Everything worked. Did not use the kiosk to order. Went the counter and was greeted. Placed my order and paid. Got my receipt and a thank you. While I waited I watched. They were pretty busy but seemed to be a little behind as there were a lot of carry out to the car things happening but it was getting out. Too a bit but nothing bad life my order. The manger called my number but she knew it was mine. She apologized for the wait and a thank you which was nice. The fries were ok. The single burger is much smaller with ketchup and pickles and bits of onion. It was ok as some was for the dog. Prob be another long time before I'm up for fast food. .

The food is good, the staff is friendly. My order is not always 100% correct, but it is still always delicious. I had a birthday party for my dad there which was supposed to be just about 12 of us on a Sunday afternoon. I called the restaurant and they set aside table for us. About 30 mins prior to, my mom informed me there would be 20+. I called the manager and he told me there would be no problem and even kept the lunch buffet open and extra hour to accommodate our large family. This Pizza Hut doesn't have the Pzone, which ones in Springfield, Republic, & Bolivar have. The buffet is still closed, even though many buffets in Springfield are open. Especially with the mask mandate being lifted. read more

Really chill vibes in this area, so we like to make it over when we can. We arrive at the side door and, after a minute or two, one of the waiters let us know that we can sit where we want. We take a seat and wait for a waiter to come over. It was quite a while before someone came over to greet us at the table and take our drink orders, but a lady finally did show up. She took our drink order and it was a while before she brought the drinks back. Then we were finally able to order our apps and food. It took quite a while to get everything, and what we actually received wasn't quite on the same level of what we expected to see. I had the chili spaghetti and it was not great. The chili was not chili-ing. It was a weird consistency and the overall dish was kinda thick and dry, if that makes sense. I also ordered a small, thin crust pizza, and it was like a cracker with cheese and meat on top. I didn't know it was going to be quite that thin, but it wasn't the worst thing I had ever eaten or anything. It just wasn't very good-quality. Everything here seems really highly processed and pulled from bags and bins. Ordering marinara sauce took forever to get. When I ordered one more after she brought one for my son, I never got it until we were done eating and ready to pay. Mind you, she didn't stay at the table long enough for everyone at the table to say what they needed; otherwise I could've ordered mine with his. I hate to say it, but Garbo's was kind of a disappointment. It has so much potential, especially with them doing trivia upstairs and with the business being in such a cool area. I'm not sure that we will go back. The food wasn't that great and the service needs major improvement. Also, when new customers would arrive and stand at the front door, clearly having come for the first time and not knowing the process, the staff would walk right past them without saying a word (multiple times). No greeting. No "have a seat where you'd like," or anything. I ended up waving people down and letting them know that they can sit where they want so they're not just standing there awkwardly, forever waiting for the staff to greet them. Not cool guys. Lastly, the restrooms were kind of dirty, mainly the floors. I got in and out to wash my hands quickly. Overall, our visit was pretty underwhelming. Like I said, I'm not sure we will give it another try. (Insert emoji shrug here)

It's heaping with always fresh greens and healthy toppings. The taste combo is so good I copycat this salad at my own house. You can't go wrong with Garbos. I have never had a bad experience here and I am a middle-ages picky ass woman.
