Slow slow slow. Probably short staffed, but that's no excuse. Sat there for 2 hour meal that should've been 30-45 tops. Problems with my bill, empty drink sat empty of 15 minutes before being refilled. Quarter capacity acting like it's busy. Food was good read more

Seeing the restaurant at quarter capacity and being told it's an hour and a half wait is ridiculous. Having your servers not see you for a simple greet for 20 minutes after sitting down is ridiculous. Having to hunt your server down to get a check and that same server not doing a two-bite check or drink check throughout the duration of the meal is ridiculous. But I guess that speaks volumes about the management within the establishment. read more

I'm gonna start here, 1. We had the most lazy waitress a vegetable/ or Steven hawking could get our food to us faster than she could. I swear we got appetizers and we got triple dipper and first the queso is like she spit and had explosive water diahreeah straight from the chili ring, knowing her she could've queefed and squirted in our food. Then we realized that she didn't send in our order, and I tell you how dumb and stupid of a waitress do you have to be to take an order and not even make it. I want her to go home and be like damn, I really am just a fat fucking tub of lard, and think I just need to quit my job. I am so disappointed in this place because it has always been good and fast service but oh well. Hopefully this hits her and really bites her in the ass. read more

I have been here for an hour and a half with a group of friend and people that got here later than me has gotten their food quicker and my food still has not came out. for that reason, service is 1/5. hopefully the food makes up for it. Placed an online order. Went in to get it when it was supposed to be ready. The waiting area was full of people and no one who front to greet them. I stood in the online pickup order for ten minutes then decided to call the store. Someone rushed to get the phone immediately. Then i was told my order wasn't ready. 15 min later, order is still not ready and still no one up front to seat people. Terrible service, mediocre food.Go to wing stop instead. read more

I ordered bird dawgs through DoorDash. I did the "customize" option. It was supposed to have slaw, beer cheese, green onions, and wild honey mustard. They say they "smother" them in the cheese sauce, but that wasn't the case. We had small pieces of chicken on them, and there was such a small amount of cheese that it looked like the honey mustard. So I called to complain and the manager ALWAYS says "I made it personally and I know I made it right" no. It had no honey mustard, which isn't that big of a deal except I babysit a very picky toddler, and I paid for additional stuff. There was barely cheese, and no sauce. She said she it didn't say honey mustard on the order, but I have the receipt and it clearly said honey mustard. Not to mention the buns were stale. they were not interested in fixing the issue. Regardless of the issues it was gross. Not the first time I've had problems, do not recommend. read more

it is what it is. I only go for bogo. place ur pickup time 20-30 min early. the employees are nice

Waited a hr wings where ice cold. Worst buffalo wild wings ever. Don't waist your time or money.

Negatives: This BWW is the single most poorly run restaurant in Springfield. It's dirty, sticky and smells...and that's outside of the bathroom. I have never had a dining experience take less than 1.5hrs. The wait staff is slow, inattentive and visually uninterested. The kitchen staff is somehow even slower. Even with a COVID-19 limiting the restaurant to carry out only, they were still slow. Placed my order online and arrived at 5:30 when I was told it would be ready. I didn't leave until 6:08pm and I was the only customer in the building. Positives: LOTS OF TVs! read more

Went to watch a college football game. Place was 1/4 full and they made me wait in line for 15 min for someone to seat me at the bar. I have never waited in line to sit at an empty bar! Once seated it took 30 min to get a beer (in a 1/4 full restaurant) and 1.5 hours to get wings and fries. Then there were issues with the tv and the female manager (Molly I believe) was an absolute nightmare. Literally got in one of the patrons faces and asked if he had a problem. I see why the wait staff have such poor morale and service... the attitude of customer disrespect comes from the management. Until this place gets new management I would stay away!! read more

many locations are great but this one is terrible. The service has been consistently bad, no matter the day or time. Servers are always stressed and constantly make excuses why they can't do as asked. Always verging on rude. Whether it is a drink from the bar or a selection of seating, or anything in between, always a no. Food is so slow, tastes good cause it's BWW recipes. Never seen a manager. Not sure where they are hiding but it's not working with customers or helping their staff. It's easy to wait over an hour after you order. The priority games are not on the larger TVs and they often use management as an excuse to not change to game. In general a Fail of a location. read more

