The TVs were probably the best thing here the wings are over sauced and the veggies are rotting and the ranch had dead bugs in it . Never go here read more

Came in for wings. After ordering it took 30+ minutes to get our order. The wings and fries were cold when we got them. I learned a long time ago that if the entire order is cold it's the server's fault. If part is cold it's the kitchen's fault. We had a coupon buy a small order of wings get a small free. Stupid us, we thought we could get a medium order and still get the small for free. We actually spent more money but nope. Asked for a box to take our wings home to heat them up. Didn't get a box. read more

Hadn't been to BWW for a while so decided to give it a try! Came in on Fathers Day around lunchtime. It was not overly busy yet we were made to wait a long time to be seated. Seemed that the hostess was also serving an entire section with groups alone. Didn't see much other help. Once we were seated we waited for 10 minutes and no one checked in on us. We looked around and hardly anyone had food, everyone's drinks were dry. We had no menus or drinks or anything. So with 3 kids with us we decided to get up and leave! Went to Primas Mexican Grill and had incredible service and food! read more

Typical BWW atmosphere. Our waitress was super friendly and spot on with each detailed order from our group of six. Food came out quick and accurate. Decent quality. Overall good experience. My typical BWW experience is 3 stars, so I'd rate this above average. read more

I've been to a few BWWs around this great nation. This one may not be the worst but it's still probably one you should avoid

Strangely enough, this is my favorite place to eat in town. I know, I know, I'm a basic man. If it is my favorite, why 4 stars!? There is certainly room for improvement. The food is very good; I love their apps. The wings are also great... when they have enough sauce, which is an issue about every other time. I typically sit at the bar or in the bar area and the service is hit or miss. Some bartenders are friendly and attentive, and some are clearly just antsy for their smoke break. Tons of TVs and booming sound for the big games. They don't always make the best use of each TV, but they will (sometimes begrudgingly) change to some NBA basketball instead of some movie that you couldn't hear anyway if you ask them to. Great atmosphere and tasty food, but I'd like to see more attention paid to TV sports schedules, amount of sauce, and friendliness. read more

BW3's as some may call it, has provided me with more wings than I could carry in a wheelbarrow. i am not sure if that is a good thing or not. Prolly not. If you are wanting immediate service, maybe not the place for you. The wait staff is pretty slow at getting to you most of the time. I have a few favorite waitresses. They always do a great job. Zach is right on about the selection. They are only lacking one flavor: Cajun. I would love it. Whether it is wings or legs, Buffalo Wild Wings is un-clucking believable. read more

I've come to eat there a few times around lunch time on a week day and I always like sitting in or around the bar area. I have had the same day shift bartender multiple times and I couldn't be more frustrated. During lunch time all 3 times there were only a few people scattered throughout the entire bar area and I couldn't have gotten any slower service. He was gazing at the TV most of the time or on his phone. I worked in the food industry for several years as a waiter/bartender and I understand having a bad day so the second time I expected better and was entirely disappointed. Also the price continues to climb as the portions go down, definitely going to Wing Stop next time! read more

Had a coupon for a free deal. I figured I would carry it out for later. They told me it would take 25 minutes, it took almost 40 minutes, to get 6 wings. Got the order wrong, too. Server probably noticed it, since she 'checked' the sack, while asking me what I ordered (I guess the food wasn't marked or whatever who it was going to?) but didn't care. While I waited, got a call about business and had to write a name down. Just one name. Asked for a pen. Server didn't have one and made it clear she wasn't getting me one. 2 wings were a bit overdone on the end, reminded me of a Swanson's TV dinner that was over nuked - did they microwave? Might as well go somewhere else. Maybe they would lend me a pen after making me sit for 40 unscheduled minutes. Felt like I was bothering them by stopping in. Won't bother them again. read more

