We were craving Korean Fried Chicken so we gave this place a try. It's located in a strip and sits at the corner so it's very easy to spot. Parking is plenty. The menu is at the cashier and you order and pay first and then find a seat. Everything was quite pricey and the banchan wasn't free. This is the first Korean place to do that so I wasn't used to paying for it. Kimchi: 3/5, it was okay. Tteobboki: 5/5, actually very delish! Ramen: 1/5, undercooked and no taste Fried chicken: 2/5, it was okay. The yum sauce was good. There is a place where you place your dishes and cups after you're finished. It was okay, I don't know if we would return.

It's good don't get me wrong it's just pricey for the small portions, like I spent $30 on a drink, tteokbokki and 2 small Korean corn dogs again with such small portions. That was a while ago, maybe prices have changed?

Met my bestie here for lunch on a Friday. Owners are super nice and pop out from the kitchen if you need anything extra. This was my first time here so I ordered the chicken but there are several other menu items that intrigued me. I ordered the soy garlic chicken but initially they sat my friends Korean Yangnyeom chicken (sweet & spicy) down in front of me - I started eating it and she says "Is that spicy?" I was like "Kinda...it has a nice building heat". Then she informed me I had hers. Lol. So I did have a little order envy when she gave me back my order. Not sure what the potato wedges are coated in but they're yummy! As well as the dumplings - also very good! I also ordered the crab rangoon that actually had more than just cream cheese inside. Overall I'd give this place 2 thumbs up!

I'm a sucker for KFC...Korean Fried Chicken. I came with my co-worker for lunch. This was their first time trying it and they both really enjoyed it. Their combo meal is really a great choice. I got the dark meat options with the Korean Yangnyeom sauce in medium. The combo came with fried potatoes and 2 pc of dumplings. Let's start with the sauce I chose. It was so delicious and with medium, it wasn't spicy at all to me. I'll ask for a level hot next time. The fried potatoes were dusted with some kind of seasoning. The dumplings were delicious. Í also ordered the Haemulpajeon(K-Style crispy seafood scallion pancake). The pancake was so delicious with a good amount of seafood in it. The dipping sauce was the bomb! I will definitely come back.

The garlic soy chicken was delicious. The flavor of the sauce was sweet and slight spicy. Got a cheese and sausage kdog, it was good with the ketchup and mustard, it was like no mustard I have ever had before. The chicken comes with ten pieces which was ok for the price. The crunch of the chicken is something you definitely need to try, completely different the. American fried chicken

Plain 1/2 Fried Chicken no sauce

Uhhhh I so had high hopes for this place, and maybe that's why it was such a let down.. I had heard from a few places that K Fried was the new heavyweight on the block when it comes to fried chicken. As a person who looooves fried chicken I couldn't wait to go! Well I went the other night, and I was extremely disappointed... I chose the original fried chicken because I was sharing with my 7 year old. Firstly the chicken is way over priced. $15 for the 1/2 order of chicken that was really a 3 or 4 piece. I got one drumstick, wing and leg, and some chop bits that were 80% fat, and bone. Along with that frozen sushi that was fried, some steak type fries, and coleslaw salad. The chicken; seriously taste like gas station chicken and I mean the terrible gas station chicken. Light batter, no real flavor, and cheap chicken. The sushi; not fresh, deep fried with in your face flavors of seaweed and oil. The potatoes were okay, but the slaw salad was just crunch slaw and a watery peanut sauce. I think their claim to fame is the sauce. I am 100% confident that the sauce is what keeps people coming in. Without it I believe they wouldn't sell chicken; which is sad because just think how great this place could be if they upped the quality of chicken and batter!! I got a cup of the sweet, and spicy sauce. Which taste kinda like a Polynesian sauce with Sriracha and other things. It was really good!! But I just can't make myself go to a place strictly for sauce.

Oh myyyy. Fresh fried chicken, not frozen crap! Billy the owner is a sweetheart. I got a full chicken, half country style (no sauce) and half spicy Korean bbq). The chicken was perfectly cooked, so juicy. So tasty. Side of potato wedges, Asian slaw, and dumplings . All were wonderful! It's not cheap, but the quality deserves the price. Treat yourself and check this place out.

Half order of the KFC aka Korean Fried Chicken.

KFC aka Korean Fried Chicken is one of my favorites and this place offers really good double fried extra crispy chicken. The sauces were very flavorful and the K Roll was perfectly flash fried. Everything we ordered was made upon request. Definitely give this place a try for your fried chicken fix.

No line to order at the counter. Service was so welcoming and helpful with suggestions for first timers. Food was amazing. The potatoes that come with the combo were delicious! Boba tea was really refreshing. Really convenient location in Springfield.

Half Korean Original Crispy 8pc W/Sauce. Pictures can be deceiving, it tasted kind of dry.
Tristine L.

I got a half order of the Korean Original Crispy 8pc w/ Sauce and it's kind of mediocre to be honest. It was just not crispy and there was little to no sauce on them, it's like they just drizzled on the sauce. Might come back to try their Korean corn dogs, but that's about it. The person who rung me up (i think it was the owner) was really friendly though.

I got the Hotstone Bibimbap (suggested by the lady who took my order because it continues to cook when served, making the rice crispy and vegetables hot. I chose white rice topped with bulgogi and spicy shrimp. For sauce, I chose Sesame and Kochi to a little add extra kick. I had the kimchi put to the side. It also came with a miso soup . This whole combination was so delicious. Stayed hot the entire time and was plenty enough to share. The Yaki Soba, which is a noodle dish, was also very flavorful, came out fresh and hot. The Japchae was equally delicious and full of flavor. The sweet potato noodle of this dish was different, but still pretty tastey. I recommend leaving this for the experienced eaters. Lastly, we tried the kimbap. It was a typical kimbap, nothing stood out. Everything came out fresh, cooked to order, and hot. The price for everything was very reasonable. I would dent come again.

This was my first time visiting Springfield, and I didn't expect to find a place like this…read more The restaurant has a really fun Japanese anime vibe, with Totoro decor and even lucky cat (maneki-neko) touches throughout, which I absolutely loved. It honestly felt like the owner might be Japanese or Chinese, because the whole atmosphere was thoughtfully done and very authentic. The service staff were all friendly and welcoming, and overall the dining experience was great. We did have a delay with one of our dishes (waited over 30 minutes), but the manager noticed the issue right away, took responsibility, and handled it really well. They even offered us complimentary spring rolls, which I really appreciated. That kind of attentiveness and care makes a big difference. The food was solid and enjoyable--of course, you can't compare it to bigger cities, but for Springfield, this is definitely a great find. They also have a robot that helps deliver food, which was such a fun and unique touch. I'm here for work, traveling from out of state, and we actually ended up coming back four days in a row--which probably says everything. You can really tell the owner put a lot of heart into this place--from the decor to the overall experience. I appreciate being able to enjoy a different culture like this, especially in a smaller city. Springfield has given me a really great impression and some wonderful memories. Would definitely recommend

This is just a personal opinion that doesn't contribute to my stars because I know some people find it really cool but the robot is creepy and what if someone needs to ask something when the drinks come? Can't ask a robot and then they have to wait 20+ minutes for a waiter to come by.
