Thanks for taking my allergy seriously JJJ's! I know JJ's is a franchise and different owners, managers and what not but I have really enjoyed the consistence between Texas, Arkansas and Missouri. Since I have food allergies ordering food while traveling can be hard. The Lettuce wrap is my go to while the rest of the family can enjoy whatever their tummies crazy. The options are simple however the accessibility for those in a hurry, traveling or just need a quick snack is delightful. We usually go for lunch or travel snack. I love this JJ but the size of the Gargantuan I get is so much smaller than what it used to be. It surprised me! The price of this sandwich is definitely not worth it. I love it but it's now a far cry from what it used to be. Less everything was on the sandwich I recently ordered. Even the lettuce! Big Bummer! My kids love to go to JJ's when we pick them up in the evening. We went last night, and got our usual weekly order. 1 Ham and Cheese sandwich, bag of chips, 2 cups of water, and 1 medium drink. We paid and got our drinks and were at our table when another worker (I think he was the manager) approached. He explained that we had been accidently over-charged, and brought us back the difference. I never would have known that we were over-charged, so his honesty was even more impressive to me. I really appreciate the fact that he showed the integrity to recognize the issue, and fix the problem when I feel like too often today, folks would have just been quiet. So besides having some really honest folks working there, of course the food is good. The location is pretty convenient and the restaurant is clean. read more

I've lived in two different apartments 2 miles away from this jimmy johns, who uses delivery as a way to sell their product, and both places I've lived have been "out of their delivery zone." That "zone" needs to be revisited by management. read more

Everything about this location is great. I usually do the drive up service but this week I went inside yesterday to place my order as well the as one for pickup today. Today's order was wrapped specially designed so that the lunch ladies could each have a neatly prepared portion. That was wonderful in of itself but Sidney walked it out to my car. I've always been a big fan on Jimmy John's, but their quality and service has really gone down hill lately. Right off the bat, their prices have gone up quite a bit! I will admit their service is "freaky fast" but I would rather wait the extra ten minutes to get a better meal. The first time I ever ordered from the Campbell location, I got my sandwich delivered and ate half of it. Opened the other half to pull out a really long onion and found a candy wrapper! I was so shocked, that is very unsanitary and disgusting. Another time I ordered delivery for two sandwiches, and one of them was inedible because the bread was so hard. They gave me a gift card for my troubles, but it's just sitting here because I'm no longer going to be a customer of the Jimmy John's establishment. Ordered 3 Sandwiches and they were all wrong. Its hard to mess up a 'slim # with cheese' but they did it twice, neglecting the cheese altogether. One of the slims had meat on only half of the sandwich. The last sandwich (beach club) was missing the meat altogether. First off my boss was buying lunch and they refused to deliver to our location, 1.6 miles away. So I had to drive over to get it myself. The bread was so hard that we had to squeeze the meat from the bread to eat it. I would never go back, the service was bad as well. read more