Pretty good food, decent service, louder than some concerts I've been to...here's my most recent account. Okay, so back in the day BDubs used to be a hoppin' spot. Over the course of the past 6 or so months I've been paying attention to the parking lot and have noticed that it seems the number of cars in the lot has been dwindling more and more. Especially on a weekend night, the place used to stay packed. I feel like there are a couple of reasons, one being that they've revamped their menu multiple times and keep jacking the prices up, and secondly (this is more exclusive to my personal preference) the place is loud as hell. BUT We go in last night around 10:30 because I hadn't had dinner and my buddy Charlie wanted nachos that he knew he could get there. It had been a while for me and they had just finished a remodel, so I agreed to give it another shot. "We'll check out the new digs and see how they do." I thought. We walk in and throughout the entire establishment we see probably...15 patrons, give or take. We wind up going to sit in the bar area, and in classic bar fashion, the TVs are on sports and other man shows, but the volume is at an ear piercing level, I mean, SUPER loud. We order our food (the waitress was nice enough) and we had asked to get the boxing match on the TVs that we could see. They obliged us, but they kept the sound on the channel it was on (sports post show of some kind), no big deal, just incredibly loud. The one other couple that was in the bar area left while we were waiting on our food to show up and the sound was changed from sports show to rap music. Our food arrives via a different girl and we asked about the volume level in a joking fashion, considering it was only us and a group of 5 or 6 in the bar we didn't think it really needed to be as loud as it was...she told us that the group was off the clock employees hanging out and having a good time. (Total patron count in the building now down to around 10 or so including us) We asked about the rap music and she said that around 10pm they try to make it more of a "club" environment. It's starting to make sense to me now. Aside from us there were literally zero other actual customers in the bar. They did turn the volume down for about half a song, though...enough that we could kind of carry on a conversation without having to yell at each other to communicate. At the next song the volume went up even louder than it was before. I had to fully chew and swallow my food before I could say anything to my buddy because otherwise I would have been spitting food at him. A couple on the clock employees were dancing around some and having a good time, although I feel that all this fun came at the expense of the patrons(Just us, of course). Our waitress did check on us a couple more times to make sure that we had everything we needed, so that was good. As we were leaving, the non-bar area lost 3-4 couples and had gained a group of 12 or so and the music up there was still a little high, but far more reasonable than the bar area was. It was about what I would have normally expected for a place that is normally kind of loud anyhow. To summarize, my food was good, (a few of my wings were a little too crispy and a bit hard to chew), and the service was alright(good enough that I still left a decent tip, it wasn't our waitress's fault that other people were controlling the environment), but I doubt if I'll return. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Why's the parking lot so empty on a Saturday night? - American Near Me - Springfield, Missouri

My primary complaint about BWW is the service. Empty drinks, 45 minute tickets...etc. I'm a server myself, and have gone in several times with lots of coworkers in our work clothes. At most restaraunts this would signal to the server that they are getting a huge tip. At BWW it just means that you get to stare at your empty drink glass like everybody else. I've waited 15 minutes and not been greeted (no exaggeration), waited 45 minutes on a hamburger and wings, had my beer empty (as an expirement) for over 10 minutes before the server asked if I wanted another. The environment rocks. The service does not. Don't know if they are understaffed or badly managed, but the place is no fun to eat at. If you want service here, sit at the bar. They do a great job. I'd recommend going to Adobe, however, if you have any alternative. read more

It's OK, but nothing to write home about. After 5 on Friday it turns into a meat market. Decent beer selection. Good service. read more

Wow, this place was surprisingly good. I've eaten at BWW a few times before and never been impressed with their wings, which aren't as good as Coyote's Adobe Cafe or Wing Stop, but the cheeseburger was really great, and the service was helpful and attentive. Beer prices have gone up since I was last here 4 years or so ago, but seriously, GREAT cheeseburger! Go somewhere else for wings, but this burger is one of the best I've had in Springfield. read more

We went to this location on Saturday 11/6 and it was extremely busy. The manager that night, Shawn, took very good care of us. He made sure we for seated, was incredibly professional, was very accommodating, even informed us of the special going on, and served us and others in our area with a smile. Very friendly and it encouraged us to come back in the future. Can't beat good prices with a professional and friendly atmosphere. read more

We called this location at 9:15 to make sure they were open as it's Thanksgiving. The guy that answered said they closed at 10. Upon arriving at 9:20, we got nothing but a rude greeting. We looked down and the sign said they are open until 11 (see pic). The blonde waitress slammed our appetizer down and said the fryers weren't cleaned properly the night before so food would take a long time. We didn't wait too long. The food was good. After eating, the same blonde waitress walked by and grabbed my husbands beer glass (it was not empty and he was still drinking it). There was nothing else cleaned off the table, just grabbed the beer. When someone else called we saw one of the waitresses mouth we close at 10 to the guy that answered. I have never felt more unwelcome to any place. I will never come back to this location and i will make sure I tell all my friends that apparently they don't need the customers there. read more

Hostess wasn't very personable. Had a lack of attention for parties with children. There were multiple parties with high chairs in the lobby area. They were on a wait list however hostess continued to seat other parties that walked in the door. The explanation given was that high chairs cannot be placed at table ends. Therefore weeding out half the restaurant since most are 4top tables and or booths. I'd recommend they invest in the booth highchairs like many other restaurants in town much like (Texas Roadhouse). read more

