy could hardly walk without slipping. Nastiest place ive ever been for a food service place. Springfield MO location. This was at 10:50 in the morning. read more

Great food and drivethru was wrapped around the building twice! Worth the wait! Food was hot and order was correct.

Absolutely great meal. Normal wait time and friendly atmosphere. Chicken sandwich meal was delicious. I'll be back.

Other than having to wait in line for so long which is OK popular place but I'm not sure why because the food is not good checked my order as soon as I pulled away from the window maybe 20 feet fries were almost cold like out of the refrigerator and the chicken tasted like it was cooked in Greece that had done nothing but fry fish.. needless to say I will not be back read more

First, drive thru is a nightmare. lines go around the building twice. Also, the lady who took our order didn't say the famous "hey hey want some chicken today" lines?? Best part of going to canes... then, the chicken tasted burnt. It wasn't burnt, however the meat tasted burnt. ugh. gross. read more

Came here with my family to enjoy some food doors where locked from all sides very upsetting So then I went through the drive thru and they got my order wrong really disappointed thanks Canes! read more

Greta van fleet was playing and their tendies always hit! Want to bathe in canes sauce

Literally every single time I come here either the quality of the chicken tenders is just breading and no chicken or they forget items that I pay for. Or both. Then today (Nov 20) I went at 6pm to get dinner and they were closed early for an employee party. Was forced to take my business elsewhere, very disappointing. An employee party is something that should be done after hours or something you should only close 30 mins early for, not 5 hours early (right at dinner time). read more

Loves how they park a car in the drive-through at 8:00pm so they don't need to work till close at 11:00pm

Do not do mobile order and pick up at this Cane's. There is no pojnt in trying to make the employees lives easier by giving them your order earlier because YOU WILL NOT GET IT FASTER. You will sit in your car for 20 minutes waiting for someone to bring it out and watch the entire drive thru clear out. This is the 3rd time, it will not happen again and I suggest if you read this that you don't do it either. Just order from cfa, they're actually fast. read more

Not the Raising Cane's I fell in love with during a trip through Arkansas and Louisiana. The "fingers" were small and the coating was not crispy. I paid for an extra sauce but didn't get it. They use styrofoam for the containers, a definite no, no. Won't be going back. read more
