The service was amazing and food was great!!! My server took great care of me and it was really friendly! Definitely will come back!

We went into this establishment yesterday upon walking in it was very hectic the hostess seemed overwhelmed and was rather rude. I asked to go to the bar to get a drink while we're waiting and she said no if there was a wait for the bar as well and they clearly wasn't. We got sat at the table. I ordered a Jamison and Ginger ale. Everybody else's drinks came to the table and our appetizer came to the table before I actually got my drink from the bar . When I got my drink, it had a bar fly in it so I sent it back. It's almost like the waitress Zoie did a lap with the drink and Tried to get the bug out and brought me back the same drink. So I sent it back again. Food came out. It was good. Nobody was refilling the sodas or waters at the table. By the end of our meal, we had dishes stacked up on the table. All of our drinks were empty the waitress, Zoiedropped the check off. I gave my card signed the receipt. The first time she ever came back to the table promptly was to pick up my signed receipt for the tip. It was very unprofessional. The food was pretty good, however the service was terrible. Allison was our waitress. It took her 20 minutes to get our drinks. Our food came out before our apps. They didn't offer to fix anything and still made us pay for cold apps. As a bartender/server myself this was so very obviously avoidable. Rolled out from a late night movie and wanted to meet up with some co workers for a quick bite to eat and beer. It was about an hour and a half from closing, still 4-6 waitresses milling around, and we stand waiting to be seated for 10 minutes. Multiple people walk by looking at us(there's 3 separate groups waiting by this point.) not saying a single word just continue task at hand. At one point one of the waitresses is cleaning up a table and she can be heard saying "a $4 dollar f***** tip for waiting on that group!" As she walked angrily to the kitchen area. We finally got sat down. And the only reason I'm giving this facility 2 stars was our service was good from our waitress! Wings are overpriced, much better and cheaper options available. As a long time enjoyer of BWW that will likely be my last time going to one in Springfield. read more

The buffalo blue cheese burger was fire! The well-done, crispy burger patties were dripping with blue cheese, lettuce tomato onions, dill pickles and buffalo sauce. Went and ate recently. I saw vapes out in the open and they even used one with no shame! The employees reek of Marijuana and I even saw one eat a fry off of a tray in through the kitchen opening. It is very clear to me that this restaurant does not care about cleanliness and organization. On top of that, I had to ask my server more than three times for my side of fries that come with my burger and I also got charged for things I didn't purchase. Horrible experience with the wait times and service. Our server was nice it just seemed like she was unfortunately not prepared to deal with having more than 2 tables. We were at the restaurant for 2 and a half hours. It took us about 30 minutes to get sat, not a problem at all, they were busy but, the host was on top of it and even cleaned off a table to make sure we got seated promptly. After that however we didn't see our server for anywhere from 45min-an hour. Once we finally did see her we put our order in immediately, which included 2 veterans special meals. Once we finally received our food it was completely wrong. My wings were right but I received my sister's side of onion rings(which were cold) instead of my side of fries. My Wife received her 10 piece with 5 of the wings being a wrong sauce/different than what she asked for, as well as no side. My sister also never received her 6 piece wing, only ever getting her onion rings that were accidentally put on my plate. The server seemed like she was attempting to resolve the issue and I received my fries promptly and our potato wedges(for my wife) maybe another 10-15minutes later. However my sister still never received her wings at all(it was mentioned twice to the server but at this point it had been 30-45 minutes since our food had arrived and she asked if we even still wanted them.) our bill then arrived and that too was surprisingly, completely wrong. Our Veterans Day wing combos were not written as free but instead as $11(im not saying I can't pay for wings but don't advertise free if you're just lying) as well as the onion rings were charged as a full order of appetizer onion rings even though we only ever received a mistake side order(regularly a $1 uncharge on the menu). read more

I always use to love BWW! There's nothing wrong with the food, but just the services in general! I understand it's a sport bar and they sell mostly wings and alcohol, but u still have to do your job right???? I believe they can ask other servers to help and be attentive too, if things gone crazy. What i dislikes is the attitudes and rude remarks. I just ask a question about a new sauce and they was like you try it and see for yourself. Uh okie, i wouldn't ask what the flavor is similar then. And also, they never come back to refill drinks or ask how you all doing?? My table of five was in need of drinks refill, napkins and ketchup! I'm gonna start here, 1. We had the most lazy waitress a vegetable/ or Steven hawking could get our food to us faster than she could. I swear we got appetizers and we got triple dipper and first the queso is like she spit and had explosive water diahreeah straight from the chili ring, knowing her she could've queefed and squirted in our food. Then we realized that she didn't send in our order, and I tell you how dumb and stupid of a waitress do you have to be to take an order and not even make it. I want her to go home and be like damn, I really am just a fat fucking tub of lard, and think I just need to quit my job.