The food used to be worth the wait and sketchy service. That's no longer the case. I placed an order, and after waiting 40 minutes, they were just getting around to preparing it. By the time the chicken was done, the onion rings were cold and soggy with grease. Negative vibes everywhere. Mediocre food. Terrible service. Not going back. read more

Would definitely not go here if you are even the slightest bit worried about covid. Waited five minutes to even have an employee greet us and then another five minutes to watch the three employees run around with masks worn improperly while carrying food. Like mask on the chin carrying food out of the kitchen put food down put mask up pick up food and walk it to the table. After the ten minutes of standing at the front they told us they were at capacity but we were already set to leave. I can't afford for my family to get sick and while I'm not afraid to get covid, I'm not about to be at a place that that disregards it so much. ALWAYS slow service. No, I really don't have a 1.5hr lunch break at work.... ridiculous.

First of all the wings were great! Awesome. 4 stars all day long. The whole experience though was really hurt by the service. Came in on a Saturday at 3. Slight wait but nothing bad. Their waiting area has bench style seats that are comfortable. Get seated and visited by Mr. Waiter. He drops down the menus and asks if we know what drinks we want and immediately follows that up by asking if we knew what we wanted to order. We decline and say we need a few to decide. Drinks come back quick and so do the question on if we know what we want. A little hurried but we put together our order of 2 sets of traditional wings, fries for her, a side salad for me and pretzel app. At this point Mr. Waiter takes off. Finds someone to talk to and begins a lengthy conversation about who knows what. Our drinks go dry. He's still talking. Our app comes out via another server. He's still talking. She refills us. Mr. waiter is still off to the side just chatting away. Our food comes out. All wrong. Boneless wings on everything. Kitchen girl apologizes. Gives us our salads/fries and rushes back. Mr. Waiter still talking.. we have our fries, salad. Again drinks empty and finally he stops by and goes oh did they give you the wrong thing. Those buttons are really close together. Then poof he's gone. Drinks still dry. Kitchen girl comes back out with our wings. Refills us. Never see Mr. Waiter again until he we are trying to flag someone down for our check. Dinner for 2, 45 bucks, and just didn't feel worth it. The lady said never again but I always give a place another shot before I walk away for good. Just hope I don't get that guy again. The Good: Great Wings, Really dig the Honey BBQ The Bad: Attention to detail on the orders. The Ugly: A waiter who couldn't give a rip about you. read more

I don't even want to give one star!!! I travelled down from Fair Grove and got caught in thunderstorm to cash in my blazing rewards for 20 free wings and 20 boneless along with fries. However cashier wanted to charge me for them because system was down ... I asked for the manager ... a woman came out and said I can't help you, I have no control of the system nor do I know when it will be running again! I asked her why give out these rewards if you can't cash them in she said that's not their problem! I told her that I traveled in the rain the 18 miles just to use this promotion for an order that she cost me nothing ... she asked if I wanted the order at cost? I said No Thank You and left then immediately came back and asked the woman manager her name "Molly" she said and I asked for the phone number of corporate office ... she said it's on their website. I went to my car googled site called number on their and it's a wrong number???!! So I emailed ... my email was returned!!!! I have still not cashed in my blazing rewards. read more

Last time we was here my fried wings still had feathers on them. It was very disgusting and unseemly. I'll never be going back

insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Again today, I ordered food totaling $110.00 from the BWW in Springfield MO. I called the order in at 2:30 PM for pick up at 4:30 PM. When we arrived at 4:20 PM I had to convince them I had placed an order. They finally found it and said it wasn't ready. Then 25 minutes later, 15 minutes after the pick up time they had it ready. You had 2 hours notice to get it ready but failed. Then when we get home it wasn't right. There was sauces missing and wrong food. How hard is it to do your job. The girl rifled through the bags calling out the order as if she really saw the things. When my family found out where I ordered from there they were shocked. This is the third time they have messed up an order. Never again. I blame myself for going back. Never agin. read more

