The service was amazing and food was great!!! My server took great care of me and it was really friendly! Definitely will come back!

Without a doubt the worse experience I have ever had. We arrived about 7pm, There was a large group of people leaving. There were multiple people in uniforms standing around talking. For 30 minutes, not one person talked to us for 30 minutes to tell us why we couldn't be seated (there were empty tables towards the back). Finally, someone told us that many of the uniforms were trainees and couldn't help us. We finally got seated and the waiter finally showed up to take drink orders. He also had two trainees in tow. After visiting 3 other tables, he went to get our drinks. We told him we were ready to order, he said he need to get a drink order from another table. Must've gotten lost, because it took more time to get our order. Then the wait ... 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 1 hour. The waiter explains that take out orders were busy. Finally, after sitting in a freezing booth with VERY loud TV's blasting, food came. My "Deluxe Chicken Sandwich" apparently came from the frozen food section at Walmart - mostly breading and a little chicken sandwiched in. It was as hard as a hockey puck and just about as tasty. At least the water was tasty. The manager comped my sandwich which i did not eat and two hours after we entered the place, we left. Will never be back. read more

Wait time was terrible, employees didn't communicate where we were sat. Waitress has too many tables and is overwhelmed.

Absolutely terrible. Placed an order online for pickup and when I went (at the time they said) and got back to my car, i was missing 3 things of fries and my sauces. Went back in and they were confused and brought me ONE thing of sauce as well as ONE container of fries. She then had to go back again after I explained again that i was supposed to receive 4 things of fries and got 1. Then after all that I went home and found that I only got 1 order of my wings when I was supposed to have 2 with 2 different flavors.. and the fried pickles were soggy and the wings I did get were dry and hardly coated. Will never order/dine in here again. read more

if I could give it 0 stars I would. On 5 separate occasions I have had to wait more than 30minutes on a pickup order. I can guarantee my night will be ruined by their habitual tardiness. never have I ever received good and timely service with no one to serve at register and no one with ability to make food in a timely manner nor giving the proper time to their customers. I think they have a sadistic joy in making people wait for an hour or more. Do not go here read more

Service sucks i keep on coming here a lot of time, and every time i come is at different times and different time of the week, guess what its all suck all those time, i dont think they even deserve one starrrr!!! Had to get my own refills. read more

Poor service. Slow food delivery. Management doesn't care!!! Keep looking for better wings, you will not get them at this location! read more

We went into this establishment yesterday upon walking in it was very hectic the hostess seemed overwhelmed and was rather rude. I asked to go to the bar to get a drink while we're waiting and she said no if there was a wait for the bar as well and they clearly wasn't. We got sat at the table. I ordered a Jamison and Ginger ale. Everybody else's drinks came to the table and our appetizer came to the table before I actually got my drink from the bar . When I got my drink, it had a bar fly in it so I sent it back. It's almost like the waitress Zoie did a lap with the drink and Tried to get the bug out and brought me back the same drink. So I sent it back again. Food came out. It was good. Nobody was refilling the sodas or waters at the table. By the end of our meal, we had dishes stacked up on the table. All of our drinks were empty the waitress, Zoiedropped the check off. I gave my card signed the receipt. The first time she ever came back to the table promptly was to pick up my signed receipt for the tip. It was very unprofessional. It was just honestly an awful experience all the way around service wise ....,food was actually delicious. read more

I was on there on Saturday, 8/29, with my family around 1:00 PM. They had staff running around and clocking in but it took over 30 minutes to get our drink and 1.5 hours to get our food. They food was okay, over cooked. We as 3 tables of full parties get up and leave, after waiting for 30+ minutes. My order was not correct the first time. The table beside us also was not correct. It was TERRIBLE service. First time there, won't go back. read more

The food was pretty good, however the service was terrible. Allison was our waitress. It took her 20 minutes to get our drinks. Our food came out before our apps. They didn't offer to fix anything and still made us pay for cold apps. As a bartender/server myself this was so very obviously avoidable. The restaurant wasn't busy and even the manager seemed fried out of his mind. Definitely don't think we will be back. Hope this place gets their stuff together. read more

Twice now, back to back visits, we've been turned away because employees didn't show up to work. That is inexcusable and a clear indication that whoever runs this place is really bad at their job. I'll never step foot in that place again. read more

Waited 15 minutes to be seated when there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. However, before being seated was told they could put me on a waitlist and would be at least another 15 minutes. Maybe hire some help. Watched two other groups walk out before me. read more

servers here are great, genuinely the longest I've ever had to wait for food ever, came out cold it's unnacceptable when it's not even busy. seriously read more

Service is very unorganized. No host in site to sit you at tables. A 30 minute wait time is actually over an hour. Awful attentiveness to customers. read more

Terrible. That's a great word to describe this place. The food, terrible. The wings are really tasteless chicken with mediocre sauces. The fried pickles, tasted terrible. The food isn't even bad bar food quality. Don't eat here... read more

Took forever to get our food and then came out burnt. We would have dashed, but our waitress, Sheri handled it very well and we didn't want to leave her with the bill. They did give us a gift card, but then expected us to use it on that meal. ‍ read more