Ok, so I have been to a number of BWW and each have their own uniqueness and I think that comes from the staff in part. Well, obviously there are a number of reasons that combine to make a great experience. However, I had popped in here on my way to my grandparents in Springfield, I had been in the car all day and was exhausted. Upon entering I couldn't help but notice how clean it was. The floors seemed freshly mopped, the counters were clear and it smelled delicious. We were seated pretty immediately and the atmosphere didn't make you feel like you were in a man cave of a restaurant. The waitresses were switching shifts or ending one shift and communicated it would be just a moment. My boyfriend needed to use the restroom and as he stood up the manager was prompt in making sure everything was ok, since the waitresses had just warned us. Only a few minutes later on of the girls came back and got our drink order. The drinks came out promptly and we placed our order. I think my boyfriend and I were in awe in how nice this Buffalo Wild Wings was. Our food came out and it was absolutely delicious! The sauce wasn't too much or too little, it tasted so fresh. I don't think it was from exhaustion either. We finished our meal and ended up just sitting and talk for a while, it was so nice the waitress didn't push us to get out or with the check, every so often making sure we were good and didn't need anything. This experience was one for the books! Kudos BWW Springfield. We will be back when we are back in MO. read more

Probably our fourth visit here. Major failure this time. Our party of 3 got seated promptly on a Saturday around 6pm. Restraint was maybe 1/2 full. Asked server if they had any drink specials available. He said no. Ordered two different draft drinks and one mixed drink. He returned few mins later and said neither of the drafts were available, so we ordered something else. Ordered our food few mins later. Server never stopped at our table until food arrived over 30 mins later. My $11 chicken sandwich was about the size of a breakfast sandwich and fries were cold. Only after we were finished eating, the server then showed up and asked if we wanted more beers, which we declined. He dropped off the bill, where we then found that indeed, there was a drink special on there. Hmmm... probably would have ordered another round and been less bothered by our food taking forever, had we known. Will seek out other venues next time we have a craving for overpriced wings. read more

Manager Tammy should definitely not be a manager. I called in the afternoon to see if they carried a specific channel. Tammy quickly assured me they carried it. Over priced drinks for the most part...unless you can make it on the nights with good specials and in that case "Pint Night" is one of the best in town. This really is a 2.5/5 but I'm rounding down in this case due to the length of time it took given the time of day. I went yesterday a little after 2:00 to catch the Barca vs. Juve (soccer) game. It was the UEFA championship match, so it was a pretty big deal. I got there and had to ask for it to be put on the TV - not a problem really. The TV I had turned off for no reason, some technical problems I suppose. Being that I was the patron, I just decided to wait for my server to come back and just ask her to see what was going on. By the time she came back (about 12 minutes later) I had already gotten up to ask another employee to set me up with a different TV. Took me about 40 minutes to get my food (15 traditional wings). Service was what I've come to expect from BWW. I typically prefer Wingstop for their wings, but I was really wanting to watch the game - so BWW it was. read more

I'm giving BWW a 3 because the food is over priced but decent. The atmosphere is cold and industrial so I freeze to death every time I go - winter or summer. The service is anyone's guess from one visit to the next. My problem this last visit is that my teenage step son was with us and he got cheated a wing and wouldn't say anything because he didn't want anyone to get in trouble. Look if you're charging by a certain number, then err on the side of caution and throw an extra in. (I figure you'll get more flats than drums, but that's how they get a few pennies up on the game, but 9 when you advertise 10? Triflin!) I had Salt & Vinegar Wings - could barely taste the vinegar. A $4 order of fries is no bigger than a McDonalds reg-med Fry. Rip. The drinks!! $3.00!! Three friggin dollars?!?!? The server we had, Shannon, was the only enjoyable part of our experience. We get in, and it takes 10 minutes for us to get seated in an empty restaurant. Once we get in the place is disgusting, plates and trash all over every table and the floors. Then, we order our appetizers and it takes about 30 minutes just for the appetizers to get out. After that, we get our meals about another 15 minutes later. The wings were cold and hard, and our burgers were very poorly made, with our fries and cheese curds cold as well. The Philly Cheesesteak was disgusting, the meat was shredded into basically paste. With that, there was three different songs playing on the speakers at a time. The tables beside us still weren't clean by the time we left, and we were so disgusted we couldn't even eat our food. I will never be going here again. Thank you Shannon for being the best part about our trip. read more

The food was okay not sure the wings were cooked 100 percent. Which whatever is what it is. The people that work here have no customer service skills whatsoever! Rude! They're all either stoned out of their mind or completely hate their job. No one smiles no one welcomed me, no one spoke to me until I spoke to them. The best thing about this place is the drumettes. If you don't know about the drumettes it is time you are educated. More than a hundred years ago way back when wringing chicken necks was our national sport. A small family of chicken farmers were running low on food and only had a few young chickens. Wanting them to grow big, but not wanting to starve this family was forced to eat them. As these tiny poultry beings were killed and feathers plucked the mother cut the bird in to parts. The chicken was cooked and was cooling on the counter when some KC MASTERPIECE BBQ sauce dripped on the tiny wing. This was not noticed until dinner and the father bit into one of these succulent wings and ett it rather quickly. He declared from then on that the small drumstick looking part of the wing would forever be known as a drumette. So, when you go to enjoy 35 cent wing night, Tuesdays, think of the heritage of that little drumette and shed a tear for its humble beginnings. read more