I have honestly never had this issue before from this from Buffalo wild wings before but the manager that I was speaking to today was a woman and instead of letting me talk to telling her why I was upset that they canceled my whole order when they were only supposed to cancel the Burger. She decided to be extremely rude and talk over me when I was trying to talk I didn't ask her for a question I was explaining to her how I didn't understand something and instead she decided to talk over me and then whenever I told her aren't you in customer service she decided to then leave me where I could hear her but tell her everybody how she wasn't going to deal with me while she's apparently walking off from whatever phone. If that's your manager she probably shouldn't work there. read more

I have over 25,000 BWW points, that's allot of wings. I've been to this location over a dozen times, I may have had my last visit. We went here at about 3:15PM on 11/25/2017. We stood in line for about 5 minutes, with no one else waiting for a table in front of us. I had to get the attention of a random employee to see if we had to wait to be seated. There were only 6 of us; with an extra order for my son at work, but they didn't know about him. So it would have been a healthy bill and tip as well. After another 3 or 4 minutes of being the only ones waiting for a table; they finally came and told us that we should probably just go back to the bar and sit. I then asked them about joining a couple tables together, or joining a table to one of the numerous empty booths. I received a bewildered look as if I were speaking an alien language and they were trying to decide if they were offended. After about 30 seconds of silence, I asked if there were 6 top tables available back at the bar. The manager and hostess told us "yes there are." We went to the back and there were some there, but they were all taken. There was a single four top and a couple 2 tops, but they were scattered to a point that we couldn't use them unless we wanted to sit across the restaurant from each other. We went back up front, counting at least 7 empty booths and 8 tables that were clean, empty, and needy to each other. There were also three booths and four tables that were empty but needed cleaned off. They had already been bussed for the most part, so there weren't really any dishes to be removed from them. On our way to the front, the manager and waitress asked us if we were able to find anything back at the bar. We stopped and said, "No. They are all taken." They didn't even bother to quit leaning on the wall when they nonchalantly said, "oh...... sorry." Then my wife told him that if they weren't going to take care of at least seating us, then we were going somewhere that would. The manager replied, and I quote......, "OhhhKay, sounds good to me. " Then looked away and still failed to move or care. The bar had more patrons than the rest of the restaurants. There were two people working the bar area, and 5 people serving the 8 tables that were occupied in the front half of the restaurant. They had 2 whole sections closed down. For no apparent reason. It really seems like they didn't care about us, about our business, our dining experience, or the money they could've made on our 7 person check and tip. By the way, we typically spend about $100 on 5 people here. Now, as a waiter or waitress, wouldn't you rather serve a large group with a higher bill and tip percentage??? More money and less work on one table, rather than less money and more work on three to four tables. After this experience, and this isn't the fittest bad experience I've had here, I won't be returning. read more

I've been going to this BWW since it opened and went there on Friday, Nov. 15th and had the worst experience I've ever had. Something had broken sometime during the day, I think a water line, anyway if you wanted a soda or water you had to buy by the can or bottle, no salad, wraps or burgers were available, jus t wings, which was fine, that's why I go there. What got me was the fact they were charging for water, so you inconvenience your customers and then charge them for water? Don't know what they did to their wings, but they were terrible. They were tough and the sauce was barely warm. I won't being going back, time to go to Wings Etc. This place does not deserve 1 star read more

Leaving 1 star IS GENEROUS. 12/1/2020 8 p.m. Showed the manager on duty the 2 feathers on my wing. I understand small pin feathers might get missed, but NO THESE WERE 3 PLUS INCHES LONG!! he offered to replace it. My gripe is that he said this just happens sometimes, not much they can do about it, that is how they come from their supplier. First, you have cooks make them check the quality of your food they are serving. Second, get a new supplier. Third, if you are management have more respect for your products. If it is subpar and you are aware... FIX IT! read more
