The smash burger no longer tasted like the duck-fat burger I remembered, and the fries definitely didn't seem to be house-made anymore. They tasted more like a lower-quality frozen product, which was a letdown. On the positive side, the service was excellent. Even with the restaurant getting busy and a live band setting up, the staff stayed friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. One thing to note is that we initially arrived around 12:45 p.m. on Sunday, only to find out they weren't open and was told that something came up and they didnt open until 3:00 p.m. on this Sunday. Overall, I still enjoyed the atmosphere and appreciate the great service, but I hope the kitchen can get back to the food quality that made Lindberg's one of my favorite spots in the past.

Finally, after sitting in a freezing booth with VERY loud TV's blasting, food came. It had some flavor of Mango, but here was no heat. Ponzo Sauce was described as "Asian-inspired citrus sesame sauce. Real ones know." Real ones know not to order this! It had flavor but not worth the money. Then there is the Traditional Buffalo, no one can screw this up.... Well It's Just Wings can.... Just buy a bottle of Franks and use that instead.... Needless to say there are far better wings available in Springfield, Mo that you can have delivered or you can stop and pick up.
