Ubereats Delivery delivery driver was awesome. Normal order the other pizza in town. But gave pizza hut a try. Not again. Lol. Ordered personal pan. Cherry tomatoes, pesto garlic and mushrooms. There wasn't ever tomatoes ( slices not cherry) or mushrooms on all the slices. And no pesto at all. Why not call and tell me they didnt have the ingredients. 2 pizzas and 2 orders of bread sticks were under cook. No crunch at all, 1 topping pizza. Not cooked. 1 thin crust cooked. Best part of the whole order. Disappointed. 100$ worth of pizza. And I think I should have just pulled out a frozen pizza. Less wait time and at least cooked. read more

I do t know why the bad reviews. The place has been recently renovated, the food is good, the service is good! We go at least once a week! We love the salad bar! The buffet is always stocked and ready and when we go at night the pizza is ready quickly and nice and hot! read more

I've been going to marshfield pizza hut for at least 30 years now (since I was old enough to remember) and after today I will never return. I don't care if you're large bills sign has been there 6hrs or 6 months. You do not talk to customers the way we was talked too today. We visited this Marshfield, MO Pizza Hut on our way home from a little getaway last week. We visited this location on Tuesday afternoon. Stopped because we LOVE Pizza Hut and they had a banner outside that said "Dining Room Open." We were so happy to see this location had opened up their dining room to customers! The young man working was pleasant and helpful. We had a great time while there and the pizza was delicious. The dining room was clean and tidy and they had tables marked for social distancing. We easily found a table and the pizza came out quickly. Great experience. Thank you! read more

This Pizza Hut has some of the worst customer service I've had the not pleasure of dealing with. After repeated issues with our orders we will probably to eat here again. This time we ordered the sold us the wrong product because they was out of what we asked for. No they didn't make it wrong, they knowingly exchanged inferior product at the time of making our pizza. When we asked and they admitted to being out of it all together I asked why they didn't just be honest and tell us they was out. The manager expressed their need to get off the phone because they was busy and maybe they would replace a portion of our now second incorrect meal. Thanks but no thanks. Just another crap experience that wasn't handled properly. When my wife asked for another number to speak to the stores manager she was hung up on rudely as well. This is the most pathetic excuse for a Pizza Hut I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. The restaurant is disgusting with a trashy staff to accommodate. I love coming through this Pizza Hut. Food always tastes great and the people are nice and make pleasant conversation. Sometimes it takes a while for my pizzas to come out but I get that lots of orders come through at once and it's hard to keep everything moving fast. I understand, unlike some people, that I'm not the only person trying to get pizza and the cooks really are trying their best :) will continue to get my Friday night pizza from here for a long time! read more

I always enjoy eating the Lunch Buffet when I am down visiting family. Staff is always friendly and salad bar is fresh. Only real issue is that sometimes it takes a bit for my favorite kinds of pizza to rotate through. read more

As long as you can order online it is fine and the food is GREAT. It gets a 1 start simply because ordering via phone is next to impossible. The staff on the phone act like you are not speaking English or something. I should not have to repeat my order 4 times. I DEFINITELY should not have to repeat my card number 4-5 times because your machine is "messing up". Its almost like they was trying to write down my card number for safe keeping or something. Worst of all she claimed she was a manager. Acted like she just started and knew nothing about customer service. I have this experience a lot. Horrible staff. They are not much better face to face either. FYI. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get food if they have new drivers because they cannot find address in town. Claim they do not have GPS for help. Who hires delivery drivers if they don't know where they are going. read more

If I could give this experience 0 stars I would. I waited 45 minutes for a carry out order I placed a half hour before arriving. While waiting, I listened to the staff yell and cuss at each other while other customers were well within earshot, as well as children. After thirty minutes of waiting I asked if there was an update since I had been waiting so long and was told, "if I haven't called your name then it isn't ready". So I continued to wait, then after 45 minutes I went and requested a simple refund as I didn't have anymore time to wait, and was yelled at by a member of the kitchen saying he yelled my name already and put the pizza in the back. I was unaware I was supposed to walk through the kitchen to check on my pizza status. The most unprofessional, rude, and incompetent experience. I watched them drop a pizza, touch food with no gloves, and treat other customers poorly. Worst experience at any restaurant I've ever had. read more
