Food is pretty good! Service is nice! Restaurant is a little messy but we never stay there and eat! We always take it to go!

Ordered a cheeseburger and fries delivered by Uber Eats on 01/17/23. I was delightfully surprised by how hot and fresh my food arrived. I was kind of expecting a doggy bun because of the aluminum foil mummy suit that Five Guys wraps all of their burgers in, but what I got was pretty darn near perfect in temperature and texture. And my fries were still warm and good. The brown paper bag everything came in was grease blotched but somehow not wet on the outside. Good job Five Guys and Uber Eats. read more

Expensive, but quite possibly the best burger you will have. Fries are also quite good. Some notes: You're here for the burgers. Unless you're seven and really want a hot dog, then get a burger. I'm also instantly skeptical of any review stating the cook only put fries in the 'small order cup' and didn't add any more to the bag. Always fast great service, awesome fries and those Coke machines that let you pick what you want. My only dislike was only one Coke machine was running and the other was out of about half the flavors. I'd be more understanding if it was the end of the day or middle of lunch, but I came in at 11AM just as they opened and those things should have been refilled and ready to go before opening the doors for the day. Still it was a great burger that has a home made fresh grilled taste. TIP - DOn't over think your fries order size. Very disappointed in the food to $$$ ratio. Hotdog was no better than a gas station hotdog but costed me $6. This review is form a visit last year that I just remembered yesterday and thought I should write a review. My buddy and I were out late and suddenly were hungry for a burger. We were in the area so we stopped but they were evidently having a slow evening and were nearly done cleaning up and headed home. We decided to find another place so they wouldn't have to dirty up their recently spiffed kitchen, but after much deliberation from the staff they convinced us it would absolutely be their pleasure to serve us. We stayed and they whipped up two bacon cheese burgers meals which were delicious and satisfied our burger craving. Their serves was above and beyond the call of duty and I appreciated their commitment and dedication which is a rare thing to experience in this fast paced world. read more

We ate here probably once a week in Oregon. But when I tried the one here in town I must say I was more than disappointed. The burger was way undercooked. The fries were ultra soggy, and there was a man with a sidearm being extremely loud. Now I'm all for people's rights, but when someone disturbs other patrons and they are carrying a gun. These guys were awesome. I was a last minute customer and they were super friendly and awesome about making me some burgers. The two men working were super great making sure they got my order correct and even chatted the whole time I was waiting while they were cleaning and cooking. First off, I love the atmosphere! The staff is always super friendly when taking orders and handing out food. I love how you can see them cooking the food, makes it feel like they have to keep the kitchen clean for the customers. The waiting line is guarded off by stacks of potatoes, which is kind of cool. The food is always cooked fresh so expect a 5-10 minute wait (Worth it!) The serving sizes are enormous but for the price you would expect that. That's really the only downside, the price. You're looking at like 6-8 bucks for a burger,(A huge one), and another 3-4 for fries. So you're lucky to get away without spending over 10 dollars. All in all I would highly recommend Five Guys, especially the Cajun fries. Oooooooooooohhhhhhh the Cajun fries. read more

This place is super clean. The staff has high energy and seem to really enjoy their job. You get to pick your burger and what you want on it and the staff communicates the orders super well. I usually get Cajun fries which are also very good, I've had them when they we're really fresh and they were amazing, I've also had them when they were hot but not as fresh and they were still good, just not amazing. The bad parts about this place are the food was over priced, filled with grease, the fries were overrsalted, and it tasted no better than other fast food areas. The good parts are the miniature burgers are the size of regular burgers, regular sized fries can easily feed three people, and all the toppings are free. Tried it for the first time today after hearing a lot of hype about it when it had its grand opening. The bacon cheeseburger was very good, a small fry is like a McDonald's large to medium size, more than enough, however the fries really lacked flavor and were very greasy. Also this place is pretty pricy for a burger. Like I mentioned it tasted pretty good, but the sandwich was $7.50 or so and that does not include fries or drink. I ate here at 2pm on a wk day so there was no one in line, service was fast, not sure what it's like at a rushed time-I've only ate here once. The place was clean, bathroom was clean, hook on the door for your purse, paper towels offered. There is no stall, it is open room bathroom for one. Seating is wood tables/chairs, no padding, no booths, not carpet or upholstery anywhere-place is super noisy/echo. Music was oldies style, way too loud. Some of the tables were regular height, some were cafe style (tall). The menu is posted overhead of the ordering counter-no menus handed out, it is self seating. The kitchen is open to the dining so you can see everything they prepare. No tips needed here, there are no servers that attend you. Drinks are self serve. They do not have food trays, your meal is presented to you in a brown paper bag. (If you take this out, be careful not to hold it close to your clothes, it will very quickly absorb oil from the fries and stain your shirt.) They offer hot dogs, hamburgers and a veggie sandwich (meatless, only veggies). There are no chicken or fish items, no salads offered. They have fries and quite a few toppings to choose from. The bread was fresh, the fries were hot and crisp. The hamburger buns all have sesame seeds. The fries are thick cut and have the peeling still on them.There are no deserts on the menu and I did not see a kids menu. The cheapest burger is $4.49 (no cheese) and the fries are separate (no combo meals are offered). Fries are $2 for regular size. A drink is $2 for regular size. A meal cost over $9 w no cheese and the smallest sandwich. Overall, I have to say for the money it is too expensive. Steak and Shake will still be my choice-they have padded booths (love this), seat you with a menu with far more choices (deserts too!) and wait on you. All for way less money, including a tip! I think Five Guys needs a few more things on the menu-maybe salad or coleslaw, sweet potato fries and a soup or chili. Then add a sundae or a waffle cone. Delicious burgers and fries! The first visit taught us that we want the little burgers not the regular burgers - they are gigantic. Includes toppings not normally found at the fast food joints. The fries remind me of my mom's homemade fries, and we get the small of those as well to share. The free peanuts to snack on are a nice way to pass the time before the actual meal. My favorite aspect is its northside location. It is so convenient for us - maybe too convenient. read more
