Rolled out from a late night movie and wanted to meet up with some co workers for a quick bite to eat and beer. It was about an hour and a half from closing, still 4-6 waitresses milling around, and we stand waiting to be seated for 10 minutes. Multiple people walk by looking at us(there's 3 separate groups waiting by this point.) not saying a single word just continue task at hand. At one point one of the waitresses is cleaning up a table and she can be heard saying "a $4 dollar f***** tip for waiting on that group!" As she walked angrily to the kitchen area. We finally got sat down. And the only reason I'm giving this facility 2 stars was our service was good from our waitress! Wings are overpriced, much better and cheaper options available. Horrible experience with the wait times and service. Our server was nice it just seemed like she was unfortunately not prepared to deal with having more than 2 tables. We were at the restaurant for 2 and a half hours. It took us about 30 minutes to get sat, not a problem at all, they were busy but, the host was on top of it and even cleaned off a table to make sure we got seated promptly. After that however we didn't see our server for anywhere from 45min-an hour. Once we finally did see her we put our order in immediately, which included 2 veterans special meals. Once we finally received our food it was completely wrong. My wings were right but I received my sister's side of onion rings(which were cold) instead of my side of fries. My Wife received her 10 piece with 5 of the wings being a wrong sauce/different than what she asked for, as well as no side. My sister also never received her 6 piece wing, only ever getting her onion rings that were accidentally put on my plate. The server seemed like she was attempting to resolve the issue and I received my fries promptly and our potato wedges(for my wife) maybe another 10-15minutes later. However my sister still never received her wings at all(it was mentioned twice to the server but at this point it had been 30-45 minutes since our food had arrived and she asked if we even still wanted them.) our bill then arrived and that too was surprisingly, completely wrong. Our Veterans Day wing combos were not written as free but instead as $11(im not saying I can't pay for wings but don't advertise free if you're just lying) as well as the onion rings were charged as a full order of appetizer onion rings even though we only ever received a mistake side order(regularly a $1 uncharge on the menu). read more

Went and ate recently. I saw vapes out in the open and they even used one with no shame! The employees reek of Marijuana and I even saw one eat a fry off of a tray in through the kitchen opening. It is very clear to me that this restaurant does not care about cleanliness and organization. Seeing the restaurant at quarter capacity and being told it's an hour and a half wait is ridiculous. Having your servers not see you for a simple greet for 20 minutes after sitting down is ridiculous. Having to hunt your server down to get a check and that same server not doing a two-bite check or drink check throughout the duration of the meal is ridiculous. I ordered bird dawgs through DoorDash. I did the "customize" option. It was supposed to have slaw, beer cheese, green onions, and wild honey mustard. They say they "smother" them in the cheese sauce, but that wasn't the case. We had small pieces of chicken on them, and there was such a small amount of cheese that it looked like the honey mustard. So I called to complain and the manager ALWAYS says "I made it personally and I know I made it right" no. It had no honey mustard, which isn't that big of a deal except I babysit a very picky toddler, and I paid for additional stuff. There was barely cheese, and no sauce. She said she it didn't say honey mustard on the order, but I have the receipt and it clearly said honey mustard. Not to mention the buns were stale. they were not interested in fixing the issue.
