Unfortunately, this is the closest one to our home which means without driving 40 minutes round-trip to Springfield we commonly find ourselves at the next location....but NO MORE! When eating in the restaurant 1/2 to 2/3 of the restaurant is "closed" which simply means they've placed chairs in front of the section that is BEYOND dirty and can stay that way for hours. Even the sections open, half the tables are disgusting. When you order the food to go the vast majority of the time the order is wrong (75 to 80% at a time). Sandwiches and soup that are supposed to be warm are cold even when served in the restaurant. Components from the order or sandwiches are very frequently missing altogether. It is shocking that's all the other McAllister's in the region consistently serve quality food with accurate orders, but yet Nixa has consistently gotten worse overtime. Add to that rapidly rising prices with decreasing quality and it is a total embarrassment.
