When the woman finally did appear, she was literally singing along to the song that was playing while we were trying to order. It was very rude and unprofessional. When my husband ordered a salad, she could not figure out how to put that in the system, so she started yelling for someone else to help. The yelling continued back and forth between another woman in the kitchen. The appearance of the workers did not make us feel that the kitchen was probably a clean space, so combined with the service, we decided to leave with no food. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Especially with the prices being so high.

Coming from the West Coast, finding a burger that truly hits the spot has always been a challenge, but Freddy's delivered. I had no idea the Original Double was a smash-style burger, which made the discovery even better. The fry sauce was the perfect finishing touch and took the whole experience to another level.

The bread is nicely toasted and never burnt and the flavor is consistent. However, I have noticed that the portion of the chicken seems to vary each time I purchase it. This last time the portion seemed quite a bit less than I usually get, but it was still adequate for what I needed. I ordered online so I never interacted with the workers expect to ask for the water bottle I had purchased and they had not placed in the bag. Initially they told me they couldn't find any water bottles and I might just have to have a cup of water, which would be fine besides I paid almost $2.50 for a bottled water. In the end they found one. The establishment was clean, however the workers were putting half the chairs up on the tables as if they were closing, and it was only 6pm (they close at 9pm).

The ciabatta bread which I don't usually care for was hot and fresh, soft and chewy, and just great. The brownie and chocolate chip cookies did not really do much for me, but the rest of the menu gives me more than a few things to try on my next visit as it is huge! Staff were kind and apologetic, however it was an unreasonable amount of time for a scheduled online order.
