I had brisket and burnt ends. Both were awesome! The brisket was SOOO tender!! Onion rings and fried pickles were great too!

Where we went
John S.

Had the 1/2 rack of ribs with one side which was okra and I added the cucumber and onion salad. The cucumber and onion salad was not what I expected at all and so much more than I expected. Not your traditional take on the salad bit very tasty. My guess is this is for a certain palets and hit mine Square on. The okra was hot and pretty much twice the volume of most servings I've gotten. I enjoyed the crunchy and flavorful side right down to the end. I've been told that ribs shouldn't be fall off the bone because the are likely overcooked. These were fall off the bone, moist, smoky and amazing. The LEAST of my meal was the TX toast, which I plowed through with gusto. Buttered, we'll toasted and thick. I get it, BBQ is very subjective, but this was as good as it gets.

Good ribs. Cheese corn was really good! Would definitely try them again. Husband thought sauces on table were meh.

I'm so glad I took their advice, the buns were soft and buttery, the meat patties were flavorful and moist. We also ordered you are smokin' fries. Apple and hickory smokes fries, loaded w/ sautéed jalapeños, cheese sauce, and we opted the pulled pork with Chipotle bbq. The fries were a hit at our table! Waygu burgers, sign me up! I end up ordering the foodie - double 4oz patties, Boursin style cheese, caramelized onion, candied bacon, w/ truffle mayo. Best damn burger I had in a long time. They offer varieties of sauces to try with your burger & fries, they bring a small tray with each sauce. Ranch, ketchup, smoky garlic mayo, chipotle BBQ, chipotle ketchup, truffle mayo, and sriracha mayo just to name a few. I'm a sucker for espresso so I ordered an espresso yourself shake. Espresso, salted caramel, funnel cake, coffee liqueur, frozen vanilla custard. The espresso and salted caramel balance each other out nicely. This shake lives rent free in my head. If I am ever in the city again, this would be on my top list to visit. Definitely would recommend you trying Black Sheep.

If you're on the hunt for the best Scotch eggs around, this place is an absolute must. We…read moreunexpectedly went on a scotch egg tour this week. I will not drag the competition, but Dublin's Pass was the clear winner. I won't use specifics, but you get so much more bang for your buck, purely from a financial aspect. Let me first say, the eggs arrive on a plate with a light breading that adds the perfect balance of crunch yet balanced with the soft egg. All brought to you with a mustard that is the perfect combination of pickled veg and punchy mustard. The meat was cooked perfectly. The combination between the meat, egg and mustard marry one another beautifully to lend to a flavor roller coaster in your mouth. What really sets these Scotch eggs apart is the attention to detail. They taste like they are meant for a flavor rollercoaster. Each element feels intentional. Whether you're a longtime Scotch egg lover or trying one for the first time, this restaurant sets the bar high. Simply put: these are the Scotch eggs other places should be aspiring. Eggs aside, we also had an order of the boneless wings. Not a hard thing to get right, but we had roasted garlic parmesan with garlic aioli, to die for. I am from out of town, and this place is absolutely a must. It will never not be on to do list.

Unfortunately, I left disappointed because the food quality just wasn't what I remembered. I had been telling my wife how great the food used to be--almost like gourmet bar food--and was really looking forward to sharing that experience with her. The smash burger no longer tasted like the duck-fat burger I remembered, and the fries definitely didn't seem to be house-made anymore. They tasted more like a lower-quality frozen product, which was a letdown. On the positive side, the service was excellent. Even with the restaurant getting busy and a live band setting up, the staff stayed friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. One thing to note is that we initially arrived around 12:45 p.m. on Sunday, only to find out they weren't open and was told that something came up and they didnt open until 3:00 p.m. on this Sunday. Overall, I still enjoyed the atmosphere and appreciate the great service, but I hope the kitchen can get back to the food quality that made Lindberg's one of my favorite spots in the past.

I ordered a double patty ugly burger, solid cheese burger for kids and the foodie to eat in with fries and the garlic aioli and truffle aioli dips . I also ordered the brisket burger to go for later. Let's start with Service - inside it was fast freindly, helpful and informational. Enviorment - modern no music playing or background sounds other then the cooks which was ok but a little ambiance music would help. Restrooms - Older building with modern upgrades so bathrooms were clean but hot not ac cooled like other area of the restraunt. Food - Now to the main courses. The ugly burger was great veggies were crisp burger looked like an ad and tasted amazing on all options taken each with its own twist except the kids they choose basic and those tasted good too. The fries were good crispy and hot with aioli soda products chosen were good nothing tasted over carbonated or flat. The bbq brisket sandwiche was beyond amazing and itself even re heated to eat later was a star if only I had taken one bite hot and fresh if was over the scale great 10 out of 10.

Gracey and Bruce were our servers. Both were great. Gracey immediately removed trash ( which is a rarity now days). The service reminded me of a cruise vacation from several decades ago.
