Both trash bins were being emptied at the same time so I left my stuff sitting on the table. I've been pleased with the food no problems. I'm excited because this location is closer to my home. The problem that I have is every time I have gone to this location I've had to wait much longer than what I do at the location on Campbell and Sunshine. I understand that it's a new location and maybe the workers are still getting into their groove but just today close to 11 AM, there were only a few cars and it still took at least 20 minutes. The food was good and as expected from a reliable chain restaurant. However, the staff was not on par for any other CFA I have been to. The cashier wasn't rude, but wasn't pleasant - our whole family was surprised by the interaction. The entire restaurant floor was slippery / greasy which really off-putting. The worst restaurant in the chain that I have been to. Constantly getting orders wrong. The last time I ordered two meals, got home, and didn't have either side, the bun on the sandwich was incorrect, and one of the drinks was wrong. We made a mobile drive thru order, and when we got there, there was a huge line. The huge line disappeared in like 5 minutes, leaving us with some really nice employees and a drive thru set up that was so efficient that a guy was printing receipts out of his hip. We are from out of town and since we travel often, we are very leery of fast food because the food quality is often mediocre at best, the cleanliness is often dirty and quality of employees is often so poor. But on this night we were exhausted after a long drive and since it was closing on 10PM on a weekday night, most restaurants were closed so we were expecting a hard time finding anywhere to eat. We had only eaten at a Chic-fil-A once before many years ago and since that experience was a good one, we decided to try it again. I did a search and found a Chic-fil-A about 5 miles away. Even though I don't usually like chicken all that much, we decided to give it a try because Chic-Fil-A has a reputation for cleanliness, friendly employees and good food. So after driving for 10 hours to get to our hotel, we drove a further 5 miles out of our way to get the a location because we trusted the brand. The restaurant was very clean and even though it was late in the evening when we arrived the staff was very friendly and the food was perfect. We now look for Chic-fil-A locations whenever we are on the road and need a quick, good meal. 5 stars. We highly recommend this location. read more

This one has friendly service and they try to keep it clean but it's a bit slow. They have two lanes for the drive through that are full even outside of meal times and the there's often a waiting line inside as well. They were very quick for the line they had. It was practically to the road. I was in line for about 10 minutes. While everything was very fast, my order was not all correct. My food was hot and fresh and I had ordered a Large fry and 3 Sandwiches. 2 no pickles and one with extra pickles x3. I ended up getting 2 no pickles and one with American and no pickles. I assume that other person is upset, but overall I had a good experience. I would do 4.5 if possible. read more

Came at 1:20pm on a Friday for a rest stop for a road trip. Extremely crowded, line went out the door. Many customers were encouraged to find a table and use the mobile app. This clogged the tables with customers waiting for food, leaving people who had food with no where to eat. The mobile app does not even start preparing food until you find a table, so new people using the mobile app are also waiting for a table to open up so their order can get started. It probably would have been faster to stand in line and order the regular way instead of clogging the tables with people waiting for food. The food still took about 10 minutes to come out, and with many children in the establishment, turn over was quite slow. The staff was very quick about cleaning the tables though, and otherwise seemed well trained - a child fell off a seat and was offered free ice cream. read more

This place has perhaps the most well run drive through in the country. Bar none, I have never been to a drive through anywhere that has as good of service as this one. I'm going to wait 30 days to repost a review. I have been to this new location 3 times and 2 out of 3 times there has been an issue. The 1st time was just a long wait and too much traffic. The second time I found out that my order was all wrong after I got home. The third time I waited in the drive thru for 23 minutes to get to the order location and then found out that they were out of the chicken nuggets. I believe that the management needs to buckle down and straighten this mess out before their business suffers. read more

A comfortable and clean place to eat. The chicken is juicy, tender, and piping hot. And, I cannot get enough of those waffle fries (my favorite fast food fries)! Service is good. They bring the food out to you, and they'll occasionally ask you if you want a drink refill at your table (hear that Steak 'n Shake?). You cannot underestimate the importance of cleanliness, when so many fast food joints just can't get it together. This place is spick and span. I currently work as a food delivery driver for Doordash and UberEATS. I interact with many managers and staff members at different restaurants. I was on a Doordash for this Chick-fil-A and I possible had the best experience with a manager since I have been doing this for a job. He took really good care of the food I was delivering and takes pride in his job. I believe his name Brain H.. Great customer service and a positive attitude is hard to find these days and I think when you see it first hand you should acknowledge it. Loved this place before. just got it for dinner and they mixed my sandwich up with my fiancé's, they labeled them completely wrong and didn't fill my fries all the way, they were cold too. My drink had hardly any ice in it and the customer service wasn't at its best.
