I love the food... hate the service. This is the third time in a row that I have ordered online (app), and I arrived when the food was supposed to be done according to the app (15 minutes). People walk in after me, stand in line, order, and get their food 10 minutes before I do. I would've just walked out if I had not already paid through the app. I was handed my sandwich 30 minutes after ordering, which was 15 minutes after it was supposed to be done. I also tip a few $ each time... I am not sure why at this point. read more

Do not order from the app. It did not get delivered. I got the runaround. I went directly with the app, not door dash. Then called the store and they said I had to call door dash. Call door dash and they said I had to call corporate. Call corporate and they say I have to call the store. Call the store and then am told it is fixed and it wasn't a runaround to have to call all those numbers. BS. Complete runaround and waste of my time. Delicious and affordable! My boyfriend and I each got a mini and it came out to around $13. They were bigger than I expected, I believe they were 5 inches but they were pretty wide as well and they loaded it up! We ordered online and my order was done on about 5 minutes at lunch time on a weekend (they were packed). Will definitely be eating there more often! read more

It was freezing cold in there, had to go back to the car to get a sweater. Nice and clean interior. It was busy, but line moved fast. The roast beef sandwich was delicious. What made this different was that the server would slice the meats and cheeses when you ordered them, no man-made triangles of foods. The food is good, but this location is terrible for customer service. I've called in orders ahead of time because I have a 30 min lunch and literally every single time I go in and I get blatantly ignored. The last time I came in and stood to the side of the register where ppl that order in the app usually stand to get their food. A guy came in after me and the girl with the long hair that slices the meat by-passed me and went right to him and asked his name. Of course his order wasn't ready... my order, however was ready because I made sure to be there a little after the time they said it would be ready. I stood there being ignored for 7 minutes until I finally caught the guys eye who was checking people out on the register. I didn't let him look away I blurted out my name and said that my order should've been ready for a while now. This same girl another time... I was in there and I told her my name and she said they were still working on it and I waited for over 15 minutes and I knew it was done, but she kept trying not to look at me basically ignoring me. So my lunch break was pretty much over with by the time I got back to work. I had to go and ask another worker if they had it done and it was done long before I asked. The whole reason I order ahead on the app is because I have a short lunch break and I sorta expect it to be done when it says it will be done. And if your restaurant has the app so you can order ahead and it be quicker by running in and just picking it up then the employees should pay attention to the customers standing there waiting. DON'T JUST IGNORE THEM!!!! So frustrating!!!! I'm not normally one to complain because I work with the public and I understand that people can be jerks, but this has happened to me MULTIPLE times!! They lost a star for price ($15) of the sub. However, I did get the largest sub they had. The flavor was on point, the ingredients tasted fresh, the bread was better than any other sub shop in Springfield. Definitely going to visit again sometime! read more

The Travel Channel's Food Paradise did a segment on Jersey and Mike and the next thing you know they build one on Battlefield Road! I had the Jersey Mike's Famous Philly with Grilled onions, peppers, and melted white American cheese. The bread blew me away and wonderful flavors are the best I have had West of the Mississippi! My daughter had a cold sandwich, I think it was called the Jersy Shore and she loved it! Can't wait for my next trip to Jersey. read more

Arrived 20 before they closed for a take out order. Saw the sign stating there was no bread. No problem, didn't want bread but a salad. Doors were locked. A gentleman leaving let me in. Asked about a salad, the gentleman that talked to me was rude, stating that they had no bread. I can read... I stated that I wanted salads. As I was leaving another car pulled up. I stated that they were closed and she was unhappy. She tried to talk to the the man about a salad and he said no. Two other cars pulled up about the same time heard what was going on and left. I know what I wanted would have been approximately 20ish dollars plus tip. So times 4.... would have taken maybe 30 minutes tops. A whole 10 minutes past closing maybe. Was great to get called a drunk and threatened with a police call, despite the fact that two were across the street and one in the lot. Have loved this place for years, great management before and recommend to many. Sorry never again. Have been involved in food service for over 40ish years. read more

I couple weeks back I placed an order via the online app, it was my first time using the app and needless to say I messed it up! Rather than placing the order for delivery, it was for pick up. Trivial right? Not really. I work as a physical therapist at a nursing facility, and in the throws of this "pandemic," staff are not allowed to leave the building for any reason and return to work on the same day. Deliveries at Jersey Mikes are outsourced via the app to a 3rd party delivery service, so the employee at the store could not really help me. However a gentleman who worked there (the owner???) offered to drive me my sub! This act of kindness went a long way, and I have since had Jersey Mikes 4 times in 2 weeks. I will always be loyal to a place that goes out of their way for others. The sandwiches are amazing by the way! read more

I would give it 5 stars but the last few times I've been there the staff have been awful. Rude and you can tell they don't want to be there. I went to get a couple giants for my daughter's birthday party and asked for the toppings on the side and they acted like it was a stupid request and as if it were a hassle to them.
