My kids first time at a Culver's and they gave it a 10 out of 10! The food was great, and the service was top notch. Clean and courteous! The shift manager was really welcoming and was talking with all of the customers. read more

Always good when we go here thank you compared to burgers in our town ,wish there was a Culver's closer.

Stopping for the night in Springfield - doesn't seem like any restaurants here have good reviews so we stuck to Culver's. I got the strawberry fields salad and my husband got a grilled chicken sandwich. We had to wait 5 min for the suburban in front of us to order and we had our dog with us so going in on this 100 degree day was not an option. We usually don't use the drive through because he barks at everything and this was par for the course. We finally ordered our meals and of course we each got some custard. I got flavor of the day and my husband ordered chocolate and repeated that twice We had to pull around and wait. We were the third car in line. That didn't mean we got our food 3rd. At least 2 cars behind us left before we did We got the food. It was fine. Not great. But fine. But the custard was soup. And the chocolate was vanilla. We ordered 4 things and 1 was wrong. It was too hot and the girl making the delivery just handed it off and left so we shrugged it off We are NOT fast food people and this is the first time in 4-5 months we have gotten fast food and over a year since we've had Culver's. It's going to be another year at least before we do this again. read more

When I am traveling out of State with my littles and family I make sure to hit up Culver's! They have the best butter burgers, yes I like better than JIB Jumbo Jack. They not only have the most delicious butter burgers but the curder burger is ridiculous good when in season, lol mmmmmmm yummy. They have some really tasty onion rings, cheddar curds and fries. They have a really good menu with variety, cod sandwiches, cod dinner, fried shrimp basket, salads, tasty concrete frozen desserts, malts, shakes, sundaes, Mmmmmm turtle is my favorite! read more

Service was good food was just generic fast food. The gross part was the soft drink fountain. Mold visible on the ice dispenser and the soft drink fountain was dirty. For the amount spent just go to another food joint. read more

i enjoyed a delicious hamburger meal with fries. Both were hot and fresh. When I arrived home I realized I had left my phone and wallet combo at my table. Nick , the manager secured my phone and returned it to my wife with all of its contents intact. Thank You Nick! read more

Overall the food wasn't bad, but the cheese was still cold and not melted at all on my burger, and there was a hard chunk in my patty that hurt my teeth. The concrete was amazing. All food came out quickly and staff was friendly. Overall good fast food spot. Bathroom was clean. read more

The curds were perfect and I'm from the Midwest so you know I gotta love theme curds.

This was on our way and we've always enjoyed Culver's. They usually have amazing icecream treats and cheese curds. We got a couple burgers, fries and cheese curds. The cheese curds were cold. Burger seemed a little over done and dry. That was $19. The staff were wearing masks and gloves and have you pull into a space and bring the food out. Interesting. Oh and there were a lot of vagrants and sketchy people hanging around the parking lot. read more

The food here is great and the service excellent, good price too,one of my favorite place in town.

We just left this restaurant and disappointed is an understatement. We got there ordered our food and sat down, after we ordered my dad forgot to order a ranch so he went and bought one and they charged him for it. Not too big of a deal just annoying they made us pay for a dipping sauce we forgot to order. Then our food came and we realized we were missing four dipping sauces (the ones we ordered with our meals not including my dads) My sister went up and politely asked for them and then the staff member didn't believe us and asked to see a receipt then proceeded to follow us to our table to see if we were lying. That was pretty uncomfortable and unprofessional then started questioning us all over dipping sauces and she just couldn't believe us that they didn't come she finally ended up giving them to us then proceeded to tell us not to tell the employee with red hair which is absolutely inappropriate. Now keep in mind this was all over dipping sauce they forgot to put in order. That was an extremely poor way to handle that and ruined our meal because we had to worry about getting dipping sauce. Especially the worker talking bad about another worker and saying not to tell her was absolutely terrible of her. The actual food was good. But I can't say the same about the service. Extremely frustrating that they made a big commotion over ranch. I hope that commotion and the 38cents they charged my dad for a ranch he forgot was worth it. Our family all can agree with me when I say this was the worst service we have ever received from a culver's we will not be returning and are extremely disappointed. Posted below is the receipt showing the 4 dipping sauces we ordered. They didn't offer my dad a receipt for the one ranch purchased. read more