Awful service. We've been here for an hour and have not gotten our food. The floor is a disaster and there is trash everywhere. Lots of tv's to entertain us while we're waiting for an hour and a half for food. read more

Rolled out from a late night movie and wanted to meet up with some co workers for a quick bite to eat and beer. It was about an hour and a half from closing, still 4-6 waitresses milling around, and we stand waiting to be seated for 10 minutes. Multiple people walk by looking at us(there's 3 separate groups waiting by this point.) not saying a single word just continue task at hand. At one point one of the waitresses is cleaning up a table and she can be heard saying "a $4 dollar f***** tip for waiting on that group!" As she walked angrily to the kitchen area. We finally got sat down. And the only reason I'm giving this facility 2 stars was our service was good from our waitress! Wings are overpriced, much better and cheaper options available. As a long time enjoyer of BWW that will likely be my last time going to one in Springfield. read more

The service was amazingly slow. Some of the orders were incorrect and the manager was a pill.

Food was cold. Never got the appetizer we ordered. No refills on drinks. Place was half empty too.

The buffalo blue cheese burger was fire! The well-done, crispy burger patties were dripping with blue cheese, lettuce tomato onions, dill pickles and buffalo sauce. The fries were cold, however, they gladly replace them. Yum! The loaded ice cream was delicious as well. The caramel and fudge topping was a treat! read more

Went and ate recently. I saw vapes out in the open and they even used one with no shame! The employees reek of Marijuana and I even saw one eat a fry off of a tray in through the kitchen opening. It is very clear to me that this restaurant does not care about cleanliness and organization. On top of that, I had to ask my server more than three times for my side of fries that come with my burger and I also got charged for things I didn't purchase. I will not be going back here. read more

Wait time for to go orders is extremely inaccurate on the app. Said to be here at 7 we have been waiting 40 minutes for 20 wings. Absolutely ridiculous. Someone needs to do something about this Buffalo Wild Wings because I have been to others in different towns and they are SOO much better than this one. Not worth it. read more

Ordered $60 worth of wings so disgusting we trashed them & ordered bbq. All 5 of us couldn't handle them. GROSS

Some of the NICEST workers I have ever met. The two girls at the pickup counter were so kind and understanding, and when there was a small issue with the order they went above and beyond to fix it. Wow, just wow. Not sure why this location has terrible reviews. Yes, it was slow. But what's 10 minutes extra in the grand scheme of things? The online $16.99 for 20 wings and fries deal was very reasonable! Wings were delicious! Restaurant seemed clean when we were in there to pick up! read more

We had a party of ten, waitress was pretty rude with her facial expressions. waited for over an hour and a half and asked where our food was. The so called male manager was pretty rude telling one of our members that if he wanted to leave and not wait for his food then he can go.Was really a nasty manager who should not ever work in any type of restaurant. I understand why the waitress was in a bad mood work for this piece of work. Fire this guy and maybe I will come back again. read more

Horrible experience with the wait times and service. Our server was nice it just seemed like she was unfortunately not prepared to deal with having more than 2 tables. We were at the restaurant for 2 and a half hours. It took us about 30 minutes to get sat, not a problem at all, they were busy but, the host was on top of it and even cleaned off a table to make sure we got seated promptly. After that however we didn't see our server for anywhere from 45min-an hour. Once we finally did see her we put our order in immediately, which included 2 veterans special meals. Once we finally received our food it was completely wrong. My wings were right but I received my sister's side of onion rings(which were cold) instead of my side of fries. My Wife received her 10 piece with 5 of the wings being a wrong sauce/different than what she asked for, as well as no side. My sister also never received her 6 piece wing, only ever getting her onion rings that were accidentally put on my plate. The server seemed like she was attempting to resolve the issue and I received my fries promptly and our potato wedges(for my wife) maybe another 10-15minutes later. However my sister still never received her wings at all(it was mentioned twice to the server but at this point it had been 30-45 minutes since our food had arrived and she asked if we even still wanted them.) our bill then arrived and that too was surprisingly, completely wrong. Our Veterans Day wing combos were not written as free but instead as $11(im not saying I can't pay for wings but don't advertise free if you're just lying) as well as the onion rings were charged as a full order of appetizer onion rings even though we only ever received a mistake side order(regularly a $1 uncharge on the menu). read more

They were out of chicken! No chicken sandwiches or chicken tenders. The only chicken available was chicken wings. This happened twice in one month. I always use to love BWW! There's nothing wrong with the food, but just the services in general! I understand it's a sport bar and they sell mostly wings and alcohol, but u still have to do your job right???? I believe they can ask other servers to help and be attentive too, if things gone crazy. What i dislikes is the attitudes and rude remarks. I just ask a question about a new sauce and they was like you try it and see for yourself. Uh okie, i wouldn't ask what the flavor is similar then. And also, they never come back to refill drinks or ask how you all doing?? My table of five was in need of drinks refill, napkins and ketchup! They forgot i order an cocktail, halfway done eating I've asked about my drink and they said they forgot to grab it at the bar, thats like almost 40 min-ish ago. Good food bad services, its not the first experiences!!!!!!! will lay off coming here for a hot min. read more