We are currently making a cross country move and when we saw Culver's close to our hotel we had to order dinner ASAP. This is a place we have missed so much during our time in the west. The website was easy to navigate for ordering and this location did a great job customizing our order as we asked. The fish was absolutely delicious and so were the butter burgers. Our concrete mixers were exactly as we asked and there were no hiccups in making our order correctly. They brought the food out in a timely fashion and the customer service was also wonderful. Great place! Do not sleep on the fish meal! It is the best! read more

I'll tell you what, Culvers has the best seafood as far as fast food joints go. (Long John Silvers, Captain D's). Nice big juicy pieces of Cod and awesome Shrimp. As in actual shrimp and very little breading. The only problem is the crinkle cut fries. I don't know how you mess up that kind but they do. read more

Been watching a lot of videos that were speaking about how Culver's is good so I definitely wanted to try it myself. It overall was really tasty and good and really not expensive. The reason I gave 4 star is that the burger patty was way thinner then I originally thought it would and the milkshake was way too thick in my opinion . But non the less I did love and enjoy my 1st time at culver's read more

First tried Culver's in 2008 in branson Mo. On a recent road trip up north I managed to eat at several, including this location. Burger was cooked well and flavorful. Cheese was melted (sometimes not the case in other places) Fries were hot and crispy. Frozen custard was a nice end to my meal. read more

Busy at lunch in Saturday, but that didn't prevent a hot fresh burger and great crispy fries straight out of the fryer. Hit the spot, Dot.

Great food. First time I have visited this location and the very first truly crispy chicken sandwich I have eat at a fast food location. Food was hot and fresh, chicken had a very nice ,crispy outside instead of soggy, and great flavor, and the order had no errors. Staff was polite and friendly, food came quickly even tho the store was busy. read more

Been here twice. It was ok at best. Good portion sizes but nothing "special", just fast food. Twice I did the concrete shake, it was good. Tge mint Oreo on second try was not my flavor. That's on me. I don't understand the " Butter Burger", nothing buttery about it. My friend said the same thing. Onion rings were crisp and good . I'll go back for the chocolate concrete shake. Also, to me, the prices are pretty high. That my just be Bidenomics and inflation though. read more

This place is a decent burger place. I got the bacon deluxe single with chili cheese fries and concrete mixed with snickers and salted caramel. The burger was okay, the chili had beans in it which I didn't like But the flavor was okay. The ice cream was good too. The cashier and runner were very nice as well. I would recommend giving the place a try if you've never been or there isn't one in your hometown. read more

I have never gone to Culver's up unto today April 26th, 2024. I don't typically eat out. However, today I felt like I was an annoying customer. I won't ever be returning y'all can count on that. Food was poor. I asked for two butter burgers with cheese and ketchup only. The amount of ketchup was baring. The bread was dry, burgers was good and cheese but McDonald's loads more ketchup than burger. Like I should have went to whataburger or McDonald's instead. But just no. Customer service was bad, except drive thru was nice just not the jerk that gave me my food. Bad attitude. Whatever I was low on sugar and about to pass out. Next time I rather pass out. read more

It's fast food, so a few things can be forgiven, but not forgotten. We ordered a few random items before shopping one evening. The chicken tenders, fries and cheddar bites tasted clean and were hot and crispy. No old oil or redips. The fish was bland and the burger was cold. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, but it's better than wackarnold's ;) read more

Stopped by at this Culver's on a road trip back home and was very pleased with my visit! I am a frequent Culver's go-er so I am very familiar with the brand. I was happy to walk in and be greeted by the fellow team members with a smile. Culver's is known for their Butterburgers and fresh frozen custard and both are very tasty! They also offer other options like chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, and a number of other sandwiches. Everything tasted hot and delicious on my visit! A+++ read more

I'm a frequent diner at the primrose location, n glenstone is not even close to the average the other stores have maintained thru the years...although I've always ordered dinners, which happen to cost more than a basket, they today....the first time ever...refused to stamp a frequent diner card, saying it doesn't apply, I have a couple of full cards at home, and my wife will order a basket when we are together, Culver's primrose has been my favorite lunch sport of late..keep in mind there's lots of restaurants between work and home, I'll just steer clear of the n glenstone location, and btw, I think their food quality is also worse, but that's not what bothered me the most. read more

I love their pretzel bites, but their burgers are thin and don't taste the best, frozen custard has a weird texture.
